| The action was good. The red Chaika insists on being the employer of Toru and Akari. Pretty interesting so far. |
| I like how even her captives couldn't resist Chaika's cuteness and that the David guy got all chummy with her in the end. Toru was so badass, he can take on two skilled fighters with an Iron-Blood transformation. |

| Chaikachaikachaikachaikachaikachaikas. The combat scenes were pretty good, although I noticed some bad quality here and there, so not really consistent. The OP&ED are growing in me. S2 confirmed, looks a good news. |

| Really good episode! I smiled when Red Chaika took a liking to him. Maybe she'll act tsundere to him in the future. Red Chaika is cute and attractive, but I'd choose white Chaika because she's more adorable, and her unguardedness makes me wanna protect her. Two Chaikas are fond for Tooru. I don't mind he gets both and more other Chaikas in the future, But Akari won't be happy by it. Action scenes are good and enjoyable. I really want know how or why White Chaika goes with that blonde guy (forgot his name) in the next episode. |

| I wonder if there will be a Yandere Chiaka XD. Well aside from that, Red Chiaka has grown attached to Toru, but I felt sad that he is only attached to the White Chiaka. As always, the fight scenes were impressive, so fluid and yet addictive to watch. Looks like Red one is his enemy now, but I was hoping she would join on his side, possibly a harem of Chiaka's maybe XD. Glad it is a split cour, can't wait to see more of it's budget in the second season. |
| Red Chaika liked Tooru but I like most of the white Chaika, she is more clueless Akari hardly appeared in this episode, her behavior animates the anime I think this dragon also is hiding something and second season confirmed, will give it to appreciate more Chaika in this year |

This show has some downright awesome fighting scenes and that's mainly because a lot of them make sense and aren't filled with flashy,over-the-top moves. I just find it so entertaining to pay attention to the little tricks that are used such as Tooru trying to throw dust in his opponents eyes among other things such as more use of retractable wired daggers and Akari's timed explosive kunais(last time it was poisonous darts). I'm once more reminded of Hei from DtB and one of his lines in Ryuusei no Gemini when teaching Suou how to fight: "Anything can be used as a weapon." Tooru & Akari must've been his ancestors :D I also like how they even came up with a reasonable way for Tooru to have time to say his chant for the Iron-Blood Transformation in a situation that wouldn't normally allow him to by having Chaika blind their opponents,also allowing him to bypass Red Chaika's troublesome sword and get in melee range. Keep up dem quality fights,BONES! |

| 2nd season on the way so I don't mind that nothing barely happened this episode although wow they sure massacred those cockatrice. Chaika can get 4 seasons and I won't mind!!! Can't wait for more Chaika to appear.. |

| HnC's already doing pretty well but I wish BONES allocated more for this, not for Captain Earth. Anyway, this episode, action was less impressive than the last episode, but still very interesting overall. Also, those mob monsters, I really love how they have characteristics and they are shown in battle. draker said: Red Chaika's serpent sword looks awesome. They should add that weapon in jrpgs, since they really lack variety. Actually there are ones with those kind of weapon. Ries in Trails in the sky:the 3rd has that kind of sword. Still not common tho. |

| Action was very badass, I loved it. Toru was cool to watch, using those wired blades, sorta makes me think I'm seeing Kratos' Blades of Chaos and at the same time not :P Anyway red Chaika is likely to appear later, and the same is true of other Chaikas. The possibility that all of them could be the real one, never struck me, gotta see how this evolves. Toru's character was nice to watch, not so the politics which seemed pretty lazy and asspulled. |

| The politicians are weird. Especially the king. I wonder what the point of showing us this was. Either it is because he really is useless, he's just king because he was king the day before. Or this is just show and when push comes to shove he'll remind them that they are just advisors (or whatever they are). I like how they discuss the different possibilites. All Chaikas real, all fake, or only one real.. and how Toru simply doesn't care. They'll have to introduce more Chaikas soon, at least if they ever get back to the "retrieving parts" story. With each part, the likelyhood of encountering another Chaika should rise, as (so far) all Chaikas want to retrieve them. Sooner or later all parts will be in the possession of a Chaika, so they will be the ones to steal from others.. |

| And the attack during the hostage exchange begins and the trade was called off until later. Good thing Tooru trusted Red Chaika and gave her that weapon back. So Tooru refused Red Chaika's offer to work for her and get to fight more. One day the two Chaika's and their subordinates will have to settle the score and see which is going to win and keep living. |

| This red chaika + siblings unit is really cool. That katty cat kid is really sharp, he says some interesting things every now and then. Is it just me or the broken way of speaking really suits red Chaika more? Her personality is more aloof so it sounds nicer when she talks that way. I was like, "That's so not Akari. Poor writing?" Then Fredericka transformed XD This is one solid show. I say this episode was the best so far. 9.5/10 |

| Jesus, since when did Chaika become a meaningful noun? Reminds me of NGNL where they were talking about Steph as an insult XD For some reason I found a strange attraction for Bohdan, she reminds me of Saber from Fate/Stay Night. It's a damn shame that she wants to kill off Trabant though. IF she would learn to co-exist, I think both Trabant and Bohdan would do well to compliment one another. Trabant would be the magic user, whilst Bohdan could take up Toru or Akari's spot. That would make 3 warriors, one magician and one bad ass Dragoon/Kitty. I think a team of 5 would be able to take down anything that Gillet's team could throw at them. Whats with that preview though? Trabant happily on a horse with Gillet? Frederica picking up Akari in Dragoon form? Plus, did anyone do the math? If there are 8 parts of the Gaz emperor circulating, and Trabant and Bohdan both have at least one or two parts, that would mean they're nearly half done with collecting, no? Wouldn't that mean that after the rest of the parts are picked up (probably by other Chaikas) then it would be a free-for-all amongst Chaika's to off one another to complete the collection? Say if there were 4 Chaikas, then each would only need to pick up 2 pieces and all of Gaz would have been collected already, no? Anyway, I'm glad we've got another season of this. Only wish that the manga would actually catch up. |

| The action in this show is pretty exciting and clever. I like how the saboteurs are more defensive and more crafty. They use their environment at their advantage. That decoy was a nice trap too. Red Chaika sure is agressive. I liked how Toru hesitated to trade white Chaika, it show a bit darker side of him. |

You have disputes and war mongers throwing around military threats and whatnot. We also get to see how it affects the Gillete squad as they were just about to close in on Chaika and friends. What's more, they also seem rather desperate and bored, as shown by the sleeping king. Without a war motivating them, they have nothing fulfilling to squabble over except politics. |

| Definitely one of the more underrated shows this season. Really enjoying the combat scenes, and there's at least one every episode. I'm wondering what's up with the multiple Chaikas, if they're clones of the 'true' Chaika or if Leonardo's theory was correct and they're all sisters. Red Chaika really makes you appreciate how sweet and innocent White Chaika is. Don't get me wrong, Red Chaika is a badass, and way more capable in a fight than her mage counterpart. Kudos to Toka for not abandoning her, though. White Chaika clearly needs his help more; she'd be sold into slavery within a week on her own. |
| Hmmm I guess I prefer White Chaika after this episode, she's cute and pretty nice ^^ The art was slightly off at times this time but still great. This still has the best fights in recent anime :D with actually strategy. |
| 5/5 I would not say that the pathos is to monstrous levels, but the plot seems to have taken a good way, for now I like it. Narrative that already puts the facts straight about the harem and space to Fredrika. If that was not enough to fill very well the story does not miss the action, even I like that. Design and animation is not bad, we just have to wait for the BD come out to see if it will bring the cambamenti and further improve the product ... Wake up Girls! teaches ... |

| Solid episode. The fighting scenes were as amazing to watch as the battles were smooth and not staggering. |
