| Where did you read it? EDIT: Nevermind, I found it. Great chapter, I'm guessing that everyone is either going to regain or lose their memories all over again. Also, I heard this manga was only 3 volumes. Can anyone confirm this? I hope not, it's awesome! |

| I think he made a cure to the bomb and reverse the condition of the people. So that the government becomes kidz and they become the government. |
