I really hope that there will be the possibility for a second season of this fantastic anime, because I seriously just can't ever get enough of it! I've already re-watched it 8 times round so far! It's probably my most re-watched anime of all time! ^^

Probably no, but there's a chance where a second season would be made and maybe it would mainly focus on Kuroneko.
But who knows? I'm quite happy with the ending.

Man so much hate for this anime. Ill admit it wasnt amazing but I found it enjoyable. I bet if you ask half of these people how they feel about elfen lied they would say " omg now thats an anime right there " however if you ask me its lacking in story in the same way. Although maybe I only like the anime because it prompted me to learn how viper venom kills people.

Honestly I loved this anime except the inhumane things... but the ending of season one was a cliff hanger for me and to some of my friends ,and we are all looking forward to more seasons of it and if you think this is bad look at "Hidan no Aria" the first season was good but the second... if you think it's better you have problems.

So, personally, loved the anime. Yes, it could have been better. Yes, the characters could have had more depth but it told a good story, had a good amount of action, and made you feel something. With the way it ended, they brought certain things to a close/climax (like -Kuroneko FINALLY admitting her true feelings for Murakami) but left enough things up in the air (like the council still at large with this diabolical plan). So theoretically they COULD do a season 2. The reason I think they SHOULD is they now have a perfect opportunity to continue the story AND improve upon the things that were already SOLID in the show. A season 2 could be even better than season 1 if done right. If the directors and writers see this: Make it happen!

I think Neko was plenty real (the way her feelings slowly grew and the way she reacted to him, not fully understanding why), especially once she got her memories back. I love Kuroneko. Kuroneko is BAE 4LIFE lol

I think that the anime could have been longer.....
It seemed very rushed.
The making of the pills was pretty much useless because the developers decided to end the story so early.
Why even bother putting extra details if its for nothing.

She didn't remember at the beginning of the anime also but it exists :P

I got quoted twice and was abused "out of existence"
That did not stop me to watch the anime a few more times and also read the manga :D

I decided to also make some sort of a fan-made game that will follow the manga so it will go beyond the anime, but I don't know how "legal" would that be and if it's gonna be OK to do ... :D

If It's actually "legal" to do fan-made stuff like that I will do it for sure! :D
It's not gonna be anything spectacular like at the level of "Skyrim"or something like that ...
but it will be good! :P

[i know i am late]
i think it needs a remake + s2 (I've read the manga and it was interesting) the story is good.the ed was rushed,(didn't need that much fan service) many parts were skipped(refer the manga)still i liked it
wanted a s2 but chances are near zero(its been many years after its completion) so i recommend all to read the manga.
[this is my personal opinion]
