| This episode was madness, and I'm loving every single moment here *-* Tengen, Inosuke and Zenitsu are being too slow! >_>; They should have been helping Tanjiro by now, but at least we got to see the Kamado brothers at their full potential, so everything's good >w< Can't wait to see the rest of this epic battle with Daki and how it'll end. |

I wasn't expecting Daki's hair color to change even though I've already read the manga haha. It's so satisfying to watch Tanjiro's Hinokami-Kagura scenes because of its animation, さすが Ufotable! |

| Wow I can't believe I'm watching Aot and Demon slayer back to back lol.....Anyways It's no surprise seeing Tanjiro dominating Daki....As a manga reader back when I saw those panels in the manga it gave me chills ngl and I must say Ufotable did a fantastic job animating this episode....again I'm not surprised!!! But for real tho both Tanjiro and Nezuko were serious badasses!!!! |
| Woah! That episode was insane! Sakuga animation, beautiful music, grand direction... everything was basically perfect about it. Once again ufotable has proved that they are truly grandmasters when it comes to making animes. I think this episode was not only the best one so far from the current season, but perhaps the best episode of Kimetsu no Yaiba anime up until now. |
| This episode blew my mind. Ufotable absolutely knocked it out of the park with the animation. I appreciated the breaks in the pace that we got (especially from Rengoku-san's dad), because the fight scene was really intense. I was really asking for action and they slammed me with it lol |

| Demon slayer has gone to shit this season. It started out strong but as soon as the fights began, all of it went to shit. First, the CGI. Daki blades are made of cgi. They move unnaturally and fail to properly blend with the 2D animation of hers. The impact of cgi blades with 2D sword of tanjiro is very weak. Second, the monologue and dialogue. Tanjiro has this braindead monologues with himself for some self explanatory things. Show don't tell. The dialogues between tanjiro and daki in this episode couldn't have been cringier. It's not all bad. Daki's peppy dialogue is fun to watch. Unfortunately, tanjiro doesn't reciprocate. Third, the animation. Now this refers to the general fight animation and camerawork. During the daki and tanjiro fight, quite a many a times, the camera cuts just before an attack connects and then we're shown the aftermath of that attack. Daki's attack on the houses this episode is one such example. Another example is when Daki first kicked away Tanjiro outside when they first met. Also, the attacks overall feel way less impactful than they should be. Fourth, the asspulls. Some would say that Hinokami Kagura was an asspull in ep 19 of previous season but I disagree. The power up was set up by Shinobu and it was a plausible explanation. Not to mention that the power up was handled carefully. Now, moving on to this episode. All of that care and setup is now missing and both tanjiro and nezuko get inexplicable powerups. Suddenly, both of them are matching an upper moon now. Nezuko is easily the worse offender of the two. Not only is she now somehow powerful enough to hurt Daki, she got some broken healing outta nowhere. She gets a whole new form outta nowhere. So in summary, nezuko has no set up for her to get this powerup hence it's an asspull. Tanjro gets a powerup because Daki kills some people? That's just stupid. In summary, the 2nd season is a downgrade with regards to it's fights and the powerups. I am greatly disappointed in how the action is handled in this season. I'm keeping my expectations low for future episodes as I doubt the way action is handled is gonna change. |

| Man the hype was so high in this episode goddamn... I was looking forward to seeing nezuko in her horn form for so long and its finally here! I loved this episode so much I screamed like a little girl when nezuko went into her horn form lmao. Easily the best ep so far of this season |

| Both siblings are terrifying when they are angry! So many great sequences in this episode. I loved the bit with Muzan's memory of the original sun breath wielder. |

| Had some great moments but felt a bit underwhelming. One of the weaker episodes imo. The scene where Daki killed innocent people really captured the feeling of Tanjirou. Luckily, there weren't many tone shifting, that somewhat made this scene darker and more painful. |
| I could not wait and read the manga chapters that covered these events. I think animated this had much more impact, manga is poorly drawn seriously. Tanjiro increase of power was a bit exaggerated, I mean how should he be able to face an Upper Moon. That Akaza from the movie was an invincible monster. We will learn later that Daki on her own is not really Upper Moon category, but Tanjiro is not even close to being a pillar also not as "Super Saiyajin" mode. Maybe Daki is weak against sun breath, but the fact that Tanjiro did a good job against her is a miracle. Of course the best part was Nezuko with her hard kicks, that was so cool. Finally the bamboo pipe left her mouth lol. She could improve on evasion but good job. Next episode should be even better. |

Guess I'm too old for shonen jump asspull now.. Not to mention ep4 battle chromatography is pretty lackluster for the fire breathing technique Tanjiro uses. It just feels much more lackluster compare to season 1 ep19 version, and worse than the water breath technique too. And the asspull of ep5.. But yeah, as long as it got great animation, every asspull is forgiven right? Also Tanjiro must have seen Demons slaughtering human dozen times alrdy, but only this time he's so mad he get an asspull awakening ? As if this is something new for him? Demon has been mass murdering human in front of him throughout his career dozen times alrdy, why he react like this is something new to him? Oh, and this Hashira lolz.. Deki's cloths take a few sec to come back but this Hashira cant detect the mass destruction from Deki and come in an instance with that speed of his? They already battle/ talk for so long yet this Hashira still not coming? How big is this city then? Need 5+ min to come from Hashira's ninja speed? This setup drama is just so silly. |

| Great fight, great animation. Tanjiro goes berserk and almost behead Daki, too bad... He need to train more harder to master his new breathing style. Nezuko become stronger just because of her brother in danger... She didn't drink any human blood and still can be strong as the upper moon.... Great. Plot armor. |

| Having read all the tomes of the manga (manga and scan), it's a excellent episode! The animation is top just like the OST! Without forgetting the seiyū that goes with it! What a treat! And then Nezuko! |
