This anime was a surprise, I didn't expect it to be this good, but I enjoyed it a lot.

I'm confused about something though, Kobayashi, Kenya (the blonde boy) was acting fishy early, he was even talking to the teacher in private and all so I thought he was a villain just like the teacher, like some sort of mastermind or something, but it turns out he was a good guy all along.

So what's up with that? why was he acting fishy at the beginning of the anime? is there something the anime didn't adapt from the manga or something regarding that plot?

oh so sensei didnt commit any crimes when mc was in coma? thats kinda convenient to the plot but good that those 15y didnt turn out to be mc's mistake.
I see it like this, its the price he had to pay in exchange to save lives of those people.. like he said in the 1st ep nothing good comes with involving with strangers do, but that's what heroes do 8)

@xZabuzax yep the way he looked after hiding Koya in the bus, and Sensei visits the bus that night as well (without knowing she's there) I thought Kenya snitched him.. completely forgot about this lol

honestly felt that the standoff and everything that happened after kayo was saved was a bit underwhelming xD
i was really in love with everything before that, though. this is a really good anime, i loved every bit of it <33

Satoru was able to save all the people he cared about and achieve his dream, which was written in his essay. He became the hero of the story at the cost of many years of his life but it all paid off in the end. It was also nice to see Airi, she was a real one since day one, even if she doesn't know what she did. The cherry on top was to see the sensei arrested and sent off to prison. No more children will be harmed thanks to Satoru.

I sure do love when I wrong this was the perfect ending. I was a bit bummed out seeing that Kayo didn't end up with Satoru but knowing that she got a happy ending to her story is good enough for me him. Him being able to reunite with Airi was something special I didn't think this anime would be this good even while hearing from others that it was. Erased truly blown me away I may just have to rewatch it again in the future!

whaaaaaaaaat did this show turn into???? airi comes back for 30 seconds at the end as if she wasnt a main part of the story + such a cool character :(
the whole vibe of the show was ruined after the tenth episode.
what even was that confrontation with yashiro??? felt like it came out of some poorly written childrens film
very frustrating ending considering the first half of the show was SO interesting and fun. faaaaarrrkkk

Nah people might not like it but that ending was amazing imo. I feel like the story was a bit rushed though I think it would have done better if they extended it to 24 episodes but it's really good for a 12 episoder imo.
