For the most part, complete, and its fan made, in chinese (traditional), so actually taiwan. There won't be any official until tw licenses them (very unlikely since all they release is SAO, Durarara, Kino no Tabi, Sakurasou novels etc.) Complete? That must be one gigantic effort by the fans.... I have been reading the Japanese original, but I would be interested to see the fan-made Chinese translation too.
