| One of the best fights in Black Clover, but damn, I did not expect that ending. You would think that Asta's devil would just say "yea sure, I'll give you more while talking your body" because he's a devil, but for him to say "No". That scene was amazing. Please don't tell me something's going to happen with Yami.  |

Yami and Asta are the perfect duo and they really do complement each other so well. They have such good chemistry when they fight together. Too bad it was a short-lived victory, since Zenon showed up and still managed to capture Yami. And next episode, FINALLY MY BOY IS GONNA SHOW UP!!! |

| One word: EPIC! Asta & Yami vs Dante was absolutely mind blowing. Honestly best episode of the series so far, backed up with amazing animation. Asta using Yami's stance at the end was just epic beyond words, also love the way they fought together, so in sync. I am dreading to think what happened to everyone who were fighting Vanica's desciples... Als the end with both Yami and Vangeance being taken away. I am hoping that episode 170 won't end up being a huge cliffhanger. |

| This was an epic episode. Both Asta and Yami did great during that fight. Can't believe Asta made a deal with his devil, who in return gets to take over part of his body. Both beat the shit out of Dante but guess they lost in the end. Sad that Asta and the others couldn't do anything while Yami was being taken away. Hopefully, they get him and William back soon before something else happens. That Vanica is truly a bitch. Lol, she'll destroy you when you aren't needed anymore. Looks like in the next episode we get to find out who the spy was. |

| Really good animation by black clovers standards. There some genuinely really good cuts. Pretty satisfying ending to the fight as well. I do like the "twist" of bone man showing up just when they think it's over. |

| I told yall they were saving up for the conclusion the past few episodes was not brilliant in terms of animation but this one here is it folks its definitely quality ๐ black clover if studio peirot did it seasonal then this anime would be lowkey ranked around 8/10 or higher but this studio likes forcing fillers and Over exaggerate characters tropes like crazy overall this episode was the best outta the whole darktriad fights, noelle vs vanica could have been better I'm saying this as the op looked so clean i was expecting some more sakuga and yuno vs zenon was for me a disappointment some enjoyed it but not me I'm more enjoying the yami and asta tag team beat down on this simp dante, keep simping for Lucifer u fool grade A work regardless |

| Damn what a crazy EP ! Im very satisfied we FINALLY get to see Asta's demon and to see him manifest himself for real. But I'm really anoyed by the way this show and a lot of shonen shows just create OP ennemies who did never manifest themselves before just when its the good time. Like i dont know if you realise it guys but right now 98% of the caracters of the show are totally useless. They could not survive 1 sec in front of those demons. Fuegoleons, and these dudes... They just wont do anything. And the show would make them survive it would be 100% BS because we all saw the scale of those attack, no way any other caracter could survive this. But they had to do it, regardless of the anoying part where 98% of the caracters are useless. Because if they don't do so then Asta's demon would be useless and that would be even more annoying for the audience. Very nice episode and they are putting us on the hype for another season. There is just no way they don't do a second season after all this lol |

| That was incredible! While Zenon thwarted the victory, Asta and Yami's efforts allowed for them to avoid the worst case scenario: Zenon arriving with Dante still standing. If the Black Bulls had faced them simultaneously, then all the arcane stage mages would have been taken and rest (Gauche, Henry, Finral) possibly killed off. I hope the Golden Dawn, Heart Kingdom, and Black Bulls use their despair and frustration as fuel to get stronger and rescue their leaders. It was darkly humorous as to how Zenon and Dante went out on a mission (to open the path to the Underworld), while Vanica seemed to venture out for her own amusement. I'm glad that Noelle put up enough of a fight rouse Vanica's curiosity. That saved Loropechka's life. Also, while Undine was cursed, she is also separated from Loropechka. Could that mean that she temporarily joins up with Noelle (also water magic) to rescue her queen? That would be huge! |
