| This OVA is a total let down. The OVA is just a "gift" from the creators to the fans, by flooding us all dem ships in Try and the nostalgia of seeing Aila again (but no Reiji and Sei dammit!). The tile is just misleading, there's no actual wars between builders in this smh. I hope this is just a joke made on purpose and they'll finally explain who and where the hell is Reiji and show us the old characters back (WE WANNA SEE SEI FOR GODDAMN SAKE). Oh, can't we just agree that this is the best thing about the OVA?  I've never expected Shia to go full neko :3 This is just too kawaii >///> *And again, this makes no goddamn sense! She's fighting for her life and to save the facility and yet she still had the time to give a us frikin fan service!* |

You assumed correct. I watched GBF and GBFT. Everyone knew from the start that these were Gunpla commercials. You don't need to watch 50 episodes and an OVA of said material to realize that. Enjoying it, however, is an entirely different thing. I thought of watching one was ridiculous, but surprisingly I enjoyed the first one and actually got me into the hobby (bought HGBF Zaku Amazing). The plot was basic and predictable, but it had great mech battles and was pretty enjoyable. The second one left a lot to be desired. It ended every fight with a goddamn punch. And this special, punching a colony? Really? What happened to the "realistic" mech battles on the first one? I understand the need to sell model kits, but at least make it enjoyable and worth the time. |

What really killed the fights and downed the second season in general was the 3-man team format (sell 3x more gunpla???). And shittier characters not worth rooting for. And no Rinko. |

Dat light can be seen throughout the galaxy. Nils said the name of the 1st season. Can't roll credits. Fumina oppai. Dat girl. Mirai oppai. Dat light. She disappeared. lol at Yuuma. Arian. Mommy. AILA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Dem Gunpla's. It was fine. Got to see my waifu's, Mirai and Fumina again, especially Aila, who was the highlight of the episode. So beautiful. Of course they don't show Reiji. |

| Why do they tease us so much... I guess we won't see Reiji again, but at least we saw Aila. That's another reminder of romance done right, I really miss all those characters from the first season. I wish they weren't shrouded in mystery like this. |
