| Now that is one awesome cliffhanger right there! =D But knowing Takeru, I wouldn't be surprised if he pushes Ikaruga away before she takes his virginity. The pacing remains the same, no surprise there, but the episode itself was still good. It was fascinating and kind of sad to learn about the past of the two Suginami sisters, how they were brought up doing nothing but researching and Ikaruga wanting to leave the facility by the means of creating an elf without any usable magic. It's also a bit degrading to see Ougi and the others locked up and stripped of any clothing for that matter. Let's hope the other Suginami sister gets put in her place soon enough. |
| Episode a little faster in pace, now hope for something different is useless, I give up. The plot gets a little more interesting, but sin that is all a bit smoky and deepens, also hurt to see that the quality of designs and animations are not at sufficient levels to enjoy the good character design of the characters. In the final episode is saved but only just. Suginami from small and large, have been the same, what luck! :P |

| Ugh another volume in 2 episodes. I was thinking they would give this arc an extra episode but I guess not. Hopefully we'll have 4 for volume 5 then. I really hope they don't try to cram volume 6 in as well. Silver Link has butchered this series enough already. Ikaruga's backstory was interesting but fell flat again like every other characters past because of the insane rushing. I think we had more than half a volume just in this episode. Ending was the only good thing but they even fucked up that part too. Takeru was supposed to be chained to the bed. |

| Looks like Ikaruga will have the best backstory and arc, or at least she seems the most interesting for now. I hope they tell us what happened to the little elf. Not a bad episode, overall. 4/5 Fall's anime ending themes are really good: Taimadou's, Owari no Seraph's and Asterisk's in particular stand out, I rarely skip them. |
