| The truth is, Araki forgot to explain that, that's why DP is trying its best to fix his few mistakes. Anyway, it's not that important. You could assume whatever you want because basically everything is legit, like: "DIO wasn't on the coffin when the ship exploded, and only Erina and Lisa Lisa were in it, they got rescued and left the coffin behind. After stealing Jonathan's body on the ship, DIO finds the coffin sinking and went inside it." or "Perhaps they were all three four of them inside. Erina and Lisa Lisa escaped and then they left in the deepest sea the coffin with Dio inside." |

| Crunchyroll experience for this was rather shocking, the intro water scene was pretty bad though seemed to set the stage for how the rest of the episode would be. Really uninteresting and slow start combined with difficult to believe and accept ability systems. It seemed to jump on the spirit animals craze and used it in weird ways, well like gifs on the net show with the spirit animals and the fire, the cops cant see it? What is the point of the fire then? Jotaru comes across as unlikeable and rude and really needs much work to be more likeable and interesting. I hope he gets a friend or something to help pull out his best points. The belts is a good part of his design, but the personality needs works. Unlike Joseph who could really carry things and was even more enhanced perfectly matched with Caasar, Jotaru really just has nothing going on for him. |

| It is Stand and not spirit. The normal human can't see the Stand and their power. This is Jotaro not Jotaru. Other ally will come later in the anime. |

I am not sure what you're after, but you might get the answers you're looking for by waiting a few more weeks. In general it should be self-explanatory though, the fire is completely real and dangerous, it's just invisible to the cops. But it's still there. Just give it time with Jotaro, every manga has character developement in some form. |

| I don't know about visuals, but Dizzee is right if he is saying that the OVA looks bad because it completely and utterly failed at capturing the spirit of Jojo. David Pro just does an excellent job of capturing the spirit of the series, so for that alone I find it to be a better job. And, I have no reason to believe they won't keep it up. I'm just worried about how many episodes this is going to be. This one was paced very well, though, so hopefully that is a good sign for things to come. 27CansOfTuna says that Jotaro isn't like Joseph, who could carry Part 2 by himself. Now, ignoring my personal preference for Jotaro as protagonist, the great thing about the Jojo series from here on out is that the protagonist doesn't have to carry the series by himself. Aside from maybe Avdol, who I've never been crazy for, the Stardust Crusaders are a pretty memorable bunch who get their time in the spotlight. Like many things the other parts do, this gets even better in the parts after it, but this was a nice start. Also, those wondering about the ordering of the names on the anime page: |

Here's my take on it: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/8179377/Jojo/the%20answer.png She probably got in after Dio ripped Jonathan's head off and got in the bottom part of the coffin. She probably just knew that getting in that "bomb-proof" coffin was the only way to live and save the children. It also explains why it shows that there's two levels to the coffin. So when Erina was saved, Dio probably planned on getting out then, but it was probably during the day, so Erina's saviors just locked the coffin and sent it to the depths. That's just my idea, and seems to make the most sense to me considering it's pretty clearly Dio's coffin that Erina is floating in at the end of Part 1. |

| Finally it's out. This made my day, Jotaro is badass and manly. I know there are people who don't like his asshole personality but you gotta understand every Jojo brings something different, that's just one of the things I love about this series. My favorite character and part though is without a doubt Joseph in part 2. This part is kinda an introductory part to stands even if the fights are well done. My favorite character in this part is Polnareff followed by none other than DIO. Anyway, this was an amazing episode and even I have no idea of what's to come outside of what seen in the OVA even if I'm reading part 7 of the manga. I can't wait to see Hol Horse, Jgail, fucking D'Arby, that man is iconic, this episode gets 10/10 Magician's Red ftw, Joseph's stand is beast too though not to mention Jotaro's stand, easily one my favorite but I won't spoil it's name yet, that's it for this post: ORAORAORAORA!!!!! |

| Now that someone mentioned it, it's indeed strange how Star Platinum(cats out the bag) could get all that stuff considering the stands range limit I don't like them emphasizing this part when thinking long term. |

It only has less chapters, but they are much longer then the chapters if the previous arcs since it became a monthly series. |
