| I cringe every time the author displays an invention. He lacks any engineering sense and the whole ordeal comes off as a try-hard attempt at steampunk. Reserve it for the mechanically inclined IMO. The characters feel stiff and story lacks flow. I doubt I'll stick around unless things gets better by the next chapter. |
