So many red flags here: repeated exposition, generic character designs; the girl-girl boob groping is a trope that never bodes well, and this one has it in the OP. Half the comments I've seen here are "WHEN OPPAI?" which should tell you something.

I say just rewatch Highschool DxD... or Daily Lives of Monster Girls... or, heck, any half-decent hentai that the internet is filled with.

This show is going to lose so many fans with the censorship. Social media buzz now looks pretty dead on arrival for the ecchi god's return, now that even ATX is censored with that obese kitten. No one wants to see a fat cat covering a beautiful body that we guys can get hard to. Hard ecchis are getting increasingly treated like adult hentai now, shunned in the corner.

This show may end up like HxEros, World's End Harem, Harem in the Labyrinth that may never get a followup season. Doesn't help Yabuki has a lot of backlash from his own fanbase for abandoning Saki Hasemi and TLR even though Hasemi promised it will return.

if only Darling in the Franxx didn't make him drop TLR. The Darling in the Franxx manga adaption basically got cancelled. Yabuki should have stucked to his TLR fanbase who are very angry at him for abandoning TLR. TLR barely got an ending. Yabuki is pretty much banking on this show to be a success, but the interest doesn't look good so far.

I had heard of the series before and so I thought it would be pretty decent but I didn't recall what it was about. Even if we don't consider the fanservice, which I think was a fairly miniscule part of my criticism, this show was painfully predictable and average by just about every metric. I don't enjoy fanservice and complaining about fanservice in an ecchi show is admittedly stupid, but even if I did like fanservice, this show would be a 3-4/10 at best.

To top it all off Matsuri's reaction to his change, his curiosity of his new body was priceless, now that's a guy lol

It's not even about the nipples anymore, it's legit unnecessary censorship of stuff that didn't even need to be censored in the first place (nipple bumps are like the last thing I would have ever expected to get censored). This anime has become an ecchi show that will give you ecchi ONLY if you buy the blurays, what a joke. No ecchi for you if you don't spend your money, basically. And you also have to wait for a good amount of time before they release the blurays, and until then, you are only left with this one version with pathetic censorship.

Look, ik they only care about money, but if they really want to make people wanna support the series by buying the blurays, shouldn't they at least try to make these people happy by giving them a taste of what they want? You don't have to censor literally everything, just have the AT-X version be less censored than the TV version by removing the stickers and only have the nipples censored. And then when the blurays come out, show the nipples there. Maybe add some extra scenes and release a couple of OVAs with the Bluray volumes, and boom. The sells would have been solid. This way people get to enjoy ecchi even before the BD comes out, and if they want even more ecchi, they will of course buy the blurays. As long as you are offering more in the blurays than the AT-X version, people are definitely going to spend money on the blurays.

But look what's happening, the unnecessary censorship and unavailability of uncensored version is already turning off a lot of people. Instead of getting people to like the series, they are loosing potential fans by blue balling them instead. How do you expect people to spend money on a series that did nothing but blue ball them? Just think about it, the people who are subscribed to a premium channel like AT-X have to still bear with these annoying stickers. How do you expect these people to enjoy this anime now?

Main pair got nice backstory & chemistry. Matsuri chose his career path all to protect Suzu.
3rd onmyouji show & this looks promising. Animation surprisingly nice for Connect, & Matsuri's wind jutsus quite cool.

Watched this first episode, and dude this isn't really dissapointed. Visual unexpectedly pleasant, so vibrant, and so ... Thicc. Also gender swap thingy also caught off me guard damn it. Idk what's the deal with nekodaruma, but he sure concern of the whole ecchi shit. Well as long as i am watching uncensored ver, i think this is a pass to me....
