The fight scene between Gojou and the curse was really well done. excellent animation, stunning art and an amazing soundtrack, it was crazy good.

Yuuji's gonna be watching movies and fighting Gojou for the next month lol. What a great routine.

perhaps not, on the author's note it said that his technique is inspired by 'achilles and the tortoise' something that has to do with math and i still don't understand how it works :/

edit: it seems like he's slowing down specific object but not manipulating time in general + he cannot teleport willingly, there's term and condition(it said) but haven't been explained how

Gojou Satoro is easily going to be the most talked about man this season and I can see the hoardes of fangirls already haha!
Overall this episode mainly showed off Gojou's insane skill and he had the spotlight. MAPPA has done something special, the animations are so gorgeous there's really no competition from the new series this season.
Next episode will be intresting, lots of new characters.

Very good episode, gojo really has a good domain that looks reality breaking, the animation is great but the art style looks a bit plain for gojo’s unblindfold appearance, the manga made him look sharp but the anime looks meh, including also, i didn’t really see this fight’s hype as much as i did with KNY ep 19 fight, the animation was good but it’s just that ufotable did something about KNY that made it special, mappa is good at animation and decent on art style but i wish they’d enhance the character designs like how ufotable does it or kyo ani, but not a big deal, i’m pretty sure it’ll fix up over the rest of the season, mahito is finally here, can’t wait to see what that asshole is gonna do.

Aside of that, this episode is great. Gojo's a pretty boy almost like Inosuke's situation. The domain expansion is glorious, and he totally bully the hell out of that volcano guy. But for the villain to escape, i think gojo who proclaimed himself as the strongest, might be a bit too careless here or he was in cahoot with the curses gang?

Interesting development overall. Gonna tune in next week for sure.

That's the problem I had before the episode aired. I was really hoping that people don't overhype this episode too much for the anime onlys so it could be a legit surprise for them. I'm saying this because I know I would have been so amazed by this episode if I had went in blind (if I were anime only). Hopefully most people weren't expecting it to be this good.

this isn't really a spoiler, but I just wanted to say that we don't really see him training all that much if at all. The next few episode are still gonna be really good tho. After today's episode I think everyone should know what to expect from the rest of this first season.

This was phenomenal! MAPPA nailed that adaptation. The angles, animation, soundtrack, textures, everything was impecable. Goujou ofc pleased my eyes a lot as well lol and I love the comedy elements and the scene after the endind.
Shimazaki Nobunaga as Mahito fits so well too! I'm loving everything about this anime, for real

This episode was freaking intense! Nevertheless I love it! My man has beautiful eyes he is easily my top 1 fave character in JJK. Im looking forward for the next ep! I live the concept of powers through curses, its something new in the shounen world! Although this is shounen i felt like im watching seinen because of its dark themes. Having a curse power is essentially a dark theme and the horror of it is amazingly well crafted. Animation is really fluid I love it! Keep it coming!

Damn that 90% 5/5 in the poll.Never quite seen such a thing before.Well this episode was deserving.We have Sukuna on one side and Gojo on the other,both OP as hell.Whereas the MC,weak as he is stuck in between both of them.Now the bar has been set.Also introduction of the new bad guys.This unique curse flow maintaining training was very interesting.This show isn't a rip off of any shitty shounen.This is the most unique shounen I have ever seen.The concept is great and the way it has been backed up by the animation is just really awesome.I am just excited to see what more this show has to offer.

And one more thing KnY just can't live upto this.Just my opinion

MAPPA doing based work for JJK. Gojou is so OP haha. And no you cant compare it to Demon Slayer episode 19 for many reasons, mainly because the fight was super dull in the manga and enhanced by Ufotable who are from another planet.

oh heck yeah. the first few arcs are nice for establishing core themes and characters, but when the 2nd season comes? THAT is when jjk kicks your feelings even deeper and greatly enhances its themes.
As someone said there already, first season will mostly just consist of introduction to some important jjk topics (death, regrets, what it means to be a shaman) and great battle scenes. Can't wait to see S2 animated, whew

Fantastic episode!!

Gojo is killing it. That was some great action and Animation. I know it was said that he is the strongest Jujutsu Sorcerer, but oh my word they weren't kidding at all. The little spar he had with Sukuna in Ep 2 seemed to only be a fraction of what he's capable of. This is some overpowered shit and I am all for it. Just phenomenal stuff!

That face reveal was quite intense, I am not gay but god damn those eyes man.. He's fabulous!

So I love how Gojo went back to Yuuji, analyzed him watching those movies, and then took him to the fight in mere seconds. Loving his infinity power so far.

Can't wait to see more!
