You are transported here by a special portal and must make your way to the Dreamer, but watch out for the nasty things that lie within dreams and remember: Even the best dreams can become nightmares pretty damn fast. | "No I stole that fair and square....!!!" Asher yelled as she woke up with a start finding herself in a strange landscape. She blinked her eyes a few times to make sure what she was seeing was correct and still couldn't quite grasp what she was seeing was she still asleep, "Toto we're not in Kansas anymore," she said sarcastically to herself as she got to her feet, "Where the hell is this place?" |

| A literal rat with wings flies on by wearing a top hat and monocle. As it passes by it says, "Good evening" in a deep and posh voice and then it flies away. Speaking of weird, she's standing on the ceiling. |

| "R...r...rat!" she says loudly jumping a bit before she can stop herself as the rather gentlemanly passerby crosses paths with her. Rats were not something she was fond of. It wasn't till a few moments later that she noticed she was upside down. "Really what the hell is going on in this place." She said reaching for the floor above her even jumping with little luck of touching it, " I should listened to the old fart. He said eating after midnight gives you weird dreams." |

| A duck in a tuxedo flops on by followed by three buffalo wearing tank tops and shorts dancing on their hind legs. There was a sign nearby that said: "Welcome to Dreamland" Then a pink rabbit beating on a drum goes on by. |

| Giving up her attempt of turning herself rightside up she decided that for now she had better get moving before something more weird showed up. The rabbit seemed the most logical to follow so she walked behind it taking a deep breath to brace herself for the random things she felt she was about to see, "How did I get here. I had perfected the card trick then I dozed off I thought and then I woke up here...but it says dream land...so did I really wake up," she said outloud to herself her footsteps falling in line behind the bunnies. |

| "You must construct additional pylons!" A random voice shouts at no one in particular. Some thing felt like it was pulling Asher towards a specific place, there was a door in the middle of nowhere that was in the opposite direction as a rather creepy loking jack in the box. |
|
| Asher at first fights the urge to move towards the door thinking it best to stay with the ever moving bunny as the door feels creepy but soon the urge becomes to much and she begins to move toward it feeling a bit like alice trapped in a trippy wonderland. As she gets closer to the box she slows her pace. |

| The door opens and the only seemingly normal thing here lies within. A checkered hall. The box vanishes and something beckons Asher inside. "Don't be afraid" a whisper tells her. |
|
| “Waaaaaah~!” Nsya suddenly lands on her bottom, and in a brave new world of wonderment. Having seemingly appeared out of nowhere, she turns around and for as far as she can see, there was no place for her to have entered from. What was she doing again? It kinda felt like a roller coaster ride, but there was no roller coaster in sight. She gets up and gently pats the dust off her bottom, straightening out her dark ruffly skirt. Was there any dirt, even? Who knows. This was one of those situations where random things start happening, and normally you would question it. Under normal circumstances, you would have noticed that nothing makes any sense whatsoever, but not one of these times. These times were special. Looking around once more, Nsya starts to do some light stretches. Stretches while hanging upside down from a cloud? Then suddenly she was running. Why was she running again? Who knows, perhaps it was a track and field competition. That’s right! She must have been stretching because she’s getting ready for track and field! It didn’t feel like there was a competition coming up while she was actually doing the stretches, but who cares. Suddenly Nsya finds herself standing alone. Hey, what happened to track and field? |
| A door appears before Nsya, also beckoning her to approach. There were also two minotaur statues at its sides. Would Nsya inspect the door or play it safe? The safe road had clocks strewn about like pancakes. |

| “Hmm,” Nsya lets out as she is suddenly greeted with a door and two minotaur statues. She raises a finger to her chin. “Can’t hurt to try,” she says to herself as she heads over to see what was beyond the door. |
| The two statues, however, don't fee llike complying. They each stand and hold out their poleaxes menacingly to bar the door. "Hold it here" One says to her. "We are the gaurdians of the one who makes dreams." "Shutup or you'll ruin it!" The othr shouts at the first and smacks him upside the head. |

| “Oh wow,” says Nsya. She giggles as the guard hit the other one. “I didn’t think that you’d be alive. You two looked just like statues. That gave me quite a surprise.” |
| "Oww." The first one whines. "That really hurt, ya know... "Just statues!" The left one snorts. "Steve, your shoes untied." The first one says to the other. "Oh thank you." It looks down an frowns. "Oh haha. Very funny." |

| “No really,” says Nsya as she looks up at their faces. “Maybe it was an illusion,” she wonders out loud. “Wait, you mean you two weren’t trying to look like statues? You guys totally pass though. Do you know how awesome that is? You can stand in plain sight, and no one would even know you’re there. People do some pretty interesting things when they think there’s no one around, you know?” |
| "We don't even wear shoes, Fred." "That's the joke!" "We're not here to joke, we're here to gaurd. Besides, we don't even know how to tie shoes!" "I do." "You do not." "Do too" "Do not" They start to bicker, completely ignoring her, and the way to the door is clear. |
|
| Nsya gives a disappointed look as the two ignore her. Maybe the next room will have people that are more friendly. She quietly opens the door and moves on. “Bye bye guys.” |
| "Oh now she's gbetting away! Nice going Fred." Fred grumbles and they take their previous positions. Nsya finds herself in a dark corridor. |
|
| “Ehh? It got dark all of a sudden.” Nsya continues to walk along the path laid out before her. Not really being able to see much around her except for darkness, she imagines that whatever it was that she wanted was just ahead of her. There doesn’t seem to be anything interesting here. She has a pretty normal, albeit slightly bouncy, gait as she walks with her hair trailing behind her. This place in kinda strange, but not entirely bad. |
| "Don't be afraid it tells me," she said shuddering a bit her hands rubbing her bare arms as she continued forward. Her gait as she proceeded showed her uneasiness about all this. She would take a few steps then hesitate then move forward a bit more her sneakers making a slightly squeaky sound on the checkered floor. At the moment all she could do was go with the flow and hope for no more rats, definately no more rats. "Steady you go there Asher," she thought to herself feeling rather much like Alice in a twisted wonderland story. "Shall I pick drink me or eat me next," She joked to herself trying to keep herself steady headed. The chuckle that came forth echoed off the walls of the checkered hall changing tone as it got further and further way until it became rather unrecognizable as her own. |

| There's a light at the end of the dark hall and nowhere else to go for Nsya. There's a darkness at the end of the checkered hall followed by a light. There's also a floating table with eyes on it, watching its snacks. |

| Nsya continues to head towards the light. |
| Her eyes falling on the table Asher smirked a bit seeing that he had probably heard her bad joke, "Heh sorry. No offense intended." She paused at the outskirts of the darkness before trudging forward again. |

| Nsya finds herself in a field with a large tree at its center. There was a table, unattended, with tea and snacks on it. The table looks at her and says "None taken." The checkered hall became a dimly lit hall of a castle or a mansion at night and a light was at the end of it. A few maids were busily cleaning. |

| "Hmm now this is more like it," she said looking down the hall her greedy little mind thinking of the sort of shiny items one might find in a place like this. She watched the maids pass back and forth admiring their costumes, "Awww so cute!" |

| “Hello?” Nsya calls out. If there were snacks laid out on the table, there must be others around, right? She stops calling out when she sees maids. They look pretty busy. |
| Finally, Asher walks out into the same field as Nsya. The maids all vanish as the field becomes a coliseum with no way out. "Yo!" Shouts the voice of a spirit that had just suddenly appeared at the table, sipping at tea. |

| As the pretty maids disappear Asher's attention is brought to first Nsya and then the rather strange little girl sitting at the table, "Ah more figments of my imagination. Though at least this time you look seemingly normal." She approached the other two. |

| “Yo!” Nsya replies with a wave of her hand towards the spirit as she approaches. “What was I doing here again? I thought there was a nice looking tree around here somewhere? And maids!” |
| "Oh, they're gone now. Welcome to Dreamland." She suddenly kicks the table and it slides over to them. It flips undr the floor as it also flips around. In the tables place, a couple of boxes you see in game shows. "I'm your host, Dreamer! Coming to you live from Dreamland, this is Jeapordy!" She laughs. "Nah, I'm playing with ya. How's it going? What brings you two here wide awake?" |

| "Wide a..awake? So this really isn't a dream?" she asked a bit confused. As for the how she got there question she had no idea so she just scratched her head in a frustrated manner." |

| Nsya raises her hand excitedly. “Oh! I think I was running in a track and field competition… or wait, that might have been a dream. Was I ever at a track and field competition? What exactly do you do after the running anyways?” |
| She facepalms. "I'm dealing with newbies aren't I? Ok. I'll explan this the bet way I can. You two, except for the Vegarii here, have learned the Truth. That spirits andall other kinds of people live in these worlds. You are in the world of dreams and you are aware, therefore you could say that you're in a daydream." She nods a few times during her explanation, at innappropriate times but still she nods at least 5 times. |

| “Ehh? I’ve heard of all of those things though,” says Nsya with a happy smile. “I guess what happened before was just… different.” |
| "So I'm dreaming yet not dreaming. Awake yet sleeping. AH! My head hurts!" she says having overthought things a bit. " But that doesn't exactly explain how we got here...or why we are here...and oh who are you by the way?" |

| "Didn't you hear me? Iam Dreamer, the spirit of dreams. I'm the reasoning why you dream at night." She smiles and changes the coliseum into the field again. "Much better, isn't it? You're here because the Culling has sent you to me to learn about spirits. Although why a Vegarii is here is beyond me." |

| “Oh, am I not supposed to be here?” Nsya asks, looking disappointed. |
| "Well it's just cuz you Vegarii already know about spirits and probably won't need my help." |

| "Hey cutey with horns don't pick on the cute planty girl," Asher said as Nsya seemed too cute to pick on. " so anyway we're here to learn about you spirits eh? So get to talking Dreamie. What exactly do we need to know?" |

| "Everything you can." She answers, then charges energy onto her horns, firing it at the two of them, entering their hearts. "I granted you the power to enter dream time. A good advantage when you're surrounded and need some time to rest" |

| “Haa~ that means we get to go there and play whenever we want?” Nsya asks. |
| "Not whenever you want but in a pinch." |
|
| "He..hey," she said at first seeing the energy come toward her then reached out and touched it getting quite the warm feeling. "So the ability to freeze time and laze about whenever we like," she smiled then frowned as the Dreamer added there were stipulations, "Damn it always a catch." |

| She makes a buzzer sound and crosses her index fingers in an x "Nope. Dream time and real time are different. You make the dream world overlap with the real one and heal faster" |

| "Hmm still convenient. Thank you Dreamie," She bowed her head a little in a respectful manner then looked over at the Nsya, "Hey planty what's your name by the way. I suppose we share a bit of a bound now you and I so it would be nice to know what to call you besides planty." |

| “Woah!” Nsya starts after being talked to by Asher, but then giggles. “Hi! I’m Nsya, or Insha. How about you?” All this talk about worlds overlapping sounds pretty interesting. Did she really just earn an ability like that? Maybe someday she’ll get the chance to see it happen. There’s always dreaming of tomorrow! |
| "Mistress Nightingale...wait hehe that's my stage name. I'm Asher Sumner nice to meet you Nsya you're the first planty...I mean Veggie..no that's not right...ah its Vegarii I've ever been this close to hehe ." |

| “Ehh~?” Nsya gives a little pout. “You sound like you’re going to eat me or something.” |
| "Eat you!?! Why would I do that vegetables taste horrible bleh...now if you were a cow or clucked then you should worry," she joked and giggled in her usual laid back jovial manner as the strangeness of dream world was wearing off her a bit and she was getting back to normal. "Besides I'd be more likely to hug you. KAWAII! You're so cute." |
