What a majestic way of waiting, I thought she's gonna use the seat to make it some kind of vehicle but nope, she's just gonna sit on it. Lmao I'm glad Machi slammed that ojisan with her bag, would have done the same. Rip Doboroku. And ofc the big bro too, good. Now only Natsu is left. So HEATTACH is a clothing brand... lol. Your bike is a majestic seat now, how great. Would be helpful for a lot of lost travellers. I love the ED, really fun. "We do have wi-fi though." |

| WHY ARE THE 2 MAIN CHARACTERS SO AMAZING? Like, the bear is the funniest troll I've seen so far and the girl is just adorable with that Mature/Serious-Attitude and face expressions. Laughed a lot when she got upset at the 2 adults and she even punched one lol. Don't get me started with that bike and chair. | Natsu. A big and strong pedo bear, yet got easily rekt by Machi's Nose Devastator Punch haha. I just love both of them. I totally missed the sex jokes in this episode... Were are my sex jokes! D:< And yeah... A minute's silence in memory of Bike, Bridge and Doboroku, that lost their life's in tragically circumstances. We loved you and will keep you in our hearts forever ;_; [*] ... Just flipped through the first 5 Manga chapters and it seems chapter 3 was ditched? Well, it wasn't so funny anyway. Probably they'll show it with another one in the Kuma Miko Special in June/August? |
| Episode slow but delicious in the narrative, the important thing is that the plot remains, but during the story you can do a lot more, so this episode deserves a round of applause, too. The drawings and animations are more than good; that bike just needed the telly, so it would be complete with all facilities, LOL! |

| This is seriously turning into one of the best show of the season. Very fun to follow characters. Steady pacing with abundant amount of jokes, a unique visual, Japanese-styled OST. Great great voice acting from VA newb and old. and most interesting for me are the hidden sadness that lies behind this simple setting and plot. Btw, why do people are looking for their sex joke? |

| Well.. It seems like bear will teach Machi now?.. Well, I'm glad he actually started doing so, not just saying "dame!", or something like that.. Not just refusing to let her go.. Well.. I am from city myself (duh), but I myself don't know what Heattech is.. I guess, she can always ask it at store?.. Or ask people around before?.. I guess, researching about the unknown thing she heard about is indeed important.. I mean, she'd hear some unknown stuff all the time at the city.. Though, I'm not sure she'll learn self-restraint or searching skills without hints that she should be doing so, but will see.. Especially as this her task not necessary about this, more related, I'd say.. I'll at least give her planning skills.. She indeed thinks if object will be big or not, and stuff.. Really she'd just need to learn about wonders of google/ search engines.. If she had mini-disk, maybe they have internet?.. It's not really fair how bear can't really adjust the time, with force major happening.. Pretty sure the bridge falling would count as force major in law, being cut off from the other areas by river force.. This thing would let you change your plans in city as well, honestly.. On the other hand, I guess she needs to learn planning, and that things can go not the way she wants, so contacting people is important, relying on them.. While she is shy to ask bear about what Heattech is exactly.. On the other hand, she's not shy to ask her known aunt about bicycle.. Poor girls gets extremely unlucky, though.. Really, this task just wasn't fair all way through, and can be quite discouraging.. But then she had courage to ask later that "teacher" guy about Uniqlo, and he decided to help her.. And then asked in car about thing she didn't know.. And bear.. I get that maybe he'd want to learn things I just told.. But why he wouldn't say them instead?.. Really, people, sometimes choose such ways to teach.. Which are "don't do something".. Well.. I guess, it also is how she'd be getting help from others.. She wouldn't be really told in every time that "you can google, talk to people, and stuff".. Many times people actually don't say things like that.. And also people many times give tasks, not actually saying how or what to do exactly.. Just "do this and this exercise for homework", just "learn the poem", without actually telling about mnemonics or anything.. Also it's probably for the best that Machi is meeting all kinds of different people, including that drunk man, on the way to her task.. Life is yeah, like this.. Not always like in anime, there can be rude people and stuff.. Overall, really nice episode.. I'm glad we moved from outright refusal from bear.. I hope Machi will continue to grow.. And be happy in the end.. I'm wishing her the best luck.. I was a bit not sure after first episode.. But this one was great.. I don't think they actually needed to include first episode at all, it just feels strange.. On the other hand, maybe I got used to rough things with help of first episode, and so can think critically beyond my usual expectations that bear would have to be a good teacher, because he loves Machi.. Life is actually quite hard, isn't it?.. Well, will wait for more wholesome moments, and how Machi grows.. Or what else this anime will bring, as it's only second episode.. |
