They even think / knew how to fight this kind of system with some kind / device like jammer..

The one is "always following the system" type..
The other one (the criminal) is thinking outside the box, that things can happend even system can't scan / predict it..

I feel like each episode is revealing more flaws with the sibyl system, like how the brain scans would take time and the hue assessment thing isn't always accurate. It's also extremely easy to defeat the system, basically just install signal jammer and the gun is useless. Without the gun, enforcers are pretty much just waiting to be killed like a lab rat.

Also that gino dude isn't really fit to lead the team, he brings personal sentiment into the work and doesn't seem to make good judgements. With all those talks about experience and being wise, he is the one being a fool not going after the criminal. What exactly has he done in the episodes so far? Now makes me wonder why all the inspectors we have seen so far are beyond useless. It's always the enforcers doing all the work, and I bet the inspectors take all the credit. Maybe that's how gino was able to keep his job all this time.

The killer was obvious but wasn't I had a feeling it was either the chief or the guy getting bullied. I still don't remember the second MC's name but the way he baited him was pretty smart. I wonder what beef the other inspector has with all of these latent criminals.

This show is showing more and more of the absurdity and ridiculousness of the system with each episode, but i know the resolution is gonna be satisfying

loved it , will continue the show , this is what i was expecting , the first 2 eps didnt really make me interested but this is it. Also sometimes this anime gives me vibes of the BLAME! manga which i love sm, the guns, the outfits , the dark atmosphere, the futuristic setting and robots...really vibes of Blame.

I'm already seriously impressed with this series. Some of the nicest looking CG art and animation I have seen.
Can't really put a finger yet on why, but this is really giving me a GitS vibe.
