| The comedy at the first half were great I liked the romantic tease from the others on Mikage and Hachiken as well The flashback from Yuugo at the train station was fantastic All of the elder at the living room discussing about Aki's future and making remarks of her current grades |

| 5/5 Episode earnest and full of very well-aimed comic gems. Narration very nice, because the characters respond faithfully to their inclinations and their weaknesses. Drawings done well. The next episode is the last ...! T_T |

| How can they pay for Mikage's tuition? Poor Mikage, her family is thinking that she can't finish college. That "I'll take the responsibilities". haha I don't think that the last episode will sum it all up. I guess there's a 3rd season, I hope so. |

| I didn't like the secondary characters much in season 1, so I'm glad this one focuses more on the main characters and develops drama in their lives. Yuugo and Aki mean so much more to each other now. |

| As much as I found the content to be fantastic in this episode, the structure taken here still bothers me since this would have perfect if the family confrontation continued from the cliffhanger immediately rather than knowing the outcome of it from the start and only re-introducing it midway. It could have been even more of a punch if you only find out later, or if you wanna hint at what happens through the start, keep it very brief almost like a suspenseful promo of sorts. Regardless, the actual stuff that happened still more than made up for the flaws and it was still a tremendous episode and a terrific 2nd half in particular. Very touching and tense stuff while feeling realistic too. Hachiken's always rambling about not wanting people to lose out on their dreams due to circumstances, he couldn't help Komaba much through the loss of their ranch but he would do everything to help Aki out no matter what before it's too late. At least she won't be as bad of a student as Tokiwa so he's got experience with dumb students at their peak. |
| More Mikage x Hachiken! Mikage running out of the cheese room to study and saying "頑張ろう！おう！" was so cute lol Loved Mikage's dad just bristling on the shoulders there after Hachiken said he'd take responsibility lmao I hope next episode is our long-awaited date! |
