| I was actually starting to enjoy this series and was starting to see the potential in Rudeus as a character at the end of part 1. When season 2 came out I had high hopes for the show but when I saw that erectile disfunction of a grown man in a 13 year old's body was the main conflict of the season I couldn't take this shit seriously anymore. I could deal with all the stupid shit in season 1 but this unironically being the conflict killed this for me. And what's with Roxy's panties? Another unironic plot point that should've been dropped because its so ridiculous. Should I give it another shot? I know rudy has serious character development or whatever but if this is what the story is going to be like from here on yikes. |

| I don't blame you for that reason, it is a bit unorthodox to use ED as a means of progression to be honest. However, there's also the fact that Rudy and Eris spent so much time together and getting closer during their return from the Demon Continent and Rudy being so devastated when Eris left him after their first time and him misunderstanding why she did, so him getting ED is fair due to said shock. I didn't mean to type a paragraph lol but it's still up to you, and it doesn't continue for very long if that helps. |

| Character growth is bread and butter of this show, so if you dropped the show because you didn't liked some character's mindset, then you did a blunder. You should really not listen to those bad actors saying, that "Rudy did something bad in early episode, therefore that moment defines him", because that's totally not what this show is about. |

| Yes. If you wanting a great development for Rudy, yes. This season is very slow and there isn't a lot of plot threats and only things that is really important conflict is erectile disfunction. But I would say that Rudy gets the most development as a character this season and that's everything that it does in this season. Not my fav arc but I still really really liked it. |

And that was not the main focus, that’s false, it was in the background as a side story |
Note: I don’t lazily watch 3-5 episodes, biasedly compare to other anime, or unfairly judge by surface level similarities. With every anime I start, I watch the entire series, both Japanese Sub & English Dub, then judge each anime based on what they present, to give an honest and fair rating.  |
