| That was the first release of GTO where they only have one disk each with four or five episodes each, akatsukireunites. There are 43 episodes, so ten volumes. The manga is much longer. I picked those up used for $5 each = $50. Good show. I'm glad I have it. |

When i buy a collection i tend to buy my favorite volumes and then go back and fill in the gaps. I dont have a lot of anime figures, i only bought those when i saw some guy selling some at a outside market. Im probably buy some more later. Non-anime thimble collection? whats that? |

| The merchandice is surprisingly cheap if you can find it. I paid less than $10.00 for the banner at FYE. Get the stuff when the show is fairly new but still fairly popular. Just about the time merchants are getting nervous about getting stuck with the stuff is best. If you want stuff for something like FLCL you're going to pay through the nose. Only the comic shop guys with booths at all the conventions have that stuff any more. Take my last item, for instance. It's an art book for Cowboy Bebop called Cowboy Bebop Illustrations ~The Wind!. I paid $30 fot it seven or eight years ago. Now they want $70 for a used one. It's by Toshihiro Kawamoto who was the Character Designer and the Chief Animation Director for the show and the movie. It's too good for just a picture so I made my first video for YouTube. |

| I love K-On!. In regards to all sarcasm and seriousness, I think it's one of the greatest things ever made in history. I wasn't too much of a Fate/Zero fan around the time I got the scroll at the last convention I was at back in March. Wanted something with Kiritsugu on it. That said, the series has grown on me over time. It's also great to hear that ufotable has their take on Fate/Stay in the works. Was holding out on the Deen adaptation until then... |

| Yeah. I figured you were just pointing out an observation. For real though. I like playing around with sarcasm and such. With what I've seen and experienced in life, it can be difficult at times to take things seriously. It's good too to make fun with what you have and come across. Not going to really go into that, since it's a whole different conversation. Sure will. I have to wonder how much I actually like K-On! though... |

My GE digital camera's set to 'stabilization mode', where the flash is automatically disabled. That mode also enables me to take pictures with less blur, too. If ever I need to photograph something at a very close proximity, 'macro' is activated. Despite all of that, I'm no expert photographer, though. Amateur? Maybe. BTW, everyone, my anime card collection will continue to grow, so feel free to check that gallery every now and then! xD |

| I like to take pictures, too, but don't have much knowledge about it. I almost never use my flash. What I meant was how do you avoid glare from other light sources when taking pictures of something glossy like dvd cases? |

| Oh, that's what you meant; my bad. As for that, I choose an angle where the light doesn't reflect from the object being photographed. Once I take a look at the camera's display and I see that there's no glare, that's the only time that I photograph the object. Still, I'd be an amateur when it comes to photography. Most of the pics of moving people, objects, etc. are still rather blurred, as evident in some of the pictures I took on my cousin's wedding last month. |

| Well yeah, Cowboy Bebop, but I don't have Darker Than Black... Do I? I'm taking Perfect Blue because when I was there last Summer my friend in St Ignace made himself a copy and on a subsequent visit we discovered the last five minutes of his copy wouldn't play and if you've seen Perfect Blue, you know how bad that would be. So what else should I take? There's not much in the way of tv up there let alone any internet. |

It wasn't too long ago that I drooled over other people's collections. I think it was yesterday. Only computers in St Ignace, but I don't know how much time I'll be there, Fallen. I have that covered already with mant gigs of thumb drives. |
