The protagonist is a high school student who is a son of a racketeer family's boss. One day, whole the members of the family including his father were killed by a crime organization comprising of psychics. He and his new courtesy younger sister stood up to throw them down to the hell. The story has kind of similar setting to Code Geass. The boy is a smart but normal person, but her sister is a psychic. Using his brain and his sister's psychic ability, he organizes an opposition party to demolish the enemy. The person in charge of art is different from the one for the story. The art style is a typical one of boys' comics and the touch is kind of rough. Drawing skill is average and character design is not particularly intriguing. There is a tradition for manga since Cyborg 009 or around there that each soldier has only one specialty. If you like such a setting, you would like this series. But it seems the series couldn't keep its popularity and was axed abruptly at chapter 50.
