| I don't see why shitty writing is geting thrown in on this series. I haven't seen the slightest that makes this anime look bad apart from a few needed information on the characters, I think the fight was well executed. I don't really know what people were expecting from this series but this is for sure one of the better shows this season. I'm guessing tbe amount of comparison to berserk ruins this series for a lot of people |

He is obviously not dead, but the part that i'm more interested is his revenge xD But wow! What an episode! It was tough to see the Priestess crying again, but next episode they will take revenge for sure! What an episode! |

| The brutality of this episode was off the charts. What started with Priestess and the Sword Maiden's fanservice scene in the baths eventually led to the bloodiest battle so far in Goblin Slayer. When the Goblin Champion came along and made his mark known by slamming Goblin Slayer, the whole group almost fell apart, just like that. However, Goblin Slayer's return to the fight, along with that wild glowing red eye, was really badass. He came at the right time to assist the Dwarf, Lizard and the Elf, who thankfully got rescued in time herself, with her outfit being almost entirely destroyed, bar her small brief-style damaged shorts. Goblin Slayer then all wild on the Goblin Champion and also saved the Priestess thankfully. Despite winning their battle, Goblin Slayer himself conked out, obviously after losing a lot of blood during the battle. I won't deny that staring into the bird's eye for 90 seconds with nothing happening was weird, but Crunchyroll buggered this up, as this scene was supposed to have the credits here from the T.V version in Japan. I'm surprised that they screwed something like this up, honestly. =/ Either way, this episode was great and I hope that Goblin Slayer will recover from his injuries and he'll be back killing more Goblins later in the series. =) |
| About the whole bird's eye thing, I think crunchy roll is so far down the SJW path that when they had to sub GS they became so deranged and triggered that they didn't even watch it, they just went to the timecodes and inserted text. After catching a glimpse of the climatic fight, they said fuck it and copy pasted credits after it, without even editing the timecodes to match the ep. About the ep, this series was getting boring, but I'm glad they made him lose a fight. Constantly winning becomes old. End up like the slime anime where nothing bad really happens. I hope he gets some serious problem because of his near death experience. Like deku and his hands. |

| How GS strangled the Goblin Champion and gouged his eye out was great. The other goblins were struck with fear and could only run away. Also, Priestess' despair was real. Regarding the issue with the credits, hold your horses. Other streaming services, including Wakanim (the one I watched the episode on), had the same issue. It isn't CR's fault. The uploader of the correct version also clarified it, if you would bother reading the comment. |

The fight scene was so much painful to watch goblin champion biting Priestess and other goblins trying to rape High Elf, and where other were about to die, my brain were like "please dont!". Sword maiden did really bad telling Priesstess that Goblin Slayer will disapear briefly, its was like 70% the cause of they were about to die there! I am glad that they survived, and i am curious about how is Goblin Slayer health! |

| I don't even know what to think. It's just a fight again and they were on the verge of losing. I don't feel like any of the characters aside from Priestess and Goblin Slayer are particularly plot relevant to be honest. I hope for something a little different to keep things going for the second half of the season, it really hasn't been long and it seems the show has revealed all their cards. | Don't be too harsh on the Priestess. I mean, what is she supposed to do against that big Goblin anyway? I mean, keeping that Protection up really seems to be taking a toll on her. It was probably a mix of exhausting, despair and being completely overwhelmed by the chaos. It seems that "casters/support" actually need to focus on their spells, or it will weaken and fail. She was giving her all, then, GS got rekt and she lost focus. |

| omg wtf all these comments about the bath scene when the heart of the episode that striked me was Goblin Slayer died. (If he actually did) THIS COULD'VE BEEN THE END OF THE ANIME !!!!! It was powerful and the goblin blinking eye put the emphasis to the downfall of Goblin Slayer. Goblin Slayer GOT REALLY GOOD !!!!! 10/10 |

| For a second I thought GS had some sort of speed boost or super mode, making the goblins appear stationary. Glad that wasn't the case, runs contrary to what makes the fights worthwhile, the tactics. Do you guys really care if the credits didn't run over the eye scene though? That's a pretty big non-issue. Blaming it on CR seems pretty retarded too. Do you really think they would take the effort to remove it and add the regular ED, as opposed to it just being what they were given? |

| Finally, a decent episode. The rest of the series since episode 1 was a bit of a letdown but this episode finally had that Goblin Slayer action we all wanted. |

| As the party took time to do their things, Onna had an encounter with the high priestess, having a warning about GS's future. They finally enter to the ruins again, GS brought a canary for poisonous gas detection. As they got immersed in the ruins, they ended up in a trap. GS quickly acted, covering the holes through some goblins were trying to put poisonous gas, protecting themselves from the gas and blocking the door, preparing skeleton warriors and a protection barrier. Finally the goblins destroyed the door, which started a big fight against a high amount of goblins and one ogre. The battle got intense, the party were getting surpassed and GS got knocked out by the ogre. Suddenly GS could get up and use piece of hair to attack the ogre and other goblins and scare them away without human losses. But GS falled to the ground. Action packed episode. Everything seemed lost when GS was knocked out with that big ogre's smash, I have to say, they're potraying him as a very experienced human, but with some limits, he needed to wait until he could get up, that hit wasn't nothing, he used his last strenght to end the situation. Dwarf and Reptile, despite they were gonna be in a life and death situation, were the elf (who was gonne be traumatized) and Onna (who was gonna be killed) in real danger, and GS who was a punch-bag. I like the show, I can't say interesting but entertaining episode. 3D scenes are shit. |

| Not a bad episode, but where the series goes from here will probably determine its worth at the end of the season. Yes, we know this is supposed to be a gory, realistic adventure series with lots of goblin slaying. The party has taken down a shaman and an ogre and now a hero. Will Goblin Slayer die? Probably not, but will he just rest for some days and get up and rinse and repeat? Where is the larger plot going? Hopefully they'll be answered pretty soon since we're nearly 10 episodes into this series. |
