For me personally,I think because of the animation quality of oshi no ko . After ep 1 when the song drops , u r kind of taken in by it. Plus Japan’s population is 100 M + so the theme of the song being a bit about idols wud hv resonated with Japan where idols r immensely popular even though some lyrics specific to series is there.
Yaosobi is quite popular in Japan so 20 - 50 M+ views wud hv come from Japan alone. Then rest of the world.
I liked animation of Demon slayers so I listened to Gurenge a lot as well.

Presumably the popularity of the show combined with the fact that it's a good song. Chainsaw Man and Demon Slayer also have good songs (both of which I think are better than Idol), but the anime songs I would say are even better, are for anime that aren't popular enough for their OPs to do as well.
