| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- The world of the Charyeok just got burst wide open, and more danger will follow ahead. Without Judge T a.k.a Shim Bong-Sam to lead the announcements, Judge X takes precedence over the National Tournaments in the 3v3 style. The Seoul team trio of Jin, Mira and Daewi vs. the Choongcheongbuk-do Team of Jin Pum-Gwang, Jang Jang-Mi and Na Gi-Dong. As unexpected as it is, Old Master Na-Bong Chim's acupuncture gave Jin the disadvantage, that was an early loss. Daewi's fight against the Hyung-nim captain Jin Pun-Gwang, showing his determination to go far despite his own shortcomings in life. With effort, it's 1-1 to Daewi's win. The last fight for the ladies: Yoo Mira vs. Jang Jang-Mi in sword style. Mira's experience in learning through Judge T became the ultimatum winner for the team. Nice effort to the trio team from Choongcheongbuk-do, a team bonded in friendship and rivalry. On Commissioner Q's side, THANK GOD he isn't dead just yet, and with the spirit attachment, he's still alive and still fighting against Nox. To encounter even more characters of Nox (Axley and Saturn with their weapons) seems like a death trap, Commissioner O coming to save him was a given, and ended in Nox's retreat. The actions of Nox are becoming more obnoxious...and former rival Jegal Taek may just be a one-man show to face another town's team. The fight's only getting started in full brutality. |

| When you want the other team to win that’s when you know there’s some good writing. I felt really bad for Pum and his squad. Ngl I thought Q was done for last week, should’ve never doubted him. This Nux group kinda gives off Index Church vibes, though. Can’t wait to learn more about them. How the hell a person can get chewed up by a giant shark and survive I’ll never know, but the fights were awesome this week. Great episode as usual, don’t get why it’s falling in the ratings on MAL. |

| Nice episode. Like I figured, the commissioner wasn't really dead. They are great fighters, as shown in this episode, and one wouldn't die off screen. The battles throughout the episode were short but well animated. The fact that people get torn apart but then appear barely hurt really bugs me. The attacker on the commissioner was stabbed through the chest, but then he is fine. The fighter at the end gets chomped on by a shark, but then is only mildly injured. It makes the supernatural attacks seem less powerful than they really are. The trio that the main trio fights are okay. I forgot that it was a high school tournament, haha. Not sure what to think about the suggested romance of the 38 year old high-school fighter and his partner who was a regular high school student. |

| Mori is really funny in this episode, he lost without a fight lol, but luckily Daewi and Mira won, For some reason, I enjoyed the fight between Commissioner Q and O against Nox, than the scene of Mori and others fighting against other teams in the Tournament. | I got spoiled about Commissioner Q fate after seeing this episodes's review on Crunchyroll's youtube channel. I felt betrayed. :( Jin Mori losing that fight was funny. Luckily, Daewi and Mira were able to win their fight. |

| Here I thought Food Wars was over the top with it's imagery, or showing how deeply the cooking makes one feel. Or let alone some of the chefs. But all this in fighters, lmao. Gonna be a weird and fun mess. Lmao Jin at the start also. |

The stand from previous episode appeared once again and that blue haired guy also has has some weird shark stando power. The action sequences had good animation as usual, at this point there is nothing but good animation lmao. The censorship was damn unnecessary. Fck censorship. |

| One more week and one more episode of God of High School... This time we had a really good fight between our main trio and pum´s trio (the animation is great) and surprisingly Old Master (From the Six group) doesn´t help Mori). And also we have The Nux and the new that Commisioner Q has survived, so this is going to be really interesting. Just waiting for next one!! |
| Seriously what the fuck!? the directing is all over the place, and we keep switching fights every minute, like, I can't even blink because we suddenly go towards another battle. Did they just cram 3 episodes worth of content into 1? Because this just felt rushed as hell. This is also proof that nowadays shounen can't just be balanced, because surprise, over powered powers are a thing. It's as if shounen must be all flashy and broken to be a thing. This is just a clusterfuck with no direction whatsoever. The action scenes and animation are all right, but everything else is just massively bad. And let's not talk about the god damn tonal shifts, seriously, what the fuck is wrong with Jin? I am now legit worried about Shingeki no Kyojin's Final Season, I seriously hope they just don't rush the fuck out of it, otherwise Mappa is going to get hated by pretty much everyone. |

Crunchyroll should just stop trying to promote awful webtoons adaptations, because it blows. |

| Can't see any problem with the episode, let alone the adaptation so far as it's doing a good job with being enjoyable as is in its own medium. I get the pacing issues but to be frank the pace fits the material's adaptation in general. If we'll follow the webtoon's pace, we'll barely make it to the first arc with lots of expositions and etc. and that makes it boring when we all know that GoH is just as simple as it gets: wanton fights and nothing else. If you can't see the bigger picture yet, remember how Tenjho Tenge and Air Gear were adapted. ORT3GA said: Mira vs Jangmi is one of the worst sword fights I've ever seen. What was that bullshit? | Why did we get a good portion of backstory for a team we've seen for the first time. Fights were pretty lackluster, except for the commisioners against NOX. Anime strated out pretty strong, but there are so many plotholes and things unexplained it's getting irritated |
| This is by far the Most Rushed Anime I've ever seen....... But still, it's Enjoyable....... I'm very excited to know the origin of those Borrowed Powers of God!! |

| This is probably my favorite show of the season. Never thought it would be this entertaining. The fight scenes are great and they waste no time getting straight into the action. |

They were shocked. Also why would you need logic in an anime? Especially a battle shounen? You are just watching the wrong thing at this point. You have plenty of more realistic shows out there. |

| Hah I knew it! Jin's new special moves and skills are yet to be unveiled so we could get this comedy as an excuse! Despite the flashbacks I couldn't really empathize with the team of not-really-old-geezers and not-Karin (Jangmi's also forgettable so I named her so in my head, yes a Naruto reference, sorry). I guess these battles with Nox and the commissioners will be the template for the future ones both inside and outside the GoH tournament? Hmmm... Mira was holding back Jin so as not to have another fight intervention like last time but Daewi was the one who went into the ring. ROTFLMAO So crunchy mage/sorcerer/wizard anyone? |

Not sure if at somepoint this will be explained but why the hell are this whole tournament a thing? Why High schoolers? (The only time I recall ever seeing a school in this anime was in this episode flashback) |

| Jesus Christ! This anime feels like it just went 100! The tournament fights are visibly tougher and more violent and the appearance of Nox has made things waaay more intense too! That fight between O, Q, and Nox was so frickin' epic! I really like the way the tournament scenes and those fights scenes were cut together to show the contrast in the tournament fight and a real fight using Charyeok! |

| So idk if the guy who got chewed up by the shark was officially killed off or not when the screen cut to black at the end of the episode, but how was he not already dead after getting chewed up the first time. All that shit happened to him and he can still stand back up and launch an attack lol. The other fights were entertaining as usual, especially the fights with the commissioners. We've seen the main trio in action time and time again so it was cool to see what the commissioners can do when they have to actually try. I still wish we would learn more about this charyeok ability though. I believe someone above already mentioned this, but how come it seems like everyone but the main trio can use charyeok? Some clarification and answers would be nice. Also, that jackass who we thought killed Q at the end of the last episode really killed the previous announcer's wife and kid too? Just....wow. |

| Another super quick episode! The battle with the commissioners was pretty great, I for sure thought Q was a goner. Good to see he is alright. So the announcer was not the only one killed? also his wife and kids, that would be too harsh, please don't let this be true! Ofcourse, Mori would lose in a way like that, atleast Mira and Daewi gave us some nice fights to look at! These matches are only gonna become more difficult for our main trio as they don't possess any charyeok, or atleast.. not yet maybe? |
