| Murai's date with Tanaka...he just keeps winning lols. Too bad for Yayoi, she's stuck with Hirai and Kiriyama with both exchanging their festival duties, but the former sure has a beef against her, even if he has to force himself to escort her for the time being. For sure, Tanaka is learning a lot about Murai such as his giggling, but against Kiriyama and his sharp intuition, she'd be figured out sooner or later. And in a festival setting, Tanaka's clearly frustrated by the lovey-dovey mood all around, but her reality is still alive by his antics like goldfish scooping, because you just can't skip that in a festival. At the end of the day, Murai hugging the naive Tanaka for a gruesomely long 3 seconds, that shit got me ROFLing lols xD With her career on the line, Tanaka can't quite back out from her job now, even as much as possible to avoid Murai like the plague. The clueless Murai only realizes this thereafter, and feels the same...only to meet the man whom knows Tanaka all too well: Mao, hugging her out of nowhere on the same bus. Yelp, the Nishifuji sisters are onto Tanaka with pictures of Hitotose...which she can't say no to, and after learning the connection between her and Murai, only pesters her further with her Mongolian Chop and the like. This episode is wild man, but the good kind of wild. |

| I have mixed feelings, she does seem to be struggling bad though. Can't believe the two of them already had a kid together. (the koi) Like father like son. Gorilla and standard-kid should date, screw Murai. That mask was absolutely adorable. I'm 80% sure that's her [only] sibling or something. 4/5, I feel like she's going too far into this relationship. Is this his last semester of school? If she can make it through that and he is still obsessed, I'll accept that outcome, but she needs to stay strong and professional! I think her [suspected] brother knows the tea now Q_Q (why else would the door code be his birthday and him give up ban position for her) |

| More summer festival goodness in this one, it was nice seeing Hirai shoot his shot with Yayoi but she wasn’t impressed lol, but based on their interactions I think they would make a great couple, I’m rooting for my boy Hirai. And back to Murai and Tanaka, fireworks were but an annoyance to Tanaka so they went and caught fish instead, Murai getting getting that koi was epic but the vendor wasn’t happy lol, but now Tanaka has a baby koi complete with human baby sounds, good outcome from that bit lol. And although Tanaka tried to keep it cool, she ended up exposing the real reason she was at the festival, and this was too much for Murai so he went for the hug which lasted for two seconds and an extra long 3rd second lol, big moment but Murai booked it afterward and Tanaka was smelling fabric softener, great first hug lol. We also got to see Murai’s dad, he seems pretty chill, I liked the little meta joke they did there with the art style change lol, his dad knew Murai was in love simply from that. We also got introduced to who I’m thinking is Tanaka’s brother, that makes the most sense to me based on their interactions, he’s funny tho, man was crushed over that bass lol, so Tanaka used to be in a band, unfortunate she didn’t stick with it, but then we wouldn’t have this show huh. It’s also unfortunate Tanaka is someone that fell into that Japanese idol culture with that bass player she hates now, a shame but a funny moment, it also explains her love for the not real person Hitotose lol. And lastly, the twin sisters found out who Murai is into, the way they figured it out was amusing, I wonder how they’ll act now that they know who it is, perhaps Tanaka will have wingwomen of her own now. |
