| Monster is simply better but I think Pluto will slowly be gaining a niche cult audience that will keep the anime's relevancy afloat by word of mouth The same thing happened with Monster and now it's a classic |

popular among the niche audience though. I was stoked I was able to buy one of the last official Monster DVD sets. But the fact it was still available proves it is a very niche show (since I came to the party late)

| @Flomik Except same thing did not happen with Monster. It was already well known within the anime crowsd and Netflix airing made it more well known. It was never some hidden gem of a show. Johan has always been that one character who pğeople named when talked about the best anime villain. |
