The OST also was pretty decent imo this episode. Ah and Reiji meets Aila again. Ha, the way he took that food was priceless. Gold. I loved the battle royal this episode too. Great episode 5/5. |

| Best episode yet, I think. Aila's nikuman was eaten by Reiji, and she became quite embarrassed. Obvious euphemism to combat the Sei and Reiji shipping. I'm not sure why this wine on crotch spilling gent who speaks in creepy Japanese was so surprised to see Reiji, but he referenced the fact that Reiji is from another world... Hmm. | EPICNESS OVERLOAD!!! This episode was Fabulous!! No doubt best episode yet :D Lol'd so much at Tatsuya over dramatically denying who he was then showing his obviously known face XD Dere Aila is just too cute <3...ReijixAila ship full speed ahead >.< Dat battle Royal!!! Dallara (Thai champ) is strong as hell!! Not bad at all ^^ Reiji still has a long way to go. And was that Lockon's Dyname I spotted?? :D Lol'd at the revenge attack against Fellini XD He must have lots of enemies hahaha. Well ofc the most interesting thing which made me hyped was the chairman's reaction to Reiji being in this world lol'd at that face. Good thing he covered his pants with wine because it seems he pissed himself too lol. So the higher ups seem to know about the other world. Awesome! Me is Hyped for when the plot picks up ^^ And Dat cliffhanger!! Let's see how they destroy that. |

| I know that giant Zaku in the end is amazing but if they're showing something like a giant or a big intimidating Gunpla they should have use GFAS-X1 Destroy Gundam from GSD... Been laughing so hard because of Tatsuya though... his over to the top narmness along with Reiji and Sei's reaction is priceless.... LOL still, Reiji being overwhelmed by that Thai champion is great... can't wait for next week... lastly, that Reiji and Aila moment is cute! :) |

| When I heard the rumbling I thought for sure that it was going to be a Psycho or a Destroy. I never thought the competition would allow a Perfect Grade Zaku into the fray. But considering that there was a Gaw and an Apsalus II in the World Cup it wouldn't be as far fetched as I thought. |

| Heavy Arms Custom, Dynames, Epyon, Virsago, Ashtaron(NII-SAN!), even a freaking Aries(how did this get past the first round?). On top of a giant Zaku of all things. Plus some more teasing with Aila and Reiji. This is so unfair, Sunrise. Stop making me like this show even more. Lol'd at Meijin(Yuuki) dramatically revealing his face. And the president knows about Reiji huh. Thought they'd forget this part. Felini still plagued by his womanizing and comes to bite back at him. Hard to take this guy seriously, but I love his Wing Gundam. Awesome to hear Canna Nobutoshi there. And this is just the second round. The later rounds should be even more awesome than this. Can't wait to see what 'it' is with the Star Build Strike, though revealing a hidden trick this early will probably hurt in the long run as how trump cards should be. We'll see I guess. |

| This is too awesome yo. Finally more stuff about Reiji's world and wow Yuuki is bad at lying. At the end I though a Master or Perfect grade is finally appearing but holy shit they bring out a human size Zaku... | Every week this shows hilarious under-ratedness and low viewership amuses the hell out of me for how just flat out enjoyable and well done it is. The show is available for free on youtube and still it has this low a viewership on MAL. It's so ridiculous and literally all just because people judged a mecha series so quickly yet again as just a throw away kids show to sell toys. If any recent show has shown me today's anime fanbases overwhelming prejudice against anything containing a strong mecha element it's this one. They just aren't even given a real chance anymore, people just look at the promo material, assume they'll be soulless toy commercials (only mecha shows though, never say Precure or other stuff with merchandise behind it) and/or "trainwrecks" or whatever other phrasing people can concoct up to try to put the blame on the genre and not their own biases. It's so ridiculous yet so blatant. Oh well great episode again. The start of the battle royale was depicted very well and each character got their own moment to shine during it that showcased their own particular strategies and skills. What happened outside the battles was also interesting too and it's amazing they're still finding screen time for characters like China and Ral. |

| I like the Aila x Reiji thing. Seems like he probably drove real Gundams in his world. He already said he can fight. I wonder if Aila from that world too. I love all the cameos it seemed like they showed like 4 gundams from Gundam Wing. I think i saw Epyon in the beginning but I'm not sure. |

I think there's quite a few things going against this show. First, it aired a week later than everything else. I've found that viewership of the 2nd week shows tend to be lower in the west. It's also not on crunchyroll, which seems like where a lot of western anime fans view their shows now. Also, coming off of Gundam Age, I bet a lot of people thought this would be a repeat. Then there's the fact that to many 'veteran' Gundam fans, this show seemed to have stepped over a line regarding its purpose to sell gunpla. Hopefully the toy sells are good and Sunrise really markets the hell out of the second season. |

I don't think it's an elimination system. They get points from each round, and the the points are probably tallied up for the final top 8 elimination match. |

| Kick-ass ost and action scenes. Episode by episode I enjoy this show even more and a I like Ricardo even more. And with whole battle royale means we are gonna keep getting more and more mecha porn. On other topic, right now, the important pilots are, if memory serves me: Reiji/Sei, Mao, Ricardo, Aila, Yuki, Nils, Those two with the violet suit, Luang and Rainer Did I miss anyone? |

| It's great to know Yuuki is still Yuuki regardless of Meijin Kawaguchi being Meijin Kawaguchi. Great episode for everyone today, I didn't see a single cameo in the episode preview, this can't be good. Regardless, I can't even begin to count the amount we got this episode, and they were all very remarkable suits getting trashed. I wonder why they gave us a Virsago Chest Break considering the Virsago was destroyed just last episode, the Ashtaron pilot being the Virsago pilot's brother was a nice Gundam X homage with Shagia and Olba. Nils' was relatively badass considering the amount of screentime he got, throwing that gerbera straight esq weapon. Aila is still a bit dull of a character and fighter personally, I'm not at all intrigued as to her fin-funnel system that keeps wiping out these great ms such as the Octape Kai and Heavyarms Custom in this episode. Luang Dallara has proven himself to be a formidable opponent in his abigorbine, hope to see him get a nice fight or two coming up. Gn-X, Tieren Taozi, and a Dynames in one episode eh, and it looks like we'll be getting an Exia custom eventually judging by the upcoming gunpla. Wonder why Rainer Cziommer isn't using the Gelgoog anymore, oh well, his Gaw was destroyed anyway. His character was somewhat of a means to an end, if even. I'm imagining that Zaku-II is atleast a megasize 1/48, if not 1/12. They should give us a little more insight as to what the rules here are, I mean, can't they only use 1/144 scale models? And customizing a kit is fine, but that Gaw must of taken a shit ton of effort, molding, plaplate, and epoxy puddy. |
