| Interesting technology wise, but defends itself pretty well with great, yet simple, emotional story. It may be the most controversial Anime of this season due to that technology (backgrounds made by AI from storyboards, then slightly edited by humans) tho, we'll see. |
| Great to see a good usage of AI techs. I guess it's cheaper and easier to create this stuff with AI, even when it needs some pre-release polishing by people. So I hope small studios, like the one, that created Ex-Arm, will borrow this approach and we won't see such visually disgusting work in the future. |

| Twitter artists whining about the use of AI for the background art don't realize that what we see in the final product was touched up with human hands. It's almost like AI is just an aiding tool similar to prerendered bases on Photoshop or something. |
