All of a sudden though he can use magic he doesn't even understand or know about. I do know it was also part of his friends magic, but he needed to control that also to use it. Again though he wasn't able to do so until this episode. I'm like, what changed? Does he need to be in desperate situations to use his magic. On top of that he beat Mui's brother who we all know easily has years more experience in using magic. Yeah I'm sure it'll just turn into one of those MC clichés. His ability to fully control his sword only works in the most dire of situations and then absolutely dominates everyone. Then in a regular situation he can't do jack shit. Also when it does activate in a crisis, the particular ability or magic bullet will be precisely what is needed in that moment. Who knows, maybe the more he uses his powers the more defined his nose becomes. |
| Everyone just remember this: no matter how bad things can possibly go for this show, it still wont be as bad as Pupa. I can't complain because even if an episode of this gets boring or redundant I still have like a dozen other things to watch every Thursday. |
| 3/5 The potential is there but there is a certain shortage in the narrative is that the technical part and graphics by Madhouse, what a shame. Irritating too much efforts in doing good never filled by Takeshi! ^ ^ " Characters still poorly characterized, this does not help in breaking free from the anime series anonymity enjoyed! D: I'm still confident, let's see how it goes with the next episode! ^ _ ^ |

| I guess this episode made the anime live up to the anime. Magical Warfare. Cool. I'd like to see where they go with this. I feel like they should've been punished much more than what they got for disobeying rules. |

| - Well it's hilarious how both Kurumi and Ida are so against Takeshi going into the Ruined World when they've voluntarily left their own world and every attachment they have in it to study in a Magic School that produces fighters to participate in the Magic War that could potentially be the end of all of them in a split second. - How did they even find Mui? Too convenient. - Fucking Takeshi was already shouting and hinting their plan but Nii-san just had to stand there and wait till they're finished talking, right? Gee, I wonder what that blonde dude could be doing with that bullet but I'll just completely ignore him despite the obvious hints thrown at me. - Fucking Ida can't even melt a fucking ice prison? What the actual fuck is your fire power for? - Random powerups - I knew that "How can a novice who can't even use magic like you defeat me?" raised a flag. Predictable. - Aaaaaand Nii-san got One-hit-KO-ed by that amateur. - Fucking Mui still wanted to go to her brother after the shit they've been through. - And the headmistress forgave them too easily even though she's aware of how dangerous their actions were. Every episode, I always have something to complain about. Not a good sign but then again, I already sensed it since the first episode. |

| Hmmm... apart from the ridiculous dub and the illogical characterizations everything was pretty average to okay. It might not be that bad. The action was good though, that's all which is keeping me watching it. Atypical anime which either you love it or absolutely hate it. A 6/10 till now. |
