| Omfg for once can Taichi have a normal match? I thought his mental fortitude was a lot stronger than this. Was his skill magically destroyed when his beloved Chihaya showed up to watch his match? Man it really takes next to nothing to throw these characters off their game. I wonder if Yuki Suetsugu paid this any mind? Apparently not. It annoys me to no end how she unrealistically decreases their performances just for the sake of making things "interesting." And from what I can tell, this BS is never gonna end. Taichi is easily a top A class player seeing as how he fought evenly with an A class quarterfinalist, but of course, he gets nerfed just so that a half-baked plot can progress. It should've been an easier win is all. A 9 card differential is good but I'm really starting to expect more of Taichi considering we're wrapping up the 4th cour now. |

| The reason why Taichi was all confident before Chihaya comes in, is because he thinks she decided to watch his match because she feels obligated, therefore he felt the pressure to win the match fast and let her go to the class A match. The last scene is so wholesome :( It's like she gives him the right to express his happiness after finally making it to class A <3 |
| Dang taichi became an absolute beast for one episode. What a chad for thinking of ayase first even though he had to be focused on his final. Man really wanted the best for ayase in that she could watch the class A final. Poor desk-kun though, no one cared to watch him! (nvm, just realized they were all in the same room) Although really it doesn't matter, literally just have everyone watch the match up we've been waiting two seasons to see already LOL. Why'd they decide to do an exam on a dude during the FINALS? Sure it's just the lower classes but come on that's kind of disrespectful imo... but yeah whatever gotta have your obstacles to overcome in every single match now don't you. It's so refreshing to see a match up where you really kind of are unsure of the outcome. So far every match up as been *tension* and then BOOM opponent takes first card, *main character is shocked*. But now that we've arrived at this point, you gotta admit that you were not sure at all who was going to take that first card arata just smiling made my day |

| WHY THE HELL HAVE A READER EXAM IN THE FINALS OF A TOURNAMENT. While Taichi has bad luck for sure he really should't have lost his calm in trying to finish his match quick so Chihaya can watch Arata vs Shinobu. Still congrats for winning and finally reaching Rank A. |

| TAICHI'S FINALLY MADE IT TO CLASS A!!! ^^ I was so happy that Chihaya decided to support Taichi and not watch Arata and Shinobu. But it threw Taichi off his groove early on. These two are so cute, caring about each other so much. Taichi finally made it to Class A after all those months going around and trying to win tournaments, and when he finally made it his first concern was to get Chihaya to the Arata vs. Shinobu match as quickly as possible. Man, this is why I love Taichi so much! That last scene as Chihaya cried and congratulated him made me teary-eyed too ;-; CONGRATULATIONS TAICHI But the Arata vs. Shinobu match is something else. Two masters at their game. Arata is forcing the Queen to actually sacrifice certain cards. How calm he is is terrifying. He has full confidence, but not arrogance. I honestly can't tell who'll win. My bet is Arata, but with these two's skills we really can't know that. |
