| Superb Episode! First half featuring the School Festival was really fun to watch! Midori and the other two trying out different ways to attract customers was really cute and hilarious! And then the miraculously beautiful Reina appears to save the day, lol. Lovely stroll for the two bumping into the mascot and having a good little of their senpai’s works. Natsuke-senpai is such a teaser lol and Mizore’s affection to Nozomi-senpai is beyond control now lol. Asuka-senpai with the Fortune telling bit was hilarious too. Coincidentally, Kumiko then bumps into Shoichi lol and that moment of Reina interrupting yet again was gold! Man, these two have become really close and it’s just so sweet to watch! Anyway, right from the get-go, the second half introduces some family drama. Kumiko’s sister brushing her aside off like that was really cruel but I suppose she’s going through a lot too. And then coincidentally yet again, she bumps into Take-sensei this time. Lol, too many coincidences now that I think again but hey I’m not complaining. About time we got more on Take-sensei and some interesting revelations to boot. I’d a feeling Take-sensei and his father weren’t on good terms but boy I didn’t expect it to be this dire. And now he’s lost his wife too but he’s working hard to make her (and now his) dream come true, a really heartrending story, if you ask me. Anyway, that little reference with the floriography but really hit home. But we’re off to another drama starring Asuka-senpai now! I wanted Take-sensei and Asuka-senpai arcs to come soon last episode but I didn’t expect both to have rekindled within 24 minutes, things sure move fast! Hoping for the bery best of the remaining episodes, and can’t wait! Another easy 5/5 episode! |

| So a bit more got revealed about Taki-sensei's past, though we were aware of most of it already. Kumiko's sister really is kind of a hypocrite. Looks like Asuka's story is next. |
| The first half was fun and cute, but the second half with Taki-sensei is what I remember most. After five years, Taki-sensei has not forgotten a single thing and probably never will. He never explained why he bought flowers on that day, but maybe it's their wedding anniversary or the anniversary of her death. I already suspected that when it's a typhoon and we saw him driving in his car. Seems Taki-sensei already knew that Kumiko knew a bit. Now I understand why Taki-sensei is so dedicated to Kitauji High School's Wind Ensemble. It was his wife's late dream for him, for him to lead them to Nationals and win Gold, something his father never managed for the school. So his wife died because of a sickness, huh... I feel so sad for Taki-sensei. That bit about the flowers being Italian Whites was unexpected, but beautiful. "I'll never forget you." As someone said on this thread, how this anime goes from everyday regular conversation to something deep and poignant is just amazing. Looks like we're entering Asuka's arc! |

| While in the haunted house classroom, did Kousaka just cockblock Shuuchi there from asking Kumiko out to something, damn the power of the yuri shipping is strong in this one. Interesting to see a bit of Taki's past and his motives as advisor. Well we got some sister drama with Mamiko and by the looks of it soon also some drama with Asuka's mom, let's see what's next! |

| Look I'm really not sure why we're getting those bits about Kumiko's sister doing rebel within their house lol. Anyways, school festival being the cliche it is, of course would make its way into this series as well. Nice little segment of fanservice.. so thumbs up. Taki sensei being the no-nonsense sensei makes perfect sense now. Also, about damn time we know more about Asuka. I mean she's there, and everyone wants to be like her.. but that ain't her whole story I feel. Rather the last few seconds suggested we could have a possibility of evil mother storyline. |
