As usual, a pretty abrupt ending. i was actually expecting them to cut right before the fight but i guess they just wanted it over
Lexia really has a funny personality, she's kind of like a spoiled child but also (a leetle) grown up. sort of? i dunno
Kind of strange that we suddenly have some kind of plot going on in the last few eps. Two more eps to go, its kind of plot convenient and they still have to wrap up this arc and im assuming maaybe deal with the girl from the other ep

Maybe she was using the ole "I need to use the toilet" excuse to get nosey around the house. Usually people just go through your medicine cabinet or dig through a closet or something but she started trying immediately to head to another world. I wonder what she would have thought if she bumped into the barrier without Yuuya there to explain it. Probably "Oh? Hmm... must be nothing"

What's up with people here expecting Kaori to be left in the dark? Sure it came on suddenly that Yuuya explained the other world but so what that he told her? She obviously liked Yuuya even when he was short and fat and unskilled, what was he supposed to do just act weird yelling at her to not go into that door and make her worry for his odd behaviour? Let her bump into a magical barrier letting her freak out and just play dumb about it? Lol He's just being honest with her since he feels guilty and cares about her.

This is clearly a bad basic isekai but I enjoyed it as a sort of "turn off your brain" type of show. But man the girls total nonchalant reaction to magic and this new world really broke the entire series for me.

Yuya appearing in the King's mind was like:
"Hello sir, my name is Yuya, I just want to make it clear that her daughter also calls me daddy"
*She proceeds to give him bedding and asks Lexia if she wants to use it for the first time with him*
In any case, we are clear that in the end everything will end well, even if he is a bit overprotective, he loves his daughter too much to deny her staying with our protagonist, although I do want to mention that when Kaori discovered the other world, she took it too much ok, or is it my idea? he cared more about having a secret with Yuya and considering her closer relationship than literally being taught that magic exists etc.

i felt like i skipped multiple episodes at the start lol
Kaori randomly visiting him and discovering the other world, cute pinky promisses and secret sharing huh :D

the king is kinda funny too, he wants to destroy everything but dies if Lexia hates him :v

ofc the bad guy would be Lexia's brother, but did he think he could beat mc and Luna even if he seals magic? lols

after getting a bath as a drop, makes sense to get a bed too

mc offering the bed to Luna was already strange, even without the whole "gifting a bed means wanting to share it" law LOL

"Im no one " also yuuya, walking romanian sculpture, endless supply of waifus, strong AF. And pretty much living and breathing GOD at his real life.
casually reveal another world to another person, because why not? no biggie
casually bringing modern technology to another world without thinking the effect to society.

Also, the best bonus item at this isekai world is japanese item? futon? pocket onsen? whats next ramen, vending machnines? quite questionable but okay.
and yuuya going this far without knowing economy currency of this world?

so many girls relationship with yuuya pretty much dead end at this point, (WHERE IS HYOUDOU YUKINEEE i mean goddamn, is there even a screentime for this girl).. SHOW GIVING SO MUCH WAIFUS YET SO LITTLE. AAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH
Welp still wants to see where this show end tho.

I imagined something big happening where he'd have to invite his friends to the other world a few episodes ago. Kaori took the into to the world a little too in stride. In the beginning I thought she already knew about it. I wonder if the guys would be so cool or would they freak out.

The king is my new favorite character, and I get the feeling that he and Owen were probably childhood friends until his royal duties put distance between them. Still kinda hoping that Yuuya would have gained a little confidence in himself by this point, but I get why he can't let go of who he was; he feels like he hasn't earned it.

Well as for some other people, this episode kinda lost me here and I was like "wtf".
I mean, well, so far it was nothing special, average isekai with op mc but still enjoyable and had its fun moments.
But the way how the girl just finds the door and the MC doesn't even try to find some excuses and just casually explain it's magic and how she just accepts it like it was a non-event...
First that's the typical "the support character finds out the mc's secret by accident" cliché, but that's not even the issue here. The problem is how it has been delivered.
No buildup, no tension, no emotion, ... It just happened out from nowhere and it just felt like a non-event, to the point it's out of the touch. Like all the characters just suddenly lost what was left from their common sense (I know overall the main and support characters have not been exactly bright in the previous episodes neither, for plot convenience, but still, that's another level). *shrugs* Actually it feels lazy, like "we don't care at this point".

That's really strange. My guess is that it was better achieved in the source material but the studio rushed it (and very poorly I have to say, even for a rush) since there was only 2 episodes left and wanted to end on a cliffhanger with the girl and the magic world so we read the source material.
But that's just speculation from me since I didn't read the source material. It's not a rant by no means, it's just that I never witnessed something like that before. The anime was ok-ish from my pov but this episode has been a free fall and I didn't see it coming, I'm left surprised if anything. Well I will watch the next episodes since there are only 2 left but that's really unfortunate. I didn't have much expectation and just wanted to watch an average isekai, I was ready to give it a 6/10 but I don't know at this point. Even casually watching it with my brain turned off, it was hard to ignore. No hate from my part on this tho, the source material is probably better and it's an adaption issue.

However on a positive note, I like the king and Owell, their dynamic is funny !

Another episode in which the majority of it is spent in the other world. How interesting…

I know Kaori was going to find the door to the other world when she asked to use the bathroom since that’s where the door was. To be fair, Yuuya was living there for so long and failed to find it and his grandfather never found that door either. Regardless, the two have gotten closer and confirms my suspicions that if Yuuya were to get a girlfriend, it would be her.

Next, Yuuya’s trip to the palace. Of course King Arnold was going to have some issues with him, despite the fact that Yuuya in no way tried to make any advances toward her. And when he offered bedding… that was a completely different issue that there’s no way he would have foreseen. The attack that Lexia’s brother, Reigar, orchestrated, is not something I expected to happen in this very episode. It seems that Yuuya is consistently in the right place at the right time, and it seems that he’s going to be more involved with the businesses of this world in the next episode.

Let’s see what happens…

I think if the story in this section I think the author's stupidity or intentional. why do I think like that. because when Kaori was going to the toilet why didn't she stop Kaori from finding out the secret of the house, plus she told everything that she had magic powers, she was told that night and Akatsuki are monsters from another world. Why!!!

but what can I do for the author to want a story like that maybe in the future Yuya's friend will be invited to isekai, teachers, artists and everyone he meets will be told "hey, look at my toilet there is a way to another world".

I knew from episode 3 that it went from some guilty pleasure show with potential to generic, tropey, trash isekai, but dear God I did not expect it to be this bad. The episode just started, and this dude reveals to Kaori, one of the female leads, basically all of his secrets. Didn't even try to play it off when she walked in front of the door leading to the other world. I felt like it was live-action Death Note all over again. I haven't even watched the rest of the episode yet, excluding the opening, I am basically 5 minutes into the episode. Show went from 6/10 to 2/10.

The animation is a little lackluster, but this show is certainly entertaining.

Kaori finds out about Yuuya's secret, the other world and doesn't react the way I thought she would.

The princess' brother attempts to assassinate her again, but Yuuya was there to save her, again...
