| I was kind of hoping for more on the political side of things, but this episode achieved what it set out to do and gave us more to look forward to next episode so I'm pleased with it. Izumida failing at even the most basic French was quite amusing. |

| I'm a sucker for bad endings. But this wasn't a real ending. Too bad I have to wait for another week for Case 9C. The toad was funny. Just hope it ain't someone's familiar or that it won't return to a small red ball. |

| Very nice episode *like the first nine* ... I really hoped that the relationship between Izumida and Ryoko would develop more, but they still haven't made any more progress after the second or the third episode except for Ryoko's jumping off the bridge after seeing Izumida-is this even a development, lol ^^- This ep had some little unnecessary parts, especially the first half, but still good and entertaning on whatever it does... Any hope for it getting a second season or something like that ?_? |

| I may have been expecting something more... but the episode still delivered. It's setting things up really well for the following episodes - now I really want to know what Monami is. R-9 though? "Ryoko"-9 perhaps? Some experiment to clone Ryoko? No? Impossible? And what's up with the capsule thing? I also wondered why she was magically good at cooking, but it's easy if you follow instructions... And that toad. 'Twas huge indeed. |
