| Episode 9 raw got leaked earlier today. Well, Shun got what he earned after his hard work. More flashbacks and memories of his family including his mother and sister and they were not pleasant. It looks like a bulidup episode as they gathered all the participants and a raid is in the works. Not too exciting yet but next episode should be fun. This workd more as an emotional episode especially for Shun. No one should be surprised that he is a selfless person and would do anything for his family at this point. |

| He finally did it. The whole reason he even started to become a hunter, to save his mom. He finally got his elixir thing to save her at last... to which, poor Esil though, Jinwoo couldn't care less what she was saying due to the fact that he finally got his elixir lol. Poor girl didn't even get to say a proper goodbye to him, he just straight up transported her back to her palace thing with his new skill lmaooo. But yeah, back in the normal world though, I find it weird that they kept the whole conversation with the retired hunter and Yoonho... but skipped the whole part with the American hunter? A weird change, but I do like their conversation, so I'm not complaining. But onto the moment of truth, will the elixir work? I think it was pretty apparent it was going to work the moment that Sawano track started playing in the back lol. It was genuinely a very sweet moment, and people that say that Jinwoo has no depth, this story is only action and fights, this scene should be enough to debunk both of those idiotic claims. Behind all that aura-farming is just a boy that wanted to save his mom, and seeing him cry, with again that Sawano track in the back, was genuinely such a sweet moment. Seeing Jinah cry as well when first seeing her mom was also so sweet. And speaking of Jinah, truly one of the slobs of all time because god that house was a MESS LOL. Mama Jinwoo and the other did clean it up though, so all is well, and thus that's one crisis averted, and onto the next, Jeju Island. And hey, while they did skip the American hunters introduction last episode, looks like they still at least did give him a mini little introduction this episode still, along with all the other American hunters that have pulled up to Korea... and they already want to fight each other... great lmao |

| Finally his hard work paid off and it was all worth it. REVIVER song with that scene broke meπ. Finally his mother wakes up from an eternal sleep. The emotional π moment of jinwoo is so touching. Nothing to say I can't describe this feeling.   |

| Incredible episode.Among all the amazing fights in this show, Jinwoo waking his mom up is easily my fave moment. All Jinwoo’s years of hard work finally paying off and bringing his mom back..it’s up there with 86 finale as some of the best emotional storytelling A-1 have done. That Sawano OST.. chills. Perfect. I need a SennaRin x Sawano song as the ED of my life as I take my last breath.. That was his motivation for all the training, all the suffering, the shitty jobs, taking care of his sister etc etc., now he’s got a bit of mental freedom. It’s going to be very interesting to see what Jinwoo chooses to do next. How will he put his abilities to use? Speaking of which, the Japanese S ranks look very interesting I can tell they’re gonna be fun as hell on this Jeju raid. I’m hype for this sparring match next episode! |

| It was a beautiful episode. The moment between Jinwoo and his mother was the most beautiful and emotional. He did all this for all these years for his mother, and being able to see her healthy again, and now he has achieved it. He was so vulnerable in front of his mother like any child would be. It was a very nice moment. So, what's next for him? For now, we need his help for the Raid on that Ant Island. And, the Japanese S-Rank hunters are here as well, and it looks like we might be having a friendly match-up between them and our hunters. |

| He did it. He finally cured his mother! This was the most emotional episode of Solo Leveling yet. I think it was done beautifully. I was wondering if there was a catch. But so far it doesn't seem like it. Ig the real catch is now that Jinwoo doesn't have a goal anymore, he doesn't have to continue living as a hunter anymore. He could just sell all his equipment and be filthy rich for the rest of his life. It's too bad he already got publicity as an S-rank hunter. If he was still anonymous, it would've been easy for him to just quietly disappear. I wonder when Jinwoo's dad will return to his family tho. So much stuff happened, he'd probably be shocked. The next episode, Japanese S-rank hunters will have a friendly match with Korean S-rank hunters. Would like to see how Jinwoo gets roped into the Jeju Island mission. |

| Didn't really care for anything from this episode at all, but the song during the hospital scene by itself was great. SennaRin x Sawano almost always end up with banger tracks. |

| I really wanted to cry for the scene with the mom, son, and daughter. However, I was so touched by it my own mind or mental state was crying instead. Sounds weird. But that is just me. XD. Anyways the ending of the episode was freaking awesome. So was all the other scenes were awesome too. XD and X3. Excited for the next episode to come! |
| Great episode once again.Jin-woo got both the elixir and Kaisel too,also a new skill. The part where Jin-woo's mother wakes up is really heartwarming and the music is so good. Now the fourth Jeju raid will begin.Jin-woo's appearance changes the atmosphere.Cha Hae-in recognises it the most. Now are going to get a South Korean vs Japanese Hunters exhibition fighting match.Eagerly waiting for the next episode. |

| Happy for Jinwoo and his family. That scene was beautiful, ost too. Esil was left alone, just like that. I'll miss her. She was here for a short time but love her. The fodder appeared acting all high and mighty. Jinwoo's there so you can guess what's gonna happen. |

| What a shame, A1 cut the translator vs Park Jonsoo fight entirely from the episode... all to save less than 30 seconds of runtime and animators' work? The adaptation is still good but they're choosing to not adapt content that would make these episodes better. |
