Episode 1 Pretty solid and tragic start. The opening scene with the flames engulfing Luna's father was pretty well done. The character designs are simplistic, but I really like them. The world seems pretty cool so far and the futuristic city looked quite nice. I'm a sucker for strong female leads, so I'm already liking Luna. She was kind of a badass throughout the episode. Sharla, not so much. I really don't much care for her archetype, in general. Howard is a straight up dick. Hopefully, he changes since he is listed as a main character. I'm sure he will through 52 episodes. Also, we get cliffhanger hell right off the bat. It may be tough to stop watching if all 52 episodes are going to do that, haha. Episode 2 It seems awfully irresponsible of the adults to allow groups of children into an escape shuttle, unsupervised, with an open cockpit and control board. Anyway, it seems they did the one thing you are never suppose to do...press the big red button, lol. I gathered the group was going to get separated at some point soon as the opening spoils this a bit. It never shows a single scene in a city, school, ship, etc. Just the kids on a planet seemingly alone. Prior to all of that, it was really cool seeing a "metro station" that took you to different planets, etc. The series' universe is really cool so far, imo. |

Episode 3 So, I wonder if they actually did go back in time or just got tossed off-course by the gravity storm. I'm assuming if they were somewhere near Jupiter (judging by the Jupiter-2 shuttle at the station) it would have had to been one hell of a toss. Of course, Jupiter-2 could be nowhere near Jupiter, so I guess we will find out. The entry into the atmosphere was pretty fun to watch. Luna's badassery comes into play again. Also, the little robot guy became an important member of the team it seems. I'm not sure why everyone fell asleep on the landing. I suppose they were all knocked out on impact. The "nobody seems to be hurt" comment was fairly inaccurate seeing as everyone sustained a concussion, but whatever, haha. Rafting on a blow-up boat across ocean waves sounds/looks scary as hell. I guess it is even worse when crazy sea monster snakes are trying to eat you, lol. Episode 4 Damn, that was actually pretty intense. Being stuck in a vehicle as a huge reptile tries to eat you reminded me a lot of Jurassic Park. Not to mention the ground shaking footsteps that seem to be approaching them as well. Also, why did someone not take the gun away from the Stormtrooper? Surely, there is a better shot amongst the group, lol. I'm quite enjoying this series so far. Even with some of the more silly stuff happening here and there. |

Episode 1 Did her dad really have to die?.. I really liked the opening. Honestly kinda excited for this one, I love this survival stuff, I rewatched Digimon (I was gonna say not long ago but basically year and a half now...) and I loved that as much as I did as a kid, so I can see myself enjoy this a lot. It's the future, we're living on other planets, still running late to school on the first day as a transfer student. Somethings never change. But no toast! Blasphemy! Sharla's voice... it's different. We even have Brock here! Pretty good job with the character introduction so far though. Luna is alright, Howard is sorta annoying but he's surprisingly not that over the top. "Dude, you're totally breaking the law." "Oh, it's just me, so it's fine." That's... that's not... just forgot it. Kaoru is so cool. I usually like these type of characters even if I dislike the whole "I'm always alone and mystery so I must be cool" mentality, but Kaoru is better, he actually shows a lot of personality outside of that persona right at the start. Broc- err, Bell, is looking, not sure how he would but I really expect him to save the day here. Pretty typical setup and all, but I haven't watched a show from the time where these setups weren't mocked in a while so it actually felt a bit refreshing. Really like this image. Episode 2 *something about Kaoru being cool* Guess Bell did "save" the day, not really, but they still give him a lot of credit. The setting is pretty cool. It looks really advanced and all but it's not overwhelmingly so. As Menori was calling the names I was like, "this is the unlikeliest groups ever", and then she called herself and I chuckled. They do try to explain why they got this group though. It's ok, show, I understand, no need to waste time trying to make me believe that's what really happened lol. There's a planet called Subaru... See, Howard was basically just doing what Shingo did, it does feel like the show handles both cases differently, but that zoom in on Menori at the end does makes me want to think they are trying to say "maybe she's not completely right", but maybe I'm just looking too much into it, they could have made it a lot more obvious if that's what they really wanted. Of course, the controls are fully operational lol. On the bright side, you just saw the largest gravity storm! The PV playing right away kinda spoils it... Why is the ED after the PV? Episode 3 Saw the largest gravity storm, went through it and lived! In an emergency shuttle, sturdy guys, those emergency shuttles. Howard already trying to blame people before anyone says anything. You know how it is, a lot easier to not get the blame on you if it's already on someone else. "We traveled back in time! How? Magi- I mean, space!" "Don't mind me, just waiting for someone to give me attention while we're all heading to our doom." It didn't really seem like experience mattered that much, but Luna piloted something before so it might have helped with her nerves. Not sure why but Luna looked really cute during this lol. This reminded I already started shipping her with Kaoru since last episode... Damn it. So their planet doesn't get Sun's light? I thought they were still on the Milky Way... I actually forgot the planet they were in, but I know Luna was from Mars. My cynic self was obviously thinking "of course there's a boat there" but it actually makes sense. I have such a good feelings about the character development in this. Even if it's Earth it'd probably be too easy/boring without some alien-like creatures. |

Episode 4 You know shit is getting serious when Brock opens his eyes. I figure the show won't be killing anyone and I was actually pretty neutral at the start, but as it went it actually started to get somewhat intense. My cynic self was obviously thinking "of course the giant chunk of metal floats" but it actually makes sense, again. You're... you're just gonna push it, huh? Does feel like Bell is the one that's gonna develop the most and faster, but I think it was mostly the bullying holding him back and he's actually just being more true to himself now rather than his character actually gaining something, but I guess that's gaining something too. No, Howard, closing one eye won't make your aim better. That slap, about time. Luna is just great, and more Bell. That sunset was pretty nice. Episode 5 Sharla's reaction is actually quite normal, actually. Sharla is like "dude... not even I am asking for my papa..." I keep forgetting Chako is a she, her voice, name and the subs sometimes saying "he" don't help either. I was also wondering how she was going to not die, apparently sugar is all she needs. Menori breaking out of character when Howard fell in the water was sooooo good. Bell's random knowledge from back home really helps here. Good ol' "just scream their name until they stop" approach, always works. Luna is pretty strong though, but not in that Mary Sue way, I really like how this show feels moderate about everything. Kaoru so cool~ Bell is a fucking beast. Sharla didn't do much but she managed not to freeze this time. I want to think that "thank you" was more for worrying about her. Something about Shingo just waving and smiling at people makes me feel real happy too, he's great. Shipping... At first I thought Chako got a bit drunk, would have been fun if everyone got drunk from the food. Episode 6 I wonder if they could have really killed and eaten that kangaroo thingy. Could it be, Howard being usefu- nevermind. Seriously Howard, stop being such a burden. At least he's still a good pack mule. Surely there's better way to get that rock out, Giant Lizard-kun. I don't think Shingo doubted Kaoru, but Chako ran off by herself. You shouldn't be rubbing the stick with your bare hands. :\ I wonder if Kaoru was looking for rocks for a fire too, but he got something pretty useful too. Dat smile. Love the music here near the lake. When I heard the unzip I thought Howard was gonna take a piss or something lmao. How about pulling Howard up to the top of the tree... So that's why that thing ran off last episode... Howard scared it away with his "papa" scream lol. Sharla and Bell, I ship it hard now. Shingo will probably build his own sexbot at some point so Chako is a good partner for him. And surely Menori could keep Howard in line. I'm so toxic~ That mountain looks faraway as hell. Episode 7 Those Sharla and Bell interactions. So good. Menori getting embarrassed was great too. Not even Luna could hold it in. Shingo confirming to Kaoru that he was right seems to be more in an apologetic way like, "we should have listened to you" sorta of thing. Really like the music when they finally set the fire too. And man, Bell's hands are busted. Aaaaaaaaand he proceeds to put his bare hands right into the sand. Ouuuuuuuuch. Now let's hope they don't take 10 hours to set the fire again tomorrow. I'm actually really impressed how Shingo managed to last more than 2 seconds trying to pull with that rod lol. More like, the bait would probably get free by itself. Those faces when Luna brought the fruit were great. Kaoru so cool~ He caught something. I was kinda surprised when Kaoru was so blunt when Shingo asked for a spear, we haven't heard Kaoru talk much but his actions mostly show he really cares for others too, but he might feel a bit used when people rely on him too much. At the end of the scene he realized he can't do everything by himself. Maybe he'll make Shingo something in the end. I figured they already knew this was an island, I never doubt that, actually... but I guess they never saw an island? Howard losing his cool here was good, it didn't feel whiny, he felt really emotional, his best moment so far I reckon. "The firewood was added recently." *Kaoru appears with 4 fishes* Just Kaoru being Kaoru. He did give Shingo something. And he made more knives. Kaoru, you're not allowed to exist, you're too good. I wonder what he's thinking though. A wild Bell appears! Everyone is trying their best, trying to keep it as positive as they can. This show is really good, I want to watch it as fast as I can. :c Overall, things I think the show needs to improve for right now is getting a bit better chemistry between the characters when in a group going, the characters feel real good and while their interactions are good overall, it's missing a final touch to really solidify them as a group. And start making the stronger characters worry a bit themselves too, at least in their own way, but we're just getting started (and at some point the thought of "this is gonna be too short" already crossed my mind...) and it's showing a lot of promise already. |

Was out of town all weekend. Will resume the simul watch. Also, don't worry about the pace @Paulo27. Feel free to watch as many episodes as quickly as you wish. I'll probably watch quite a few this week myself. Episode 5 So, we get the basic, "search for supplies," angle here. Sharla. Her character sticks out as one of the more unpleasant things about the episode. Her reaction isn't unrealistic, but I still roll my eyes watching her most of the time, haha. Luna is great though and helps balance Sharla's moments out during their screen time. I think you are right about Bell, Paulo. He seems to already be changing/progressing. It is more of a slow, "coming out of his shell," atm, but still quite nice. He is quite the likable character and he definitely beasted this episode. It was interesting to see Menori and Howard being paired early on. I wonder if this is foreshadowing a closer relationship between them or not. It seems to me like she would be the type to bring out a better side of him. I guess we shall see. Purple Watermelon seems interesting. Still, I don't think I would be in a hurry to eat it right away. I'd be letting the others go ahead and digest it entirely. That way I could see if there are any delayed side effects. Episode 6 So, the reptilian-like creature from the OP shows itself. It looks very similar to one of my favorite prehistoric reptiles, Dimetrodon. It ate the cute little kangaroo-mouse creature. Our main cast had the same plans, but the lizard got to it first. The rock defense that Luna played was quite silly, but I've already gotten used to these sort of things for this series. The elephant-like creature was fairly cute. I wouldn't have minded if it had trampled Howard, lol. Well, it seems they have found water and now the trouble is just making it back to camp without getting eaten by the local wildlife. I like how the group has branched off into smaller groups/pairs lately. It is nice seeing how the various personalities are interacting. It also doesn't make the main cast seem too large for nice development. Episode 7 So, this series seems like it is going to be all about the group's survival. This episode showed us the various ways that each character is contributing to the group. Kaoru, in particular, was nice to watch. He seems so aloof, but he was helping support everyone in his own way. Also, another weird fruit that they eat with little caution. Hopefully, none of them get sick from eating something carelessly in the future. |

Episode 8 If worse comes to worse, I say they just cook Sharla :P. In a seriousness though, she didn't help her case this episode in the competition for most useless character. Howard is still the front-runner, but he at least doesn't make me roll my eyes every few seconds. I'm not sure why they don't just set-up camp at the lake. I suppose the ship wreckage is the safest place for now, but they are so far away from their precious resources. The lake and the various plants/animals using the lake. I guess we shall see if they attempt to relocate at some point. Bell being "the man" again this episode, but I don't think he is much of a leader. Menori is definitely too much of a dictator. I figured Luna would become the leader based on her role in the series so far, but she logically seems like the best choice as well. Should lead with enough balance for everyone to get along and at least coexist. Oh, forgot to mention the weird thing that happened to Luna when she fell in the lake. That was really interesting and really have no guess as to what that was. Super excited to see some more alien-like issues/creatures/etc. Episode 9 Oh, nice! It didn't take them long to realize what I did. I thought it was going to be awfully difficult for them to build a house, but I forgot about how useful an advanced technology robot can be, haha. There are definitely some odd things going on around them though. I'm not sure what could have smashed their ship like that. I guess it could have been some sort of creature, but it may have even been intelligent beings. Should interesting to find out. Howard and Sharla were useless again, but Howard got lucky this time. His uselessness actually helped them realize the house was faulty before getting to far into the project. Does he get points for that? I'm not giving him any, haha. It seems next episode they are going to be using parts of the ship to build the house. I wonder how they are going to cut the metal? Maybe they will just use the bolts and various scraps for fastenings. It would be nice if they could get the body all the way out to the lake, but I suppose that may be next to impossible. Anyway, it should be interesting to see how they go about building the house. Episode 10 Yeah, so whatever is going on with Luna is helping her relate to this creature, Pague. He seems to be quite obedient to her and understands human language? I wonder how much more of a role he will play in this series. Howard actually did some work this episode helping Bell cut down the tree. They seem to have a more sturdy foundation with the ship's wing. Interested to see the house upon completion. |

Episode 1 Good start. There's an immediate hook with that pre-opening scene, the OP itself did a good job of making me curious about all these characters and Luna looks to be a fun MC to watch. I also quite like the art style and designs as well as the technology/worldbuilding we got to see so far. This future scenario isn't just randomly thrown out there, they actually paid attention to the details. I want to see a sports anime about this air basketball :>. Also since Paulo brought it up, I also immediately felt something was different about Sharla's voice. Turns out her VA never worked on any other anime so she's probably not a trained seiyuu but maybe comes from live action or something like that. It explains why she lacks the anime-typical slight overacting and sounds more 'natural' for a lack of a better word, making her stand out. |

man, good thing you guys were going to take it easy, eh? otherwise you probably would've finished already lol Episode 1 I really liked how the episode started! With explosions and stuff, it was kind of sad, but at the same time very intriguing. They did a very good job trying to show a little bit of each character's personality in the first episode, but I hope they won't remain super two-dimensional. I liked the cat, too. This aired a few years ago in a local channel in my country, so I watched a bit of it dubbed in Spanish and I remember thinking it was kind of similar to Digimon Adventure 01, we'll see if I still think so this time around. Episode 2 It's kind of early to choose favorites, but I really like Shingo so far! Chako is also super cute and has a lot of personality. I really like how technology is portrayed and presented in this universe. Maybe they'll be less of that soon? I hope not! |

Episode 2 The whole situation that led to them being separated from the rest did seem pretty forced (random anomaly, no adult supervision, full control over the cockpit, accidentally clicking the button etc...) but that doesn't really matter too much since it's just the setup. It's not even just too early for me to pick favorites, I haven't even remembered any of their names yet aside from Luna, Sharla and Howard. I think I figured out who Kaoru is after reading Paulo's post and I do quite like him as well. Episode 3 It bothered me a bit how unrealistic the adjusting of the entry angle was. They were still in space so the adjustments wouldn't just stop as soon as they let go of the button, they would need to counterbalance them from the opposing angle so the spaceship doesn't just start spinning indefinitely, and probably would not have been able to do so manually and with no training. But whatever. Not sure what to think about the suggestion that they traveled back in time? Seems kinda random. The creature at the end reminded me of the sea kings from One Piece, lol. |

Ep 1 So we got an interesting futuristic/sci-fi world in this. I'm getting a lot of Lord of the flies vibes from this too. The bullying at school felt a little forced, but overall this was a good start. Those flashbacks were pretty useful, it was good that Sharla managed to survive though. I'm liking Luna as an MC, I've always enjoyed tomboy types. Ep 2 Pretty much what I'd consider a set up episode. I really feel like this is quite drawn out,but anime back in the day had more time (this is 52 eps iirc). They would probly be stranded lost/in their survival environment by the first episode. They're taking their time with set-up, which I can admire, but at the same time my attention span is shorter than before so yeah I have a hard time keeping engaged sometimes. |

Episode 4 I was hoping Howard would mellow out after his experience with the sea monster but he's still his entitled self at the end of the episode. Well, there's still time. The ship sure took some damage tho. And I finally managed to remember everyone's name with some help from Joyce ^^. Episode 5 I liked this episode. Giant plant monsters are always fun and Kaoru keeps being a badass. he was aiming so well with those throwing sticks. He should have been the one to use the laser gun, not howard. And Bell is also gaining my respect more and more even though he's still too nice to Howard as far as I'm concerned. Not too much of a fan of Sharla aka the panic-girl archetype but I'm hoping she will improve in the future. The search for supplies went well overall but still no real, secure source of food and water. Especially the water is worrying. |

Episode 3 I like how the ship looked as they were entering the atmosphere and stuff, but I'm not sure how realistic it is. Either way, I'm glad the show is actually getting on its way to the plot! Sort of. It's been fun to see the interactions between the characters and Chako has been a huge help to them. I hope they really didn't travel back in time, but it is a bit interesting that the general configuration of the planet at first sight is somewhat similar to earth. Episode 4 I really hope Howard will be the one to change the most! The episode was really intense for sure and seeing them cooperate with each other was fun. You're welcome with the names @Pullman! It seems I was a bit off with student council president girl. It's Menori, not Minoru like I though it was. I really like all of their names so it was easy for me to remember most of them. I'll say something though, when they starting introducing them at the school, I never realized Bell was part of the island cast too? Even though he was in the opening credits... oops. He was a bit meh, but now he's becoming more memorable. The kids seem to be having great ideas among the moments of panic, so I have hopes that they will be able to realistically evolve as characters and manage to survive. Episode 5 So far Sharla is the weakest link and although it makes sense that she's really scared because they're all kids and stuff, her meltdown was a bit annoying. It served the purpose of pushing her forward some at least. It's good that after a day of disappointments they found food, hopefully they'll find fresh water soon. |

Ep 3-4 Dam they're still in the shuttle, but atleast they'e on the planet. Yeah I was super frustrated with Howard and his godawful aim. Seriously you make laser blaster, but can't make some automated aiming system? Or atleast a laser/red dot sight to assist lol. Yeah that monster was pretty freaky, reminded me of the Predator from the hollywood movies lol. Yeah like I said the show is really taking it's time, hopefully they can find some food/water on the island. |

Ep 5-6 I can't help, but feel like there should be more prey creatures on the island. We got all these huge predators, but what are they eating? I guess the kangaroo and elephant looking thing possibly, but yeah it just seems weird to hae so many predators around without abundant prey for them to feed on... but yeah my weird ecosystem complaints aside good episodes. Like I said this show is really taking it's time. Howard unfortunately doesn't seem to be develop too much but I'm liking the growing relationships between Bell and Sharla. |

Episode 6 These episodes are really entertaining. It's a bit surprising to me how Kaoru doesn't seem to want to cooperate when he's been there to save their asses if they need it, that's weird to me, kind of inconsistent and Luna is really fearless, it seems. I like that! Bell is quickly becoming very relevant and strong. Hopefully Howard will learn to be a bit more like him in the future. Episode 7 I'm guessing Kaoru is a tsundere or something... oh well, at least he's still helping and although I knew the place was an island, I guess they didn't! It was a shock for Howard, the poor thing. I'm hoping at some point they might be able to sail to other land that will offer more resources. |

Episode 11 So, this episode focused heavily on Menori. We got some background on her which was nice. We learned why her personality is the way it is. Trying to ignore that completely unrealistic cliff-side scale, she had some nice development and self-discovery. Mainly thanks to Luna, of course. Howard is still as intolerable as ever though. Hopefully, he will get some development soon. Episode 12 I would have went and searched for Howard as well. He is the emergency food source ;). Seriously, what a spoiled dick. Anyway, the house looks great and using the plant for a tank was pretty clever. The shower looked really nice and I'm glad everything came together despite the cancer living among them. Sorry, I just really dislike Howard. |

Ep 7-8 Looks like Bell and Sharma are gonna have some sort of romance, the food situation was getting pretty dire though. Ep 8 when Sharla was getting all emotional over the kangaroo thing was just silly. I mean I know shes just a teenager, but still it was a matter of survival. The slow pace of the show is kinda curbing my enjoyment, but overall still enjoying this. |

Ep 9-10 So pretty much just setting up a new home for themselves, working together and whatnot. Bell seems to be doing most of the heavy lifting and Sharla is complaining as usual with Menori and Luna being the leaders. The Shuttle being broken apart was a pretty big deal... looks like they really need to get that Treehouse done now. The Shuttle salvage operation seems to have gone well and Luna used her magic MC err I mean nature powers to help her out with the elephant creature, Howard is being unhelpful as always. So yeah things seem to be going well. |

Episode 6 This show is really setting Howard up to be the village idiot, everytime there is something that can be done wrong he does it while the others seem fairly competent and level-minded (aside form Sharla). Like with that lizard situation. I really hope he gets some development soon. That weird elephant-ish creature was pretty cute tho. Episode 7 Pretty much the successful conclusion to most endeavours of last episode. They got fire, food, water and some idea of their surroundings now. The island is definitely smaller than I expected, I agree that I hope they venture to explore other parts of the planet at some point. I wonder what's next, maybe building some kind of base? So far the weather hasn't really threatened to kill them but it's probably only a question of time. |

Episode 8 I'd just be like 'okay Sharla you don't have to eat the meat, just provide for yourself while we do what makes sense'. I mean c'mon. Let her starve for a few days and she'll be willing to eat anything I bet ya. But given that her main 'work' in this situation seems to be giving names to things she can probably sustain herself on half a fruit per day since that isn't really a calory-burning activity. Yes, she's annoying me strongly. She isn't even vegetarian in the 'real' world so what the fuck is her problem aside from not wanting to survive apparently. When Howard is a retard it's at least because he just is that stupid and egotistical, Sharla just doesn't make sense on any level with the kind of issues she's creating for herself in a situation like that. Also Menori's leadership abilities seem to be starting to get questioned. I was wondering about that since the synopsis made it sound like Luna was the leader. Honestly I think neither of them seems to be a good fit for the job right now. Kaoru would be my best bet but he lacks willingness. Episode 9 'You're bickering from dawn to dust.' That's rich coming from Sharla after she did nothing but whine last episode xD. I'd rather listen to Shingo and Howard fighting than to Sharla crying tbh. Then again the retardation of Howard there at the end was probably the most face-palm inducing thing that happened in the whole show so far -.-. I mean isn't it obvious that the 'house' wouldn't be able to lift very much weight when it has only been built so far, with the weight not being properly distributed to various parts but allr esting on the one log? |

Episode 10 I was thinking from the start that this elephant-ish thing looked pretty harmless so I was just waiting for them to tame it. But it seems anyone aside from Luna was still scared shitless by some herbivore which is a bit weird to me but then again they're just kids. I mean it might accidentally trample you but it seems to be far from a 'feral beast' from what I can tell. Well, they did come around eventually. Howard obviously was trying to ruin everything once again by scaring the thing into stomping around the construction site. He seems to be comfortable doing that. Still hoping for some development on that end. For 1/5th of the anime being over already the characters are still mostly the same as they were in their regular school environment which seems a bit questionable to me but whatever. IN any case with Pague on their side now nothing seems impossible. They just inreased their potential work output tenfold. Episode 11 Nice we got a small glimple of Menori's backstory. I was waiting for some revelations about their pasts to flesh out the characters more. I definitely liked this episode a lot because it started the kind of development I was waiting for, couple with flashbacks. Please more of that. God knows Howard needs it :>. |

Episode 8 Howard is still being an entitled prick and Sharla was crazy annoying with her 'but it's cute!!' argument. She didn't even at least say something about respecting al life or whatever. I like Menori as a leader because she's organized, but she really is becoming too strict. Luna seems more balanced, but all of them lack maturity, so it'll be hard to say how either will become a leader. I disagree on Kaoru because he's too much of a loner and not cooperative enough, which could put their community in jeopardy. So far Bell has proven to be very useful, but he's too much of a subordinate to become the leader. Luna has officially been elected, let's see how she does. I can see why Bell recommends her since a mediator is better in the role of a leader since they'll try to see everyone's points of view. Episode 9 Sigh Howard really just thinks about himself and has very little self-awareness. All the hard work spoiled in just a little while. It is true that maybe the place wouldn't have been that safe if he hasn't tested it like that, but maybe they would reinforce the ties later or something. The shuttle was smashed pretty good. I guess Howard being there wouldn't have made much of a difference. Episode 10 Minori seems really hung up on not being the leader anymore at the beginning of the episode. That's kind of lame. It's good that they made some progress on the house they're building and they were able to slightly tame Pague, but there really does need to be a bit more character development by now. |

Episode 13 So, Kaoru was the one to get some slight development this episode. It was nice to see him finally making himself more friendly with the group there at the end. I'm interested to find out his backstory, potentially explaining his reclusive nature. It seemed quite silly that no one suspected the lizard "monster" could swim. Was basic knowledge of reptiles lost? Oh well. Also, Luna's strange "power" showed up again. I wonder if the lake itself is contributing to it, or if it only happens under dire circumstances? Episode 14 So, everyone is on-board with Luna hearing voices and listening to what they tell her? Ok. Anyway, we get the classic, "everything is gigantic," area of the adventure. In all honesty, I tend to really like the "giant world" stuff. Things are getting more and more curious as our characters even became lighter as they jumped off a cliff. Hmm, can't really guess as to what is going on. I guess we shall find out soon enough. |

Episode 12 More of 'The pathetic Howard - The Animation'. Seriously, the guy is so embarassing and even manages to fail while asleep. This time around it was used for some character development for Bell at least, which I enjoyed. But I'm only gonna get more triggered if Howard doesn't stop being such an entitled prick anytime soon. Episode 13 More character development, this time for Kaoru. He probably needed it the most after Howard. No matter how useful he was his loner attitude was starting to be a bit annoying but it was handled well this episode. No complaints really, it was a good episode. Now if only Howard got some development too... |
I probably regret this post by now. |

Ep 11-12 So ep 11 focused on some character development for Menori. Seems like she had quite the interesting past. Shes a great leader for sure, but I kind of have to take Howard's side that she doesn't really do much actual work and personally I would likely be resentful if someone was ordering me around all day and felt like they were entitled to do so. Nice to see her prove herself at the end though. Ep 12 focused more on Bell and the treehouse. I'd say Bell is definitely the character that I identify most with, although I wouldn't put up with Howard's whining. Honestly I don't know why the group keeps putting up with his shit in general. Everytime I feel like hes improving somewhat he just goes back to being a little spoiled shit. |

Episode 11 I liked the episode and it explained a lot about Menori's behavior. I'm glad to see her character evolving a little and hopefully they'll do the same with all of the characters. I hope they explain Luna's 'power' soon enough too. Episode 12 Bell really is a huge help to all of them with his knowledge and skills. I can't believe Howard still exploits him like that. I'm glad Bell stood up to him and I hope this will make Howard start to change soon too. I'm rooting for Bell and Sharla a bit ahem. Also they make building things look like such a fun thing in this show! Episode 13 It was unexpected to see Luna get angry at Kaoru when no one gets angry at Howard! But he really was too much of a loner, maybe he thinks he can't get anything if he's not contributing in equal measures? I'll be interesting to learn some backstory from him, he's basically he more mysterious character, but I'm glad he seems to be getting closer to the group a bit. Episode 14 Very interesting episode. Shingo seems to be quite homesick and it's affecting him a lot. I'm looking forward to them to find the voice Luna hears. I watched a bit of this show dubbed ages ago and I think I can remember who it was. Episode 15 I wasn't happy with that 2 minute summary of the previous episode... The crab was an unexpected development, especially finding out that it's a machine and not biological. I hope they go back to the forest soon. It's nice that they show both their improvements in terms of their quality of life and what they're learning and they're back to exploring their surroundings again. |

Ep 13-14 Ep 13 was somewhat of a char development episode for Kaoru. It's too bad they lost most of their meat, but at least they managed to kill the lizard thing. Also nice to see some more creatures on the island. I wonder how much they've actually explored. Ep 14 Looks like Howard is actually doing something useful... or atleast trying. The large insect area was interesting, I thought they were gonna be able to kill the boar and eat it, but I guess not. |

Episode 16 Gosh Howard. He was such a pain to Shingo on this episode. Pretty much everyone has already been more productive than him and he still has this stupid entitled attitude. He redeemed himself a little towards the end, but I'm still tired of this cycle. Episode 17 I was wondering how they would deal with stuff like disease, so this episode is interesting. Teamwork was superb and I liked learning about Luna an Chako's past and we even got a bonus of Sharla trying her hardest and vowing to accept reality more. Episode 18 We see Shingo in action when he manipulates Howard into going with him to the woods. Clever boy. Now I'm guessing the reason why things are so big is the difference is gravity? They were finally able to find the source of the voice and omg, when they teleported it was awesome. |

Episode 14 Interesting episode. They finally started to explore/adventure a bit more which is something I'm looking for. That giant forest was pretty cool. As for Howard, he should use something other than bamboo for the arrows. It's too light and hollow to make a good arrow I think. But at least hes trying now and starting to call himself a coward which shows he managed to achieve an ounce of self-awareness at last. Episode 15 The recap part at the beginning was almost One Piece length this episode. Things keep getting more interesting tho. Those ruins and that piece of technology that was in the giant lobster thingy definitely have me intrigued. I always like me some mystery. And maybe Shingo can dismantle the tech and use parts for his communication device? Episode 16 I keep getting pissed at how nobody ever really tells Howard to fuck off and stop being a pathetic asshole. They just watch him bully Shingo for no reason and then sigh when it's over or say something like 'please don't do that'. I always want them to punch him, punch him hard :>. He is honestly holding back the series in a major way, making it a lot less enjoyable simply by being there a lot of the time. I'm glad the show went back on track with the mystery voice at the end there because the personal drama just isn't working a lot of the time with someone like Howard there. |

Episode 19 They finally found out the ruins were tied to the voice and now the little boy woke up. Leave it to Howard to break something and mess the whole thing up! I was intrigued by Kaoru's id card thing and when he said he killed that girl, I wonder if it was an accident that makes him feel guilty or if he's really actually responsible. I'm sure this will be answered in due time. Episode 20 Howard you're so petty geeze. Adam is really learning fast! He really is like a toddler though. It's funny that he seeks to be close to Menori, but since she's so strict, I guess he wants to please her? Either way, it was cute when he said her name. |

Ep 15-16 Looks like Luna is getting a better hang of her animal control magical power thing. The crab creature was pretty freaky, luckily Pague came through. Those ruins seemed really interesting too... I wonder who else could have been on the planet. Holy shit, how are they still dealing with Howard's BS. I get that hes supposed to be a stereotypical bully, but bullying Shingo is just going too far. Honest I just don't understand sometimes. Glad that everyone pitched in at the end... everyone misses their parents. It was a great opportunity for the group to bond together and help Shingo out at the same time |

Episode 21 I was appalled that in evidence of the temperature dropping and how reliable Bell has been since they've been on the island that they wouldn't believe him and even get angry at him for working on the cave. I'm glad they came around, but I still find that awful. That said, I like that bit of Bell's backstory and he was adorable when he was younger. Episode 22 It was interesting to see them working together to carry out a task. I hope they will see Pague again once the whole situation with the dust thing settles down. They really need to solve the ruins puzzle fast or they'll freeze to death! I'm impressed by how fast Adam is learning to speak and Howard wasn't that much of a spoiled brat this episode and it was just his luck that helped them this time around. Episode 23 Kaoru's backstory here made me think of Ender's Game a bit. Also, the first time they showed Louis' card I thought he was a girl? Oh well, it makes no difference. Learning about Karou's past made his skills more believable too as well as his preference to not cooperate as much. This episode was very emotional, I liked it. |

Episode 24 What a relief that they were finally able to solve the ruins problem. I wondered if it was possible that all those released particles would be able to disperse so fast (they took some hours walking back from the ruins, but still!). I guess they made it happen for the sake of a happy ending for the episode. I also can't believe Howard blamed Adam when it was actually his fault. I'm also pretty curious to know if they will ever go check the places where the other terraforming machines are and if there are other Adams out there in the planet. Episode 25 Woah the were able to send a distress signal! This episode was pretty sad because of Adam's memories. There's a lot I hope this show will explain in the future, like why their spaceship crashed and if they were trying to go out of the planet and why. Also why they were making that kind of cold environment for Adam and if he's adapted differently to the environment because he's living with humans. I was also hoping they would be able to use the spaceship to go to the mainland. Well, there's still pretty much half the show left, so I'm sure some answers will come in due time. |

Episodes 17 & 18 Ep 17 was pretty nice with some more backstory for Sharla and Luna. Ep 18 once again used the formula of someone being retarded to generate some sort of drama/development which is getting a bit old tbh. This time it was Shingos turn to be an idiot, trying to go to the most dangerous part of the wood on his own, in the middle of the night, instead of waiting what, 2 more days or so? It felt a bit ridiculous. But at least it led to interesting developments, the end of the episode definitely has me intrigued. Episode 19 Shit just got real. I hope the show becomes a bit less formulaic from now on, I really can't say what I expect to happen next with that alien boy joining the cast. But I do hope things get a bit more special from now on. So far it's not bad but most of what we got so far is very basic stuff, nothing to really capture my interest for too long aside from 1 or 2 episodes that stood out. Episode 20 Howard once again proving that he can be a petty asshole about everything. Jesus, I cringed so hard. But I liked the episode overall. Is it just me or has the OST been particularly good this episode? Maybe I just don't remember it very well from past episodes but it seems to have changed a bit now that Adam joined them. Episode 21 Very good episode. Bell's backstory was nice. And I hadn't considered winter as a possible problem for them since it seemed to be on some kind of tropical island but I guess the bit about the ruins reflecting the sunlight with those clouds indicates that it might be artificially induced. This definitely adds a renewed urgency to the menial tasks of finding food and such. At least the cave looks promising but I wonder how they will solve the food problem. Maybe try and hunt for one of the giant animals? Those would give enough meat for quite a while. Episodes 22 & 23 22 was a solid episode but 23 was probably my favorite episode so far. Really liked the lengthy flashback. Maybe it's just because the setting on the island can get a bit monotonous at times and it's always refreshing to see these flashbacks with a changed setting and everything. But I'm worried since they still haven't solved the food issue. And will that machine ever stop making it colder? Episode 24 That was some trippy stuff with those weird water hologram things. And the ominous thing they said about better conditions to live in. But I'm glad they managed to solve this problem since it was about to get completely out of hand. I hope that the eco system hasn't been damaged too much by this and that they'll soon be able to find enough food again. Episode 25 Damn, I didn't expect the distress signal to find a receiver this quickly. But I'm skeptical since the show is only half over. Will they really be rescued already? I can't stop here, I want to know what happens next :>. Episode 26 That didn't go as well as they hoped for. It seems like that ship had some issues and is now stuck on that planet as well. And someone escaped in a pod before the crash. I wonder if we'll meet them soon. Episode 27 For fucks sake Howard, what are you doing? He's going to put everyone in danger again with this thoughtless and selfish action. You'd think he'd eventually learn but no.... Episode 28 I was hoping they'd just take Howard with them and leave and then the Planet Survival stuff can continue without Howard being part of the cast and it would have been great. But I appreciated the old man saying traitors don't need to be saved. The others have been far too lenient with spoiling Howard and this is the result of it. Episode 29 So they used Howard being poisoned to make half the episode a flashback of sorts, which is okay I guess. But I wasn't buying the 'touching' parts since it's Howard. I bet next episode he's back to his usual self. |

Ep 17-18 So we got some flashbacks for Sharla and Luna, not much to see some decent char development through flashbacks. The journey into the forest was really fun though, was not expecting to see the bear/panther hybrid creature. The island is always full of surprises. That was one hell of a leap of faith with Luna though lol. |

Ep 19-20 So pretty much we're dealing with this new Adam alien thing... honestly my opinion on Adam is still kind of mixed. It seems like he was just added to add something new to the group. I wonder if he will have some sort of significance to moving the story forward... Either way wtf is wrong with Howard. If this was more like Lord of the Flies he would have been killed by the rest of the group. I feel like hes just kind of there to create conflict in the story. Also I think I actually listened to the ED instead of closing the browser for the first time and its actually nice. Gotta love Roundtable. |

Ep 23-24 Kaoru flashback was nice, explains a lot about his stoic and antisocial personality. I really don't feel like it was his fault for what happened to Louis though and he got to relive that moment and save Luna this time. The stuff with Adam and his parents was interesting.., I wasn't really sure what was going on though. Something about the environment of the planet or something. |

Ep 25-26 So it looks like there is a serious chance of them getting off this planet using Adam's technology. These episodes were hard to get through as not much was happening, but it was nice to see that there is some hope for them getting off... but considering we are only halfway through the series it makes sense that it wouldn't be now. |

Ep 27-28 Well things just got a hell lot more complicated. I never expected to see so many new characters introduced to the story. Ep 29-30 Dam they are really stretching out this space convict/space pirate arc... Howard seems to be a little more resourceful, but it seems like Adam is the real star this time around. Glad to see Pague again, but yeah I just feel like this could have been resolved in an episode or 2 and they're really stretching this out especially with all the flashbacks and shit. |

Episode 26 That communication with the Orion was super suspicious and I think Luna's promise to Adam will backfire at some point. The rescue ship showing up and the crashing made me feel so hopeless. I wonder what sort of trouble will befall them now. Episode 27 They're definitely facing an unexpected and dangerous predicament. At first I didn't really believe the old man until the actual prison escapees were shown. Let's hope Howard won't make things worse but considering his track record he probably will. |

Ep 33-34 The battle on the transport ship was pretty intense, wasn't expecting Sharla to put up so much of a fight. Things are looking really bleak right now though, both the transport ship and Adam's ruins are destroyed and there's no more reasonable ways to get off the planet. They seem to be trying to make their own ship now. With the help of Mr. Porte it may be possible, but I imagine it will take some time and the ex-cons are still out there. |

Ep 39-40 I kinda wish that giant fish just ate Howard so we wouldn't have to deal with him anymore. The play was nice and the main land seems a lot less hospitable than the island. The Bell x Luna ship was kinda out of nowhere, I always thought Bell and Sharla were the main couple, Kaoru doesn't seem too happy about it either and now Adam's sick =/ |

Ep 43-44 Why is this show trying to ship Howard and Sharla -___- Anyway the ship trip seemed pretty intense, I was hoping to see more sand creatures in the sea though. I feel like they are getting better at dealing with threats considering they dealt with 3 of those attack droids... or maybe its just Kaoru being OP as usual. I guess it was also luck. |
