I didn't like how Jomy had changed. They look like terrorists this way. And I also hate the newborn's (tony and friends) personality. =(

Yeah, they're really cocky, but they sure add a lot of tension to the show! The Mu always seemed harmonious and gentle, but some exceptions have been born

They casually discuss a power coup and murder, and the only reason they don't' follow through is due to Tony's devotion to Jomy. The way Tony et al behaves is far, far beyond than simply being cocky.

With this I start to understand why humanity's so afraid of the Mu, and I even start to sympathize a bit with humanity's wanting to destroy them... Not enough to think that they *should*, but I'm seeing both sides' opinions a lot better. I really like how this show is showing both sides without bashing it over our heads with lots of discussion about how "the Mu are just as bad". For the most part the viewer is allowed to draw their own conclusions.

It's sad to see how Jomy's changed, but I can't say I'm surprised that it's happened. And Tony's group definitely add an even greater level of tension.

It is understandable that the Mu isn't staying as fluffy as before, their restrains must've needed channels to flow. But now they've lowered their level and their murders are undone. Sad.

Ok. The Mu have turned into what humans have bee fearing all along. And Jomy looks like he is changed, but being the hero of the series, I'm sure he'll revert to his old self soon enough.

The newborns have developed Type Blue powers. Does this have anything to do with them being naturally conceived? I hope they reveal this and not leave it hanging.

While I don't agree with what Jomy's doing, the show is super interesting right now. Maybe Suena will help calm him down some?
Honestly, though, I'm kind of surprised something hasn't happened to Suena with all the research she's done. It seems like this society wouldn't really like that. But I guess it's not all seeing all knowing like in 1984 or something similar.

Mmm yeah I was wondering that too. Or perhaps since a baby was conceived through two Mus? Like if it was a human and a Mu I wonder if the baby would just be a normal Mu or possibly a human.

This is true. These new True Blues are allowing us to see how Mus can be frightening because before they never really struck first.

Oh. And thank goodness Keith is trying to search for the truth about his birth! I'm curious and maybe he'll tone it down on being such an ass.

For me, I feel like the new generation is just raised to become child soldiers. It's as though after all that they just don't feel empathy anymore.

It's natural if they want to become this way. But the Mu only became like this because humanity pushed them to be what they have feared to be.

No one has that much patience. Actually, those with a lot of patience are more feared than those hot-tempered people...

Those kids don't take shit from anyone.
Guess I don't blame them much they didn't grow up having the easiest life.

Wow . . . Jomy kind of messed up in the raising of those kids, they are complete brats, they really don't care about anything. I'm surprised they were so hostile to their own race like that, that surely will lead to a major hiccup in going to Earth in the future.

Also surprised that Suena wasn't surprised, or fearful. Though it is kind of weird that they are walking up like that, as if she is supposed to be the leader of Artemia announcing their surrender or something.

They grown up too powerful and too fast. Empathy haven't been developed yet.

The Mu children have become dangerous. The only thing keeping them under control right now is Tony's loyalty towards Jomy.

This sudden change hasn't been developed well enough to justify it. It's too much of a drastic change too fast. Why do they have separate uniforms? Why are they so separated from the rest of the Mu? None of this is explained or shown. We just have to accept this change and their ruthlessness out of nowhere. Sure these kids had their planet destroyed but to not care for your species which has shown you nothing but love makes absolutely no sense and really hurts the show. I can't take these kids seriously and their complete lack of empathy when casually talking about killing everyone on the ship, it's infuriating, not because of what they're discussing but how poorly and unjustifiably it was set up.

It was a pretty good episode besides this huge problem too, I felt like I had missed an entire episode and had to go back because everyone was so different. If this isn't explained in the next few episodes this will really hurt my overall opinion on this show, hopefully it doesn't go full retard with this half assed attempt at creating the equivalent of the Brotherhood of Mutants from X-men, it feels so forced and unexplained, slow the fuck down Terra and give your characters some time to breathe.

How the hell can people see this incredibly poor written anime as a 10/10 masterpiece baffles me honestly...

The Neska children plotline is especially bad.

looks like the Mu are much more ruthless now. so sad...now humans will truly think the Mu are just monsters. back then Jomy was the one who tried to reason with elders about humans but now it's the opposite. he kills them with no hesitation and elders realize it's wrong. not sure if i'm a fan of this new Jomy

Tony looks so good! his design reminds me of old shoujo

how many years has it been? i've lost count with the time skips. Tony and the rest look much older but they also rapidly aged before so maybe they grow faster? who knows. but man they grew up so cocky, but i guess they have power to back it up

at this point with the way the new generation is, i strongly doubt humans and Mu will get along

yes Suena!!! i've been calling it ever since she showed up! i knew she would play an important role.

It's not really surprising that Jomy changed that much, given how much death he had to encounter, unable to stop it in any way. Sometimes, enough is enough.Though I don't agree with it I understand why he's acting like that. He has to be firm, he has to make hard, difficult decisions, even if it means that sacrifices have to be made. Don't forget, he tried not just once but SEVERAL times with reasoning, reaching out, talking and making the humans understand. But humanity pushed him, and as a result, so many of his friends, not to mention, Blue, died because of his "softness".
And he is certainly aware how he's actually "using" the kids as mere weapons and it doesn't seem to me that he's enjoying it, but sees it as necessary.

Regarding the time skip, when the attack on Nasca happened it was SD 597, at the beginning of this episode it's said that it's SD 598, so only a year has passed since (if I remember correctly). That means, the kids are actually much younger than their appearance. They just look like teenagers but in reality, the eldest of them, Tony, is not even 4 or 5 years old. That's also one of the reasons that the other Mu feared them, they are growing way too fast. At least physically, but not mentally yet. So their talk about murders and coup etat or what just exemplies their real mental age. They are like kids with guns, with too much power but not enough yet developed sense of responsibility and empathy. That explains why they act like they do now. Thank god for Tony's loyalty to Jomy.

I love Suena, she's one of few interesting female anime characters imho.

The way the children turned out is crazy, but I think it's interesting that it all started when a literal "seed" of evil was (literally) planted in Tony's heart. That spark of pure hatred forced all the kids to evolve to destroy their enemies (interesting that they're using their psion powers to force their bodies to age up as well).

And finally Suena reunites with Jomy. So she became a reporter all because she noticed that something strange happened the night he disappeared.
