| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- The first episode already pre-aired today and holy I LOVE it. Awww it's so cute and so funny as well. Is that a camping Nadeshiko as idol? I guess the total number of the girls will be 12 all together but those four already made me laugh so hard. Oppai rules, smiling is nothing compared to it. OPPAI! This Idolgroup definitely gets my full support. The song was also great. Everything was perfect. |

| The production is beautiful and surprisingly consistent, the characters are fun, the jokes are good and MONACA's music is amazing as always. I really like the visual style of this anime, with its polka dot patterns and abstract backgrounds, it reminds me a bit of the feeling of watching Hidamari Sketch. It is one of my favorite premieres and I look forward to more. |

Perhaps each episode will focus on a different challenge? This should be entertaining. Btw, the character outfits reminds me a bit of Hanayamata. |

| idols in the making, with spilling cuteness from every character at each and every second. The costumes definitely seem unique to other costumes in other idol shows which I love cause it's always fun to mix it up a bit. Good episode :) |

| Not a bad episode and the performance was pretty good, especially with the eye catching idol outfits, but these girls need to step up their game if they want to pay off that 100,000,000 yen ($900K) debt. Also Roko is the best girl and pretty much steals the show. The ED actually has a little fanservice in it, which is a surprise. |

| Oh, this was a solid premiere episode! Definitely up for more. Getting a nice and chill vibe like Comic Girls instead of Yuru Camp as many above have mentioned. Character interactions and some of the visual aspects of the show were charming to watch. Curry for currency and boobs for the win, lol this show certainly isn’t holding back. Damn, the fanservice in the ED as well. I wonder how this will progress... On another note, I’ve seriously decided to watch too many anime this season lol. |

| I went in blind so I was caught off guard with this being an idol show. But actually it was pretty fun watching it, it's like if Zombieland Saga and Yuru Camp had a kid. The main premise is wacky and the characters have nice chemistry and the colorful presentation makes it shine. (and bonus, I like the amount of fanservice too xD) |

| Ino looks almost identical to Yuru Camp's Nadeshiko, which is a plus point for me since Nadeshiko is adorable and precious. =3 Anyways, this first episode was pretty cute and fun. It'll be hard to not compare this show to the author's previous animated show, Hanayamata, but Dropout Idol has its own fun and quirks that makes it feel amusing enough. Not to forget, as the manager said in the episode, nothing can beat the power of boobs. XD While the OP song and insert song was pretty good, the ED song was very catchy and super enjoyable. It also had a decent amount of fanservice stills, which is another welcome bonus. Overall, this was a promising start, who I couldn't care less about the low rating that this show already has. |
| How many more of these wholesome cute shows are we gonna get this season, don't think I can handle much more. This was way better than expected. Nice comedy and also a bit of fanservice here and there, but damn, the people who made that ED are some cultured individuals. | That was a very nice first episode! Looks like the Mondays will be blessed with CGDCT this season. Overall lots of fun from start to end, I loved the character designs and we even got an animated dance that is more than welcome. That ED is spicy btw, wew some of the shots. |

| When Nadeshiko leaves the comfort of camping for the Idol industry. Not gonna lie, main character's design is the only reason why I'm watching this show. This said, standard but cute first episode overall. Animation seems consistent and I really like the color palette they are using. The girls are also rather charming and though I wasn't expecting the fanservice, I would be lying if I say I didn't like it. That ED sure has some interesting shots, by the way ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) |

| I've seen lots of animes like this, but still, it really surprised me, it has way more ecchi than what I thought it would! just look at that ending or at the many oppai shots lol! I'm not a huge fan of seeing cute girls being ecchi (believe it or not) but I guess it can't be helped :/ thankfully it is cuteness over lewdness at all moment. Anyways, it's a very cute and funny show, it does 0 harm to the viewer and success in what is trying to do with it's characters and plot, it was a very good first episode. And I also think that the design of Ino looks really similiar to Nadeshiko from Yuru Camp△, which is why I got interested in watching this in the first place. |

| Roko had Hana Fountainstand written all over her so much that I had to come and check the artist. You can tell it's a different studio, esp. in the animation of the dance (those static patterns on the costumes), but the humor and the pacing are all there. It's like a slightly ecchified HaNaYaMaTa. Looking forward to more of this. | That was actually much better than I was expecting it to be, as I expected absolutely nothing out of this. However, we got an episode introducing a fun main cast with some good comedic moments and a decent song, so not too bad at all. I just hope Nina gets more jokes than "has big tits" going forward. I found Ino's voice slightly odd, though, as it felt like an accent was coming out at times and it made her sound completely different to me at certain points of the episode. |
| Well, the setting kinda promised me some freshy story, even though the girls looks pretty old to me with its generic design. Well, well, the first impression was not so bad, but surely its not so good enough, as my blabbing really give me a high expectations on this. But, my appreciation went hype up enough with its straight line plot. I found it to be quite amusing, with a lot of unique background characters as a basic point to let me binged watch this till the end. The edge line conditions of their producer, that one person in charged (she was very determinated with her own ideas, heh? Such an interesting woman), really needed them to work hard, with the most generic idea to attract more money to came in their pockets. The idea of the variety show, the challenged to imposted as another idol groups, really became their main topic to progressed well in the entire season, with its central CGDCT themes as its gimmick. Well, its kinda unique to me. So i don't had problem at all! Ah, not to mentioned how funny their characters were. A pink hair determination girls that took all of her motivation into leading the groups to became more active, really typical leader to the group, eventhough she was new in the city, and her life. A chibi girl, former child actrees with all of her typical spoiled brat personality almost choking me. At least she was the cutest among the girls, so i don't mind at all with her damn personality. Ah, boobs girl. Well, its my liking, so i might skipped her shyness for a while and enjoyed her delicious appearance, once again. And the last one was the unpopular musician, a fang girl with most of the generic personality already owned by her, alone. I found her to be the weakest among the four of them, such an unfortunate. So, thats it, a great mix in the groups, trying to established a new idol group. Could they succeeded? I am really looking forward to their interaction, because so far, the five of them kinda hold some nice chemistry in the end of the series. Lets see.... |

| Rather refreshing moe anime mixed with comedy. So far so good, I enjoy watching those failed attempts so it works. Also, the best girl obviously Nina but I also like Ino, she's rather energetic protagonist for a change. |

| Yesterday I watched Tonikaku Kawaii, now I watched the Fruit Tart. Too much sugar... Seriously tho, so far this show seems to be super sweet and enjoyable. The character designs are pretty (especially Ino <3), the artstyle is nice, overall seems to be a chill and enjoyable anime ^^ |
