Not bad, the episode had a feeling of psychological drama and mental test among all the tense talk.

Dealing with the revolutionary army isn't easy but Abel in particular made his mind. I know Mia is kinda young compared to the guys, but she kinda looked out of place. Idk how I feel about her character personality this episode. It's a mixed balanced of being emotinoal but also comically serious.

It's nice to see the Princess try to think as hard as she can instead of relying on the knowledge of the old timeline and her luck as usual.

So, there's Sion, really getting into it, while Mia's just over there daydreaming about snacks. These two, I swear.

Mia and Sion, members of the revolutionary army, encountered Lynsha. Upon her request, asking them to persuade her own brother, the leader of the revolutionary army, to stop, Mia and Sion decided to have a meeting with the leader, Lambert. The discussion proceeded in a calm atmosphere, but Sion became wary of Lambert's intentions as he schemed to bring the homeland, the Sankland Kingdom, to the side of the revolutionary army. On the other hand, Mia was content with Lambert's hospitality and completely relaxed. Meanwhile, news arrived that Abel had led the troops of the Remno Kingdom into action.

Man, Mia is just not taking anything seriously. I mean, a few snacks and a bath, and she's won over? It's like Lambert said, she really is a kid. Lol. While Mia and Sion are off doing who knows what, Abel's in the middle of some serious conflict. Finally, after a bunch of episodes, Mia and Abel get to see each other again! But, unfortunately, things aren't going as smoothly as Mia hoped. They're both putting in the work, they trained hard for the rematch, and it was getting pretty intense. Thankfully, Anne and the others swoop in to save the day.

And now, Keithwood and Tion make an entrance. I'm not ready for this show to end next week, man.

Events are unfolding fastly but it seems Mia is on to something but is not really sure what's she is on to or rather she doesn't know how to explain it.
Things are looking good now that the fight between the two princes is stopped, the question now is how will they resolve the rest.

Sion's debate with Lynsha's brother Lambert about the rebellion, and then there is Mia snacking on cookies...yeap.

Truth be told, the conflict of different kingdoms is rather complex and must be negotiated carefully, though it's not wrong that Lambert saw Mia as a child who knows nothing about war and is easy to coax when the time calls for it. That said, both Sion and Mia going straight to Abel to take sides, and this is the perfect time to repay back their earlier duel with a rematch.

The prince of Sunkland vs. the Remno prince, this should've been a good reunion, instead, it became a duel to fight for the justice of their own beliefs. This is part of the story that the guillotine is not in question, but it sure is a rather intense confrontation that pits her words to everyone involved...and giving a speech to only bite her tongue, she has COMPLETELY no idea what to say to the Remno army, only acting on impulse of everyone's knowledge, despite having knowledge abouts its timeline.

Despite what Mia knows, the rebel army under Jem may still have Count Donovan under keeps, but the key now lies with Keithwood and Tiona's message on how to quell this cunning plot. Fish out the weeds for a decent finale.

Amusing that their opinions on Lambert aligned from two different directions. Nothing is ever tactically predictable than highways i guess. Convenient yes but also easily controlled if one knows how to fight smart. The dual between Abel and Sion though really was well done and their respective speeches only served to raise the tension as well. Mia's retainers sure picked the best moment to intervene. Misdirection and confusion are the hallmarks of any shadow war after all. Curious how this would end next week given Keithwood's announcement. Sure hope Monica's letter got out.

Damn very intense episode. The battle between Sion and Abel was tense. Even Mia crying and begging them to stop wasn’t enough to break it up. Really good thing Ludwig and the others set the stage for an intervention. One of the princes would’ve definitely died otherwise.

Mia’s flashback to her past life was pretty sad there. Feels awful when you’re screaming and feels like no one is really hearing you out. Especially when it’s two people you really care about.

Pretty funny that Bertrand initially objected and then supported literally everything that happened in this episode. Didn’t want Mia and Sion to meet Abel, then he didn’t want a duel, then he didn’t want anyone stopping the duel and then he opposed Mia’s request to not go to war lmao. Bro flip flops so much.

Also, the fact that Mia was nearly won over by Lambert because he gave her a bath and food to eat is pretty funny 😂

Speaking of Mia, literal definition of “I didn’t think I’d get this far”. No speech or anything planned for the aftermath of Sion and Abel’s duel lol? No plans, just vibes. As usual it all worked out in the end

This civil war plot threatens to destabilise not just Abel’s kingdom, but the neighboring countries as well. Good thing everyone is finally on the same page. Lady Tiona and Keithwood showing up is also a welcome sign. Next episode’s finale should be a fun one. Season 2 please 🙏🏾

The episode delivered on the intrigue and the tension.

I wish I could call out the fact that the kingdom dispatched an army without even listening to what exactly the rebels are asking for (when Abel goes "They want the chancellor released? This isn't about taxes?"). But I think history and current events have shown us time and time again that basic communication can fail (if it even takes place at all) and too often things devolve into violence.

Also, I like how Sion's "chivalrous" worldview ("which guy do I stab?") is not depicted as just foolish or harmful. He has strong sense of doing right, and actually assesses the situation carefully before taking action, even if that action is somewhat naïve and reckless. (What was he going to do once he killed Abel in the middle of his fortress?)

Lambert actually thinking strategically and diplomatically was good to see. After all, a revolution cannot succeed without dealing with government forces somehow and garnering support from other nations.

Mia was a little passive and extra clueless this time around, which felt frustrating when she has been single-handedly blowing up/defusing every situation so far. But towards the end it was very satisfying to see the people around her step up and nudge her towards the best outcome. It also could have been repetitive or forced if she dealt with such a huge issue yet again by herself.

Actually pretty smart and uplifting story. Hope they bring it all home in the season finale.

With Mia having this much luck on her side despite being a bit of a dunce sometimes you have to wonder how she had been screwed in her previous timeline.

Another very good episode!

Princess Mia did not change based on the fact she remains a birdbrain princess.

But misery and death changed Princess Mia into an adorable, human and sweet birdbrain princess.

By desperately avoiding misery and death for the sake of clinging to her own life, the birdbrain princess did and does the right thing, and no good deed remains unknown by the Universe.

Oh, my. Mia-sama is so oblivious to her surroundings most of the time for this episode but she still has the knack to put things together. Good job, Princess Mia! 🥰

Another fulfilling episode!

The best scene for me would be Tiona's entrance.
It's not that I dislike this genre but... to add unnecessary fan services to/in/for heroines
and ultimately destroys her character and personality; their purity tarnished because of it,
is the only thing I hope to not happen to them. For that sole purity is my fan service.

Wow, Mia gets more and more relatable as the anime goes on. Messing up one-liners and epic speeches in real life always sucks fr fr. On a more serious note what is up with Sion being an idiot. He is even stupider then Mia and that's saying something. Seriously though he is going to kill his schoolmate without a trial to see if he is guilty in front of Mia because he heard rumors of a rebellion and some guy said some stuff about rebellion good. Even if the rebellion is justified don't kill Abel on a whim you amoeba.

Baka Mia is actually right about one thing: Sion is way too harsh and self-righteous.
So much so that he is not that hard to manipulate, not that she realized this part. But it infuriates me how he is so ready to become an executioner base only on rumors, without properly investigating, without a proper trial. He doesn't even listen to the "guilty" part.

Mia's goofy faces are truly priceless.

The duel was great, I wasn't expecting them to actually get hurt a bleed, even if it was just one strike to each of them I liked that little detail, this episode deserved way better animation.

Can't believe next week this will end too 😭😭😭

Cute Mia moments, she didn't shine brillianty like usual but still was able to get out of sticky situations. Wonder who's the mastermind and why does he want Sunkland or Shion to be the hero. The king of Sunkland perhaps or some other royal member of the family? Anyway for now let's hear what Keithwood has to say.

This episode really managed to fly over maybe not only over my head with all the military talks, overall, thankful to the retainers that we didn't have to suffer from a weird "honorable death" plot line, Mia's wisdom is being truly pushed to its limit each time while she's just trying to live in her own world lol. What we at least got out of this episode was Mia bringing out 120% of her brain's potential. Sasuga Mia-Sama, this had to be my most favorite screenshot from the episode

Nooooooo, there’s only one more episode remaining 😭 Also, is it just me but I feel like this is the first real episode where Mia seems powerless to do anything. Usually she has everything under control but I guess not having her diary account for what’s happening rn is making her vulnerable…

EP 11

Ep 12 airs in 24 hours and here i just reached ep 11
To be honest the last two episodes have been fairly crazy, almost like a completely different anime to the first 8 eps

I was expecting just a teeny bit more but otherwise. they even ran out of time to run the ed
It feels like they've left a lot to wrap up in the last episode, since they need to basically resolve the entire conflict in just one more ep
Anyway after being absent for almost two entire eps

I know its a bit late to say but. so mia has been saying "desu wa" all this time? but apparently i only started noticing it recently but what do i know

TBH I wonder what would happen after they resolve this, or does random events just pop up?

Maybe I'm missing something, but the writing of this rebellion-in-Remno arc seems rushed and contrived. What does Prince Sion hope to achieve by fighting Abel, another prince, in a life or death duel while in Remno territory no less? If Sion were to kill Abel, it guarantees all out war between their two nations. This makes Sion come across as a reckless busybody who doesn't consider the disastrous consequences of his actions. I hope the writing and tone of this show gets back on track very soon because there is only one more episode left, and the show has been mostly good up until this recent hiccup.
Salmon is delicious.

Quite the intense episode, they finally meet with Prince Abel. Too bad Prince Abel and Prince Sion end up clashing swords over this matter.

It is later revealed that information has been withheld from Prince Abel, proving that the revolution was just part of a bigger plan.

The message from the black crow arrives in the hands of Keithwood and Tiona, which will further prove this.

Good episode overall, so much stuff happened that they even skipped the ending, been a while since I've seen a show do that. Next one is the last one, and I'm sure it's gonna be just great.

Lambert seem smart.
Mia living on cookies & hugs today.
Sion duel Abel intense, both with good reason. Surprise Mia last life tried sincerely mediating with rebels. and that Ludwig shielded her from stoning.
Dion vs Bernard (totally Cao Cao!?) brief but cool. Ludwig such mastermind lol.
Mia on a Mayoi roll, but actually smart when she tries.
