| Damn, this battle went South fast. Even with Naruto arriving, it didn't seem to change much about the situation as the enemy was far more cruel and willing to use underhand tactics. What's worse is Boruto's involvement and him getting hurt in the process. It's just crazy how badly this went despite Naruto being there for his friends and son. |

| This is how the encounter between Kawaki and Code should have started. But, let's forget about that. Today's episode was just incredibly PEAK with so many great choreography sequences each after another. The hand combat reminded me of Momoshiki vs Naruto all the way back to episode 65, one of the most loved episodes. But the fight looks one-on-one to the Naruto vs Sasuke fight in Shippuden if you compare both.Even the small details during the taijutsu. They've used every part of the fucking body to fight this time. Kawaki's karma came back thanks to Amado and how they've showed it was just excellent. Everything was suddenly in Kawaki's control and even Code couldn't do anything but just stare at them. Well, that last moment where Boroshiki started flying and ultimately pulled a rasengan was probably my second favorite part after the incredible hand-to-hand combat. It would have been nice if they showed Boroshiki's aura a bit more. And a tragic ending for Boruto (same way how Boro got killed). It would have been the craziest cliffhanger if today's episode was the final, but we've got one more to go. The soundtrack during the fight and near the end of Boruto's final moments were beautiful. They've reused quite a lot, but nothing bad. Chapter 79 is also coming out which is probably going to be the best manga chapter ever. Today is a great day.  |

| Absolutely crazy fighting scenes and animations i was so hype to see it in the anime as a manga reader. What boruto did was character development and with this plot twist in the end holy. |

| Damn, this was a heck of an episode, probably the best episode of the Boruto series for me! Storytelling was impeccable, as expected from Kishimoto-sensei. Kind of makes me wonder why the anime staff didn’t just adapt the manga from the very start and stick with that. Hopefully that’s what they’ll be doing for Part 2. It’s sad that Naruto’s role in the episode was next to nil again except for saving Boruto and Kawaki the first time around. Kawaki telling him upfront that he needs to kill Boruto and then seeing Boruto suggest the same, must’ve crushed him, good lord. And last but not least, the action scenes! Man, when Pierrot decide to go all out, they’re aren’t second to none! It’s been a while since we saw the unique colour schemes, amazing choreography and the brilliant blend of 3D and hand-drawn animation. I knew from the moment when they transitioned from the mountains to the action site, this was going to challenge some of the highlights of the series so far and definitely outdid them for the extra points from the storytelling pov. Just one more episode to go now, it’s been a pretty long journey, looking forward to seeing how they patch things up next week, ig. No real preview this time too, lol. |

| Ah finally an interesting watch even though i don't really understand what's goin on cause im no manga reader, and not really liking how Naruto or even Shikamaru can't do anything rather than just complain how kids that day so strong. But yeah can't deny how i definitely see this episode as decent when its goes fast very well without i realize. So yeah let's end this already with a nice way... |

| Finally getting to see the Rasendan in action was cool. Reminds me of the spirit gun from You You Hakusho. Kinda thought they'd change it up a bit and show some of Naruto's sage jutsu considering it has been a long time since he's been in that form alone. But seeing Kawaki back in action was great. Compared to their fight after the return to the mist arc (episode 254?), this was amazing choreography. Holy cheeseballs. Thought they were going to save that moment for the last episode but here we are. Guess it's for the best to have it on this one. Just one more to go it seems. Gotta go read the new chapter. Today is a good day for the Boruto series. |

| There it is, I was missing the fight choreography from Shippuden and it made a comeback in quite the manner. So many flashing moves, no talking, just fighting, this is peak Boruto as far as I'm concerned. Then comes the brotherly decision for both Kawaki and Boruto. Is he really dead? Well, the first episode actually spoils the answer, but we'll se how it goes next time, on the final episode... of part 1. |

| The animation in this episode was amazing. Naruto got set aside again in the battle, can't help it because Shikamaru is a hostage by Code. A fight scene between Boruto(Momoshiki) vs. Kawaki(Ishikki). It reminds me of Naruto vs. Sasuke battle when they were kids. And Boruto"died". Last episode next week:(( But it's better than having filler episodes. |

| He kicked Kawaki's ass with his arms folded. Talk about an insult. I didn't expect Kawaki to get up let alone reawaken his karma. He was serious about killing Boruto! We know Boruto doesn't die, but I don't know how. edit: My 3rd time watching. I never noticed Boruto wore an ankle bracelet. If it were a sandal strap, there'd be one on his right ankle. Also, I really like those sandals. |
