alot of isekais are the same but even with this being a typical isekai I think it was good simply due to connection between characters how Cain was always getting in trouble with silk and telestia and Nina always claiming to be his lover even in front of his fiancee. I wouldn't mind more of this

The final fight was really short bruh. I liked all characters in the series though, funny and enjoyable 😂. Good timepass light hearted isekai, 7.5/10 for me

EP 12

Overall series thoughts....while it wasnt a complete disaster, i feel like it suffered from the usual isekai protagonist syndrome. Silk and Teles and Tifana all got majorly shafted.
EP 9(?) was dramatically different from the rest, and this and the last ep a bit too since they tried to pull some dorama spin but just turned back into a comedy joke, and functionally the entire anime is mostly a comedy, except also not soo.
None of the eps were completely terrible so to speak, though also none of the eps were particularly great either, quite literally "switch off your brain" and watch anime, so it feels a bit empty and soulless at the end of the day, because it was just a big cain joke train and the main girls didnt get any development at all

It was a fun journey but a trash ending. Way to much of an info dump at the end that wasn't necessary.

this was bang average, even then, prob the best trash isekai this season? (the best of the worst category, isekai cheat skill's "quality" is taking a massive dip rn). as a hot/good trash enjoyer, i found this one to be decent. if this ever gets a season 2, i hope it focuses on Cain managing cities, working his way up and eventually becoming the king (or a full-fledged god atp).

very little animation, crazy amount of repetitions, boring fight, trash characters, MC pretty much stupid but he's a kid at least, adults in the fight crazy as hell these guys took and went 4v a monster herd... these guys are not even that strong, this anime is mid af. 3/10

I like power fantasies and Isekai and everything, but seriously, this was over the top bad. Like the talking over each other constantly, the blitzing the boss and power of friendship crammed into 10 minutes so the latter half of the episode could just run down like what...3 seasons worth of material hyper fast?

This was just too much. I was enjoying it for the most part but the rushing nature of things and the final episode especially just made the overall experience bad for me. This wasn't even trying to tie up anything, they just blitzed so much content it wasn't coherent, it was just trying to use some running gags to get the viewer to somehow make some sort of logic of it all.

I can sum up 80% of the episode with:
Cain-sama!
I'm sorry!

wow that ending was shit!
the rush job through the best arc there has been in the manga was horrible.
really bad just dropped from a 6 to 5 with that.

overall tho it was ok, they didn't go as heavy as they could have. there are a lot of brutal points in the manga and heavier plotlines.

idk why they got to nerf anime adaptations from things that make the story interesting. the heavier background plot and brutality for this anime or All the romance and relationship stuff from that Farm Life in another world anime.

meh what can ya do........

I think that if they had cut the chapter where Cain finds out that he is going to receive a domain, there would have been material for another season going into detail with everything that was summarized at the end, but even if that happened, I doubt that they would take a second one since apparently This anime went unnoticed in Japan and here more of the same.

Well... that's the end I guess, LOL

It's not that bad, but it's also pretty much very predictable and obvious that makes it so it isn't as enjoyable as you would want it to be.

Personally I think there are some parts that were kinda weird, but overall it's a fairly nice series to watch.

They sorta went with more comedy instead of it being filled with the politics and world growth.

(which there are quite an amount of ppls that likes more politics and world growth) (I like more light-hearted comedy with some growth, lol)

Hard to see if this series is worth more seasons.... seems to be fairly liked in Japan, tho I am pretty sure it's due to the "Isekai" tag, since pretty much any series right now in Japan with a "Isekai" tag will get fairly high rating...

Also, Cain went Trump in the end huh... Beating people up, Building Walls...

TBH, I am not sure exactly what else they have in the source material that's even interesting or actually tell a story and not just more random show of strength from Cain the entire way... and then having Cain apologize for random shit he's done even tho they were all going "we should bow down to you" just a few minutes before... WTF even is this?

Plus, the maou was kinda random, they even introduced maou's wife, who is used to hint that the noble girls will also end up the same and making Cain look like a BETA. (even tho he's pretty much near OMEGA level of power... lol)

I like to know how some animes get green lighted. Figure they have a lot of choices in what can be made. Stuff like this sneaks on by

Anime gets greenlit mainly based on [source] sales.

IE: where the anime came from, unless it's an anime original with no prior [source]/ [media]

An example of anime original is promo-like anime with [multi-media project] listed with the anime's tags.

.

But yea, the source for Tensei Kizoku's novel is fairly good, but apparently ppls are saying they changed some source material in the anime and some ppls didn't like it.

(if a serie's source sale is really good, there's a high chance it will get greenlit for other media, either anime or game, etc etc)

.

It's a similar effect to some other anime series where they changed some of the things to make it more anime original.

Such as [Azur Lane]'s first anime, where they changed some of the story by not having a [commander] and ppls didn't like it, so it got a bad rating, even tho the game's rating is through the roof and still is today. (game's published by Yostar, but the first anime wasn't by Yostar)

However while the Azur Lane's first anime got changed, it was actually not an anime original as most ppls thought, as the anime's actually based off one of the game's "alternative timeline" that had events and stories in the game about it. But most ppls wanted it to be like the game's main story.

As it's the reason why the anime [Arknights], which also published by Yostar, but the anime is also by Yostar studios this time, kept the story as from the game's main story and a lot of people liked it.

.

Oh man. A poorly written, constant trope-fest, even by generic power fantasy standards. And yet… I loved it. Can my standards possibly get any lower? Find out next time, on Dragon Ball Z!

But genuinely though. Really loved this one. It was a big surprise too, since I was expecting it to be AT MOST a 7/10 (in terms of my own personal enjoyment) and yet it wound up being a 9 or an 8. I think I might give an 8 for now though, just because I wasn’t a fan of how the final episode very blatantly sped through a lot of content that could make for a good season 2. Reminded me a bit of what Smartphone isekai did. If this does get a sequel, I hope they cover all of that stuff regardless.

It went cliché in the end as it started, not that I expect it to be anything anyway but a bit more worldbuilding wouldn't hurt, isn't it?

Enjoyed much, cringed at some bits but overall just OK. 7/10

Looks like they skimmed through this last episode. I think getting a second season is impossible now, they really went and destroyed this series from that perspective. however, I enjoyed this adaptation because of its comedy nonetheless BUT the dark atmosphere was mostly removed from this adaptation which frustrates me. 8~9/10 overall.
It's not that I dislike this genre but... to add unnecessary fan services to/in/for heroines
and ultimately destroys her character and personality; their purity tarnished because of it,
is the only thing I hope to not happen to them. For that sole purity is my fan service.

What a disappointing ending, why would they even touch Dorinthol in the last 5 minutes? The rushed this and that happened summary completely ruined the nice conclusive ending they were building towards. At most they should have just had the awards ceremony and ended it on him departing for his next adventure. The adaptation couldn't have been so much better if it was properly directed. Real shame.

It seems all too often that shows are only 12 eps, when they really need to be longer. Ironic that in the case of isekai shows with ridiculously overpowered MC's...THis is practically impossible! I liked some of the innocent fun and silliness in the show, but it just remained too juvenile for too long, despite the fact that the main character, Cain, aged up to almost adulthood, but was then magically returned to his pre teen state. But wow was he overpowered. We have seen such shows before, but this was just too easy and too much ffs. At this point, the OP MC Isekai sub genre of Fantasy Adventure has been kinda played out, but its still a thing. I suppose a solid 6/10 is as high as I can score such a show. Maybe there will be a 2nd season down the line, but...meh *shrugs *

Well overall the whole anime was not much, the stroy was not very strong as well as the backup and the plot was mid.

But one thing I have to agree that the comedy was all over the place and it was hilarious, especially the king; I liked his character and acting skills very much. Starting of the anime I felt like quitting but the only one that made me finish was the king and his comedy. Loled at the king Everytime seeing his reactions.

So if you are tired of waiting for getting new episodes of your favourite ongoing animes, you can watch this in the meantime as a side anime like me, and I dont think it will disappoint on the comedy.

One of those predictable endings, ughh relatively underwhelming since there's animes with similar plot but better, well nice following these series anyways. Cain's purpose still a mystery. Though as a tribute I say, "It was funny, Thanks Yashuu-san for this most predictable first season of anime adaptation of your manga".
"All things, be they divine or mortal, find their ultimate end.
It is not a harsh punishment, but a merciful pardon."

After finishing the series, I have a question regarding the timeline of the series. It was said that Aaron was sealed away 300 years ago by Yuuya and his companions, including Cain's parents in his original world. Cain is 12 years old in the isekai world, 17 years old when he died in his original world, that adds up to 29 years. It is impossible for Cain's previous parents to have participated in the battle against Aaron 300 years ago as they had to have given birth to Cain 29 years ago and get isekai'd after that. That would suggest that Cain's previous parents existed 300 years ago which doesn't add up, unless I got something wrong.

A truly fitting trash ending to a trash anime. In the next season I'd like to see the all powerful Cain struggle with governability, or something else that can't be solved with brute force

It's really a good anime! The only problem it's... We can know a little what gonna happen because of the intro and it's just a little bit to much preditable. But... We have a lot of sweet characters! And it has a lot of surprise also!
