Ugh, Hibino. I'm sure having those scars on her back brought her a lot of pain and sorrow. Seriously though, if a guy really cares about you, he would embrace your scars as well. In any case, by letting go of her own womanhood, she lashes out at those who hasn't? And how dare she say that Momoe acts cute?! She is naturally a sweetheart. Fail. -_-

BUT as much as I hate Hibino's gut, she was probably needed. Momoe will probably think more seriously about her career as a cook now.

I actually think Momoe thinks quite seriously about her career - it's everyone else who's always dragging her down, lowering her self esteem which in turn lowers her performance. I believe she is very eager to learn, but obstacles are always in her path that seem to hinder her advances in her careerpath. Oda's disapproval and general distrust of her abilities and restrictions of her responsibilities in the kitchen and now Hibino, trying to put these thoughts in her head that aren't really true. Sure Momoe is cute and sweet but that doesn't mean she's an idiot or a worthless chef. Just because she doesn't take a serious bitchy attitude about her profession like Hibino does, it doesn't mean she's no good.

I think Momoe needs to stop beating herself up over what everyone else thinks about her. It seems that too often she formulates opinions of herself based on others' remarks about her - often negative ones. And that in turn usually gets her in a funk and affects her skills and life in general. Momoe needs to stop listening to what other nasty people say about herself and know herself who she is! =D

*kicks Hibino* She needs to go. Or, what I'm thinking is, Momoe might just quit and go back to Petit Lapin. With the way Momoe is slowly getting shoved out of the kitchen and back to doing mostly floor work, setting tables and making reservations, she's getting nowhere in learning to cook and broadening her horizons - and isn't that why she left Petit Lapin initially? To test waters and expand her knowledge in other environments? It seems at the moment she isn't learning that much and all she's getting out of work is constant self esteem reductions. Going back to Petit Lapin might be a good choice.

Hibino shouldn't say those things about Momoe because she doesn't know her that much. Poor Momoe. I personally think that it's not her fault that her career is like this now. She already has the skills but Takahashi just makes her arrange the reservations and wait at tables. I haven't even seen her being allowed to cook a dish in Amour. It's actually like a demotion compared to her work in Petit Lapin before.

I mean, for now, Hibino isn't completely wrong. Momoe is a naturally nice person. She's the person you want in customer service since she actually cares about the customer and is nice. I mean, I'll admit that I wasn't... That's why I personally don't relate to Momoe because f-ck the customer, I was there for a check. 🤷‍♀️ Momoe is also smart and thinks on her feet. She can solve issues why thinking a head and strategizing. So Momoe does have talent and skill.

Though once again, Hibino isn't completely wrong. As of now, Momoe is basically eye candy with great service. When I worked for the city, I met a few people like Momoe. They were young and attractive women that the boss hired because he was attracted to him. They didn't really do much, and me and a few others had to pick up their slack.

Of course, I wasn't like a Hibino either. I personally didn't care that they were lazy AF, to a certain extent. I personally slacked off as well. I just worked so fast and efficient that I was able to get away with it. 🤷‍♀️
