| The last 5 minutes felt like they compressed 5 minutes into half an hout. Himari is sweet, wholesome and adorable (not to mention way more attractive than Akane) but she has no chance against the otaku staple, short, helmet haircut, tsun tsun tsundere. Akane is nasty. I don't get why she cannot be honest to her after Himari opened up to her like that. And her talking Satou down every time someone asks is getting tiring. I know well enough that due to the title and premise she's going to end up with him but I hope she has some serious development. |

Manga reader here too 😂 Akane way much better than that manipulator. Also Akane has always been his type

| Well, I really liked the MC's actions in this episode. My opinion that Shisei will carry the anime still hasn't changed; this episode only confirms it even more. Akane fell short in some moments, but stayed true to the original material. |

The loli is more mature and smarter than the two main characters. It seems like, besides being comic relief, she's there to be rational and make the two realize the obvious |

| Authors really love to make a more likeable side heroine than the main one just to make her suffer at the end, huh. Nothing new. I love the dialogues in this series and for some reason all the characters are delivering each line in a hurry; kinda like the Monogatari series. Edit: did they skip anything from the light novel or manga? The 2 jump cuts feel somewhat unnatural to me. Shise was like "get your act together you annoying tsundere"  |

| Himari made her move and Akane getting jealous. Solid episode. Overall, I respect Himari and her resiliency and optimism. Shisei being ridiculous as per usual, but she does put things in perspective for everyone else. |

For God sake, can someone explain to me why EVERY FUCKING TIME in romcom, it's always the worst girl that win in the end ???
| @Setsky1 Maybe many of the chief writers are themselves worst girls who insert themselves into the story? Clearly there was a period of years where many writers had a fetish for Tsundere, that still seems to be somewhat a thing. |
