Zeke and Eren  and their beta mindset
have let me down.
Euthanatia?? Seriously? How did someone raised by revolutionary
Eldians end up fighting for sterilization of a whole race? C'mon Zeke!
YOU FOOLISH RACIST BASTARD!
Now I see what this show is all about.
It all culminated to Eren
believing genocide is the right answer.
From a determined warrior to a pathetic victim,
Eren lost all my respect.
Very sad and disturbing plot twist.
"There's no greater salvation than never being born in this world."-Eren

I don't know how good Zeke's story has to be to convince me to stop judging this villain and what he's done.
With Annie, Reiner, they all have their own problems, but Zeke, c'mon, he enjoys killing others.
Luckily the title of the previous episode didn't go in the direction of saying goodbye to some of my favorite characters.
Begin.
I don't know who Xavier is, but he must have been Darth Sidius to create the Zeke he is today.
Why does everyone hate Eldians so much? They must realize that not everyone is evil.
Why didn't Grisha take off the armband for a while? Did anyone check him?
I have to make this clear, I can't be happy and act cool about bad actions, even what Annie and Reiner did, but that doesn't mean I enjoy watching them being tortured or insult.
Everyone deserves something good to be around, no matter what character it is, if they've just finished acting bad and enjoyed themselves, that's the kind of attitude I oppose.
Ok poor little Zeke
and young Magath if i'm not wrong.
Ok so Zeke joined the training.
What the hell of this? I hate this brainwashing game. Zeke is different from Gabi, Reiner, Falco, he doesn't want it.
Oh no this damn parents and granparents destroyed this boy.
Oh no Zeke, he has no friends, all alone. I feel a lot of me in this boy.
Damn if Zeke had to endure this bastard Grisha then Eren had to go through the same thing. Too bad I used to sympathize with Grisha.
I can't ignore Zeke's actions when he's grown up, but little Zeke... too sad for him.
Wow Zeke... Xavier is the cause.
So those who are descendants of Ymir can turn into titans.
An ep that reveals many things.
Damn so sad
Zeke had a father of his own.
Wow Reiner and Bertholdt crossed the walls without anyone knowing.
So in order to end the wars and end the suffering of the Eldians, Zeke and Xavier decided to genocide the descendants of Ymir? Too extreme. But if I were Zeke, I might as well want to.
Zeke also has no combat skills, always being slow.
Although I empathize with what Zeke has to go through, but since then Zeke affected Eren like that, I am still confused.
Don't the Marleyans and other peoples hate the Eldians? This plan of Zeke and Xavier is to destroy their own people, right? So sad.
According to Zeke, Eren was also Grisha's victim. But from what we see, Eren is also quite violent.
Zeke went there to meet Eren without being caught by Falco?
Eren, Zeke, you guys are wrong. You are just unlucky to be born into an unusual family.
Don't blame that on other innocent people.
Being born into this world is a privilege, a right of every person.
I want the two bros to be comforted by someone, to erase the hatred. Eren hates his father, Zeke is hungry for love.
Zeke has inherited Xavier's pain. And he accidentally transferred it to Eren.
WOW no! Damn

As I mentioned way back in S3 Part 2, both sides have their propaganda. I think both are true. It's an endless cycle, after all. Tyranny falls, replaced by another that will become tyrants themselves in the end, and vice versa. It is happening in the real world right now. In short, humans are hopeless creatures.
Levi is badass, but I'm annoyed at him for preventing Zeke from meeting with Eren. I feel bad for Zeke. He's a product of Grisha's ambition. He made so many sacrifices too.
So, that's his goal. The Eldian euthanasia plan. It's a good plan, IMO. Being born into a cruel world sucks, and if they make Eldia great again, they'll turn into tyrants in the future and will cause more death and despair.
I honestly think humans should be euthanized as well. I'm pretty sure there's a decent amount of people out there who loathe being born in this unfair world ruled by late-stage capitalism. At least, our society should allow people who want to die to die.
I'm one of those people who, despite all my blessings, I prefer never to have been born. I sympathize with Zeke and Eren 120%!

By this time,  I don't have sides anymore. This show only proves that just because you have a point doesn't mean you're right. It so happens that people are born in a different situation and have their own point of view. In the end, it's the innocent people who always suffer. Zeke was one of them too.

She got him back. If you understand the characters well enough, you'd know she did!

We got Zeke's backstory in this episode, and there seriously is no good side in this story huh? I remember hating Zeke for throwing Grisha under the bus like a season ago, but there seriously isn't a good side here. Grisha forced his own goals onto both of his kids just to "save" Eldia. Each side sucks in this story, but that's also what I like about it. There isn't a good side. Although, despite that, I'm siding with Hange (even if they might not last much longer)

This changes everything. Zeke sacrificed sacrificed his parents to achieve the goals they had set for him. I just think that this information now sounds too convenient

This man had one of the worst childoold that I have ever seen. He played a double agent to a third person and counstructed his plan for 13 years.

Very good episode, Interesting past of Zeke with his parents brainwashing him into meeting their expectations when he only wanted to have a father and a mother. Now we know what Zeke and Eren talked about... interesting euthanasia for everyone, no more babies. Poor Levi, Zeke played the lucky card whether he survives the explosion or not.

As I suspected, they're sacrificing themselves for the greater good.
I just didn't know the plan was to kill the entire Eldian race.

"There is no greater salvation than having never been born"
Pretty depressing outlook, instead of making things work in a cruel world their plan is to destroy their entire race.
To be fair with all they're experienced they clearly feel like they have no other option or maybe just like Eren explained to Armin, he might be being controlled by the memories of Ymir and the Founding Titan.

An episode purely based on Zeke!
- What a crap childhood, being forced to do something you’re unable to do….
- The previous beast Titan’s story was also depressing…. Imagine your wife killing your child and then herself because she found out your race…
- He wants to stop Eldians from being born, therefore peacefully ending the race without killing, as well as removing the existence of titans. Smart. I’m surprised Eren agrees though, but also not really, since he has always said he will wipe out all of the titans
- Wtf? That ending? Why would he do that!

Zeke made some bad choices and is a bad person even if his life was sad. Doomerism is a bad dumb philosophy for sad losers and forcing it on people is the worst. Slapping genocide on top of indiscriminate murder as well just adds to it. Zeke's childhood was horrible and unfair but he's decided to commit the actual dictionary definition of genocide (as in, annihilating an entire specific gene pool) essentially because his dad didn't love him and he didn't want to get killed/turned into a titan for his actions. This show painstakingly sets up horrible situations where one party could choose to eat shit in an attempt to keep it from spreading (Sasha's dad being a very recent example) but either has them not benefit, it not result in the chain breaking, or the bad choice being made. Zeke was only a child but of all the bad choices people made in this show, if he had've not made his then a lot fewer people would've died.

I thought they were going to show that beast titan ratted out his parents as a child because he wasn't good enough to become a titan warrior, and they decided to sacrifice themselves by allowing him to turn them in so that he could get a leg up on the other candidates. That would've been something. But no. He was just mad at his dad for never playing catch with him. That's fucking lame.

But as if that wasn't bad enough, he not only turned on his parents, his royal blood, and his fellow people, he decided to go full FINAL SOLUTION and kill them all. "If I eliminate all my people, we won't suffer anymore"? Holy shit that's stupid

But then, eren just goes along with it? He agrees? He went from the kid who wanted to kill all the titans for eating his mom to... wanting to kill all the titans for, Idk, existing and being persecuted? This heel turn is weak

(Obviously them playing baseball catch is what led to the beast titan adopting that attacking method)

Have we seen all the titans?
1. Colossal
2. Armored
3. Attack/Founding (Jesus, just stick to one name)
4. Female
5. Beast
6. Quadriped/"Beak"?
7. Jaw
8. War hammer
9. *I'm drawing a total blank* [no spoilers if it hasn't been revealed yet in the show]

Zeke Egger is a negative character. I don't feel sorry for him at all, and watching the whole episode about him was neither interesting nor pleasant for me.
