| So much for an interesting fight scene with Aono. Happy that I at least got to know the background behind Takeshi. Hopefully we shall get to find out the background w/ Aono, Matsuri, and Yorito next ep. |

| Great episode. Aono's paper ability is cool. Reminds me of ROD. And Takeshi/Mayuko backstory was nice. Looking forward to the next episode. |

| Meh, I didn't think it was a great episode. It wasn't bad, to be sure, but there were better in the series. This one was just a bit dull. I did enjoy learning about Takeshi's backstory, though. With those two out of the way, the story can finally explain what's going on between Matsuri and Aono. |

| How does takeshi know killing another yaka will restore trash-can girl (forgot name) back to a human? Where did he get this sword that is somehow unaffected by yaka attacks? How did he somehow manage to get all the way up that tower where Matsuri jumped up in just a matter of seconds, then back down in the same time, when > isnt he just a normal human? Why is trash-can girl wearing a goth doll outfit? And were did Takeshi get that coat? Hmmm.... I wonder if these will be answered.... The show hasnt turned out the way i was hoping it would at the start, right now its dang meh..... It could have been so much better, guess my expectations were just too high =/..... All in all thou, the fight scene between Aono and Matsuri was cool, so the ep was ok, thanks to that. |

| I wonder why Matsuri always got all the injuries in this series. Their making her into a chopwoman. Lol! And to answer all questions of Siing, Takeshi got it all from the producer's imaginations. It's anime for the sake of truth. |

| Why would Matsuri bother to save Aono just to interfere with the only reason Aono would want to live? Better off dead then to have the person save you take away the reason you're living. It's like having the same thing happen twice without it ending. |

| I'm really amused by the fact that Older Takeshi is voiced by Holland's seiyuu and Younger Takeshi is voiced by Renton's seiyuu. |

| Unlike most I prefer Aono over Matsuri. I know I am going to be disappointed, but I still prefer AonoxYurito (even if it's not sure whether she loves him as lover or sibling) than MatsurixYurito. |

| Considering that bad guy is actually nice at heart, I doubt he would have actually attacked Matsuri even for a reason such as his if this was real. Regardless, nice episode was nice. |

| We're kind of going all melodrama here; most of the cast seems to scream and fall to their knees in this episode. It also seems to use some vampire angst while having already decided in the beginning to use modified vampires that shouldn't be so angsty (they don't eat people). It doesn't seem to quite fit. I liked finally learning more about Takeshi and Mayuko, and their history together is an interesting twist on what their relationship initially appeared to be, but after providing some pretty token action in episode 1, Takeshi hasn't really done anything. This kind of feels like the show ridding itself of the fake threat so the real one (Aono) can take center stage. I do kind of like how Aono has become so important after seeming like a minor character for a number of episodes, though. The montage showing Takeshi growing up alongside the unchanging Mayuko was fairly good but needed to be longer. It goes from Takeshi being the same height as Mayuko, to being a little taller than her, to him being an adult. It would capture the bitter-sweetness of the story better if we saw him slowly get older than her rather than it jumping like that. |
| It was frustrating seeing Matsuri attacked by everyone. Especially learning the reason why Takeshi was trying to kill her. I thought maybe she did something bad to him or is family in the past. But no, it was for a stupid reason. |

| Interesting but rather depressing back story, now we know the origin why they know each other and how she got that bunny! Quite some nice action as well but well this episode sure did good with that backstory! Now we also know why he's hunting her in the first place, for revenge that Mayuko changed into a Yaka, also interesting is that they can revert back to human if they kill one or is Matsuri the one that turned Mayuko in one? Either way really lovely episode, great and touching backstory! Really sweet ending! |

| How many times is it happened that matsuri nearly died but some how she survived everytime? Let me think so many f*cking times. Just die already lol I don't feel any connections with any of those characters at all. But I like the takeshi guy. He seems real in compared to other characters. |

| So Mayuko was killed as a child and turned into a Yaka, hence why she still has a child appeared and was childhood friend with the bearded guy who grew up... |
