| Despite being fairly unremarkable, I'm fine with Hoshikara resolving itself well enough. I can definitely tell where the anime sped through plotlines and character development, but oh well. |

| So, the last episode. Here we have a traditional japanese festival where a boy confesses to a girl. And Ui's route is over here, Kazuma confessed to her and they kissed under the stars. Cute, but boring, Ui is a boring character imo, she is more of a comedy type (eats a lot and silly). But the main character is also a typical average guy, like in most harem animes, so a boring guy gets a boring girl. But who will get the other girls from the anime? Us, the people of high culture! My favorite moment of the last episode is when Madoka and Ibuki are sitting on the porch: -we were rejected... -yes... Girls, dont be sad, you are the best girls of this anime! And Ayumu is attacked by hot mommys, i really envy him, wish i was a shota-artist to draw naked milfs. What i will say about the whole anime: its a masterpiece. A masterpiece of simplicity, kindness, fun and falling in love. Very high-quality visuals, good soundtrack, interesting visual style of the 2000s anime, bright characters, good comedy and still its some good romance (at least the main character here does not fool the girls and makes the final choice). I really liked this anime. Maybe it would be better if they made separate routes like in Amagami, but we have what we have - a good, beautiful and kind story about youth and love. |
