DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- "Open your eyes and look at what i am right now, What more can i do?" that's some powerful quote with a lot of meaning "From now on, don't call me lord, call me ShaoQin" HOLY SHIT, i got goosebumps all over me, what an epic moment. Also my bad, i'm too dumb to realize it earlier that the cat is a lord. Now i know, that he is an important figure, because he is a lord :D (still doesn't explain why he was trapped in the prison and wanted to get out?") also what's with the King/lord's order that the Cat bowed down to? And i thought they'd go on a journey, what happened to that? Longer episodes now! |

In the period that the show takes place in, the Tang was usurped by Wu Zetian (Wu Mingkong in this show). I assume he was imprisoned as a precaution to prevent him from trying to restore the Tang, but I'm not sure. I'm also not sure why he was given a position as an official. It might've been lost in translation. thanks for the explanation, i understand it better now. |
