The Tensen are cool and all but Im left wondering if them lacking nipples is meant to be how they actually look or if it was just censorship? | The rather welcomed discovery Choubei and Touma made turned out way different than I expected. With Houko inviting everyone to the village and the conversation that followed we got lots of new information. Besides the island being divided in 3 areas the most important part was definitely that the Elixir of Life or rather Tan exists and is located in Horai, the middle of the island. Nevertheless, it was assumed that the location of the elixir would not be enough. Living with never-aging and never-dying beings in the form of the Tensen at the center, Gabimaru still has one hell of a job ahead of him. Otherwise, the episode was a rather relaxed and wholesome one, where everyone could recover from the fighting and other hardships that had happened before. As happy as Yui was at Gabimaru's comment that she didn't need to hide her scar from him, Sagiri also seemed surprised at his statement that he knows a woman with a scar and that nobody is more beautiful than her. My boy speaks absolute facts. There is no doubt that Gabimaru is undergoing a constant inner transformation through the influences of his wife, but also through Sagiri. However, upon reaching the island, it was rather unclear from the start whether the elixir existed and Gabimaru would have a chance to see his wife again. With that big question out of the way, he can now fully devote himself to this prioritization again. Btw, I'm not quite sure if I should feel disgusted or attracted by Yuzuriha's Ninpo. |

| Another great episode. The music in this one was utterly fantastic. They have learned the approximate location of the Elixir. It's somewhere at the center of the island, in an area called Horai, and it's guarded by the powerful beings called Tensen. The more the learn about their situation, the more dangerous their mission seems to become (even though it was already dangerous from the very beginning). I enjoyed the way new character (Hoko and Mei) were introduced. Same with the way they made Gabimaru and his party their guests. Also, scenes with Sagiri interacting with Mei were really wholesome. |

| Saw some screenshots before watching the episode so I was really wondering why Yuzuriha looked like she got cumshot-ed in one of them. That said, knowing the context kinda helped but it sure didn't make the scene look any less sus. Also lol at the brothers getting beat up by that blond deity mainly because they cockblocked him. 3/5 episode again. Sagiri acting like a mom was quite the interesting view tho. |

| I really like Yui, she is not only beautiful but also has a gentle and kind nature. I'm so happy that Gabimaru got a wife as good as her, their personalities are perfect for each other. Every time I see the wound on her face it makes me hurt, but it makes me smile when Gabimaru says that to his wife. It was lovely and beautiful and every time a moment like this comes up I just want Gabimaru to get out of that deadly paradise soon. |

| Despite my gripes with Yuzuriha as a character (feels like a bootleg version of Power), this was actually a much better episode. Better than the other episodes by a landslide as most of them have been pretty bad. It took its time to focus on some world building and Gabimaru's character. Yeah sure, Gabimaru is a very simple character but I found the his further humanization in this episode to be quite enjoyable. This is what the pacing should have been like since episode 1. |
