| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- It looks like all the Neuroi did was mimicing humans from the start, and the military developed a stronger weapon thanks to that Neuroi fragment. I guess they'll be getting rid of the witches now that they have a stronger weapon and destroy all of the Neuroi. So, we'll get the kind of ending where the Neuroi and humans start living in peace?(Yoshika convincing the other witches that the Neuroi aren't really hostile etc.) It was a very good episode, the heavy censor in the bath scene was a shame though. Also, needs more Sanya. |
| That whole scene was unnecessary. Don't wanna see them naked so bad. The fact that the ecchi angles are back is enough. -_- Lots of plot development on the other hand though. I liked that. |

| All I can say is WOW what a great development! Ok so the Neuroi are being that came from another planet. It is to understood that humans first attacked them and they decided to defend themselves. They understood most likely that the humans have places for weapons and use others to make them. Thus it is understood that they attacked many humans and their places to live. They also know that humans used their own cores against in terms of material. Most likely striker units required it and now they pushed that production to better weaponry upgrade. I did not like that PIECE OF SHIT that betrays them at the end. Probably is the guy Mio referred to as the AIR GENERAL MALONE or something like that. I AM HAPPY that Mio survives though Miyafuji almost dies to energy exhaustion. Lots of ecchi stuff in bathroom with heavy censoring...who cares but there parts not censored completely so who cares anyways. It was more LOL cause of breast complications. Could Perrine be piloting that suit? |

| Wow, this episode was just like the dream I had Tuesady night, except they got hanged for failing too many missions, not shot for disobeying orders, or whatever the reason. Gonzo really seems to like using those cliffhangers with this series. =/ Sobzob said: Agreed. =DAlso, needs more Sanya. |

| Sooner or later one of the humans in the military had to be evil but what would they gain by killing the Witches? Will their new weapon backfire? Will Perrine ever get it on with Mio? Will Sanya and Eila stop being my favorite characters in the show? Tune in next time on Strike Witches! BTW it isn't a WWII show without SPAM or SPEM :D |

| I'm betting on the Strike technology being based on the Neuroi in the first place. The new unit that appeared was way too powerful though, and I wonder if it has a pilot inside it after all. I liked the way Hartmann's personality was depicted as such a free spirit(or downright rule breaker). I don't remember what Cloisterman's magical ability was, I'm pretty sure it was already revealed, maybe it'd be a clue to what Sakamoto's plan might be. |

Then they start with the "the true enemy is in your own kind" crap, although it's visible from first time they shows up. So, can't anime characters looks good without having to resort being "opposition to the (casted to be evilly corrupted) authority" ? RandomOugi said: Perinne's special ability ? I would say more energy discharge in form of bolt. Since this is magic you can say she is blessed by the Lighting God Thor so she can use lightning magic. |

Soiled said: It's already two not so good episode after another. They weren't so bad, but I want "one girl/one episode" - storyline back... And this was 10th episode. Favorite episode until now have been 4 - 7, would like more of that. episode 4-7 had MINIMAL story development since this is only a 12 episodes series (at least for this season), it is about time they get things heat up (else I'll really be disappointed) |

| Looks like 'Military Intelligence' is gonna get proven once again to be one of the biggest oxymorons of all time with this series. I just wonder how vicious the Neuroi are gonna become, now that humans have perverted one of their cores to use as a weapon against them (wonder if it'll defect to the Neuroi side?). (too bad it took half the series just to get decent) |

| Ooohoo! Plot twist. And we all knew it would happen ever since the singing neuroi episode. And we even had plenty of foreshadowing since then. They of course couldn't have this show all fanservice without any depth. It would be pretty lame if they just made the neuroi a bunch of random alien creatures you had fight with no backstory. It would make the whole alien fighting story seem lifeless and they'd HAVE to focus on the good character developement(what they have, but still, it's mostly in the area of comedy and not getting stronger.) Even without this though it'd already be a great show. They basically had awesome, and then put awesome on top of it and made a layercake of awesome. |

| Oh damn, at least Sakamoto recovered but Yoshika was in discipline for disobeying direct orders. At least here her out and explain the situation. Well that bad scene kind of ruin the moment when everyting flashing lights XD. Some information regarding the Neuroi history of it, until the military just makes things worst at the end. |

| And the story, as if it were already a mess of his own, receiving a further accelerated and rears, with a plot twist worthy of the best directors; maybe it's a bit too sudden everything that happens, but during the series, some induced events to reflect on a plot. This evolution is a classic already seen in other areas. If only he had not lost at the beginning of time, even if it served to make us lower our guard and to make us believe that would not be anything interesting happened during the whole episode: that bang! |

| The narrative arc that opened in the previous episode brings to fruition what was hidden for a long time behind the scenes of a story that hid more than could be imagined at first sight. The plot is a message seen in other anime series, which shows how behind certain events, there is always the human hand to decide on certain events. A bit hasty episode in exposing history and perhaps a little excessive in the most dramatic moments. The quality of the drawings has again fallen a lot in most of the narration, except in the final minutes, in which both the drawings and the animations rise from quotation as quality. |

| Perrine's reaction was justified, but still unfair. How she asked Yoshika to heal Sakamoto was good though, I like her sincere side. So, there is more to the Neuroi than it seems. Scientists found a Neuroi core and used it for advancements in military technology it seems. The mech reminded me of Neon Genesis Evangelion. Damn, they got cornered. I expect shit to go down now. |

| Woah, that's actually an interesting development. Seems like the humans were the ones to attack first and the Neuroi only defended themselves. And now that the Neuroi wanted to make contact, that military assholes had to step in to prevent peace. |
| i don't know how many other people will agree with me on this, but it honestly annoys me most of the time when ecchi like this tries to shoehorn in very serious plot episodes out of nowhere. i understand that the military setting probably seems welcoming to that on the surface, but the show had been mostly fanservice with, of course, the interspersed battles, and i just think it should have found a way to focus on that better and naturally wrap the plot around those moments. it was very strong throughout before this (the panty-stealing episode comes to mind -- every episode could have had that tone and it would have been great) and all the heaviness here felt really unnecessary. i feel that most people are watching this show for the fanservice, myself included, and there wasn't enough in this episode to make up for the sudden extreme shift in tone. it also felt very rushed, even without feeling so forced... gave me a bit of whiplash lol. anyone is welcome to disagree with me, but those are my thoughts. |
