| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Oh damn, Haruka is pissed and has dramatic emotions this episode. That's something I didn't see out of her much. Hell, she even makes it to the papers. Poor Haruka ;.; So, I think this is definitely her route now so going to see how interesting it goes. |

| fucking disappointed. Pre-op scenes looked absolutely terrible in terms of animation, masato/haruka's interaction sounded so forced. The tone literally changed from happy go lucky to depressing without ANY TRANSITION. and oh bench-chan............bench scene was one of the highlights of Haruka's route and they somehow ruined it completely (SHE COMPLETELY DIDNT CARE AT ALL???) , Haruka's crying sounds so fucking forced and different. the whole thing felt rushed to hell despite being the first episode of her arc. what in the holy hell? everything was going pretty good for the past 5-6 episodes? whats with everything feeling so god damn FORCED this ep. Fuck the episode director. |

| Watched this episode live and it was not broadcast well on web, so I will have to edit my message later after watching the raw, but: I personally think that the animation in this episode is relatively great, comparing to other episodes. It is just that the bench scene doesn't have that much impact, and that pacing is a bit rushed. Other's are fine. |

| Well, I think that the episode wasn't as bad as how Funya-Usagi said... it is just that Haruka went gloomier and gloomier after being constantly bullied by the prefects and finally snapped hard when her favourite bench was destroyed. The anime version didn't snap Haruka that hard until the prefect room scene though. |

| I don't mind the rushed episode since I find that part in her route boring. But the later parts, I hope they don't screw up. |

| Rewatched the episode as a raw. While putting a lot of scenes inside one episode, all of them are over-simplified and the episode actually felt slow -- (below is a huge paragraph of an example) If you know what I mean --- it felt slow and boring, while one-hour worth of stuff were actually being cramped together. Simplifying things and THEN pulling it back long. It feels like scaling a 1000x1000 image into a 100x100 image, and THEN scaling it back to 700x700. Well I was just exaggerating it. It was simplified -- to something just enough to tell us "what happened", but failed to convey that level of emotion in the VN. But yeah, at least it was still better done than the early Komari route. Btw, is it really fine to put Alicemagic after all that as an ED? It was just like watching AS. |

| Not a satisfying episode. Seriously, if there's something I should say, the LB! heroine routes deserved at least 4 episodes; the 3 episodes they're getting (except 1 we don't know for sure yet) is resulting in the scenes in their routes to be completely rushed (Mio's although I'm pretty satisfied with it, it could have been better) or bsed (Komari, 1st episode of Haruka). This episode was pretty bad. Bad animation, badly drawn art, horrible pacing... is there something else I need to add to this? The bench scene was one of the biggest impact moments for me (aside from when Haruka rages at Riki and 2-3 other scenes) and it was basically bsed here. After the bench scene, I HATED Kanata (I'm neutral now) but I don't feel hatred towards her as I did in the vn. Oh well, I hope the next one will be better T__T |

| I was a little disappointed by the fact that Haruka didn't go crazy towards the end of the ep, but I can actually see JCs reasoning. I feel that even if she did, people would've said "Wow. That was so underwhelming! It just came out of nowhere! Way to go JC! You messed up again!". I mean, there hasn't been enough time for JC to actually make that out burst effective and I felt that in the VN, Haruka going insane felt a little over done because of how many times it happened. I feel that because of what they done here, the rest of the arc will be complimented. Especially the rain scene. I felt that with the previous out bursts, the out burst then was just under-whelming. This way, the rain scene will be much more of a surprise to the viewers and be MUCH more effective. Overall, I'm reserving my judgement on this route until they finish it. |

| Was never a fan of Harukas Arc, so I hope they don't extend it too long. Was a good episode nonetheless not as boring as the VN had it. But after watching it fully, they butchered it already lul. |

Looking forward to future episodes... I hoped they'd have kept some of the feels in the bench scene but well. :c |

| Well, it felt a bit rushed, and the atmosphere was a bit uneven, but it was an entertaining episode nonetheless. I'm just said for the departure of bench-kun :( |

For everytime you wanted to punch Futaki in the anime, You want to kick her 5 times reading the VN. Was the episode depressing? yes. But the appealing part or awesome part of Haruka route was that you felt down right sick reading what she goes through line by line. |

But then again, maybe the order of the scenes plays a role in that. The VN version must be amazing if you guys are complaining. |

| Damn it, completely altered some of the elements of that route. The bench however was alright, but it was lacking the emotion compared to the VN. Seeing the emotions on Haruka was so pitiful, but at least somewhere close as good as the original. Overall, still going to continue on my fav route. |
| I enjoyed the episode even though it's rushed. I guess I'm better off not reading the VN if I want to continue watching the anime o.o |
