| Worse than the last episode. Both stories were just uninteresting and bland. The only thing I liked about this episode was Tsukano. I enjoyed this character a lot, his personality was the only interesting thing out of the episode. One thing I want to praise as well is Yuki Kaji's performance as Tsukano this episode. Kaji's performance was super out of place because every other character was nowhere near his level of quality. As always, Yuki Kaji was amazing with his voice acting. Scarecrow made no sense. It feels like a lot of information was left out of this story. |

| Solid adaption of Supernatural Transfer Student which is a fun story from Junji Itou. 7/10. The unconscious ability from transfer student Tsukano to infest supernatural phenomenoms around him while searching for mysterious exciting things is enjoyable in how he exposes a spoon bending magician and a self-claimed medium as fakes while he produces; an eyeball flower, a waterfall that grants powers, a river with a Loch Ness-like Monster and monuments in place of vanished houses, and the waterfall bringing back a corpse who was killed by one of the members back to life, then getting killed by him with a power blast. The fear from the girls to the contrast of Tsukano's fascination and joy of these experiences is very entertaining as well. Scarecrows' adaption is slightly flawed in how it rushes the death of the father by cutting out the wife's dialogue in wonder to why Shigeru looks terrified when looking at his step-father, but regardless it's nice to see this story adapted. Not one of my favorites even though it's fairly entertaining, but the scarecrows don't have much power from what they've shown. It's an interesting concept though. 6/10. |
