| The animation in this isn't that great same with the other one that was mentioned that has full on nudity. Odds are it was just done to save time instead of having to put as much effort into the characters clothing or chest physics. A top like that means less work and more potential to just copy paste etc. Real censorship is removing nudity from content that has it or outright fully dressing a character who is full time basically naked. Or worse putting little shapes or glare marks to hide things. Most studios don't do nudity just because it lessens the total audience they can market it to. I don't think this one counts as censorship tho given all the more scantily clad background characters, I think this was just an artistic choice for the sake of less work to animate. |

isn't it normal for this studio "geek toys" to censor everything? the same with studio drive's main director. though still better than geek toys because still fine showing it as long as there is no male touching the girl.
Not sure why this studio tends to get source materials that not align with their studio guide lines and censor it in the process.
as for baheneko, loli is getting targeted ever since the olympic and it's still that way while other fanservice is safe thanks to visa/MC who make JP higher up starting to act before the attack getting escalated. baheneko itself had more fanservice compared to the manga. not sure why mahoako was fine, guess not all studio/management care about this (hope s2 will stay like this).

Animation studios do not decide anything at all when it comes to censorship, they are simply hired by the production commitee to produce animation. Censorship depends entirely on what the committee members agree on, specially on which channel and timeslot it airs in. |
